Banyak orang Kristen secara umum dalam mengadakan rekreasi itu dengan diisi oleh hiburan atau kepelesiran yang merujuk kepada suasana yang sangat bertolak belakang dari maksud dan tujuan rekreasi itu sendiri untuk memberikan kesegaran dan kebugaran untuk kembali beraktivitas dengan lebih produktif. Banyak hiburan yang populer saat ini, bahkan bagi mereka yang mengaku Kristen, cenderung memiliki tujuan yang sama dengan para penyembah berhala kuno. Tujuan Penelitian adalah agar setiap orang dapat memahami dasar dan standar rekreasi yang baik dan benar, memahami makna rekreasi yang benar dan baik, agar dapat menerapkan makna rekreasi yang benar dalam zaman ini. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Rekreasi yang benar adalah yang menghasilkan kebugaran dan tenaga baru bukan menghamburkan uang dengan hiburan-hiburan yang menjenuhkan dan membosankan. Tujuan rekreasi adalah untuk menyegarkan kembali kekuatan tubuh dan pikiran.

Diidentifikasi masalah mengapa pertumbuhan gereja lambat yaitu karena kurangnya keterlibatan anggota. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya dorongan dan pelatihan jemaat untuk melayani. Kemudian kurangnya strategi dan inovasi dalam penginjilan. Adapun maksud dan tujuan penulis melakukan makalah ini adalah sebagai berikut: Agar anggota GMAHK boleh memiliki tingkat pemahamanakan pentingnya pertumbuhan gereja secara kuantitas dan kualitas. Agar anggota memiliki pemahaman yang benar tentang pentingnya peranan anggota dalam pertumbuhan gereja. Agar para anggota terlibat aktif dalam penginjilan supaya banyak jiwa yang diselamatkan. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif, dengan menganalisa data-data yang diperoleh dari daftar Pustaka sehingga mengasilkan penelitian kepada pertumbuhan gereja. Gereja yang sehat adalah gereja yang bertumbuh. Gereja yang bertumbuh adalah gereja yang mengalami pertumbuhan atau peningkatan, baik secara kualitas ataupun secara kuantitas. Secara kualitas, pertumbuhan gereja dapat dilihat dari peningkatan kerohanian anggota jemaat gereja. Sedangkan secara kuantitas, pertumbuhan gereja dapat dilihat dari pertambahan jumlah keanggotaan gereja. Gereja yang sehat itu diawali dari pertumbuhan secara kualitas yang menuju kepada pertumbuhan secara kuantitas. Pertumbuhan Gereja dan Penginjilan secara khusus di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta perlu dihadirkan satu strategi. Dimana dimulai dari kebangunan rohani, doa yang sungguh-sungguh. Melatih anggota jemaat untuk menginjil dan mengutus mereka. Gereja harus memberitakan Injil supaya bertumbuh dan bertambah.

The purpose of this study is that everyone is involved in implementing the Great Commission of Jesus Christ so that church growth occurs. The harvest is a lot but the workers are few, this is the Word of our Lord Jesus Christ. To produce a harvest of souls that are won for Christ, the Great Commission in Matthew 28:18-20 must be carried out namely “Go” (Preach) and Make disciples (Discipleship). Evangelism is the first step as a disciple. And being a disciple is an activity that aims to motivate and train spiritually mature believers to devote themselves wholeheartedly to God in order to become disciples. Evangelism and discipleship are one and cannot be separated. Evangelism is the first step as a disciple. If every church and its members carry out this great commission well, it will bring many people to come to Christ and this has an impact on the growth of the church. The book of Matthew was originally addressed to early Christians but God's Word is still relevant in every age, because the essence of the Word always directs everyone to believe Jesus is the savior of mankind. This study uses a qualitative method, by collecting data and information from various library sources such as the Bible, spiritual books and journals which are concluded and used in this research so as to lead everyone to carry out the Great Commission so that the church can grow well.

The purpose of this paper is so that every parent understands their role in providing the first education before or after the child enters formal education in general. Often parents leave education problems to their teachers at school, but parents forget that education must start at home and parents are the teachers. By providing the first education at home through parents, the parents will be able to properly direct what are the goals or aspirations of the parents towards their children, both formally and in character. If parents do not neglect this, there will be many children who can be educated properly and correctly according to the expectations of the parents in the future. The research was conducted using qualitative methods by collecting data from bibliography of books and scientific journals as well as online media. It is hoped that this research can increase parental awareness in providing the first education to their children

One of the main problems faced by every country in the world today is problem of poverty, the problem seems to be continuous and endless. Poverty is still the biggest problem in the world today because this problem involves life and death. Poor people cannot get out of their problems without the help of others. The problem is that the poor don't know who to turn to to help them. If God's people were faithful in doing good to the poor and needy people, then their lives would be the same as what Jesus exemplified in His life while living on earth, and people like that would receive salvation. The act of helping those in need, especially the poor, on the other hand, is a natural fruit of salvation and is based on what Christ did for His people at Calvary. This article qualitatively uses analytical, comparative, and argumentative methods. Comparatively, the ladder model which is too rigid and normative while taking into account other examples will be compared with the garden model, which assumes a plurality of types of spirituality. The result of this research is for everyone to understand the meaning of why it is so important to serve the poor. So that a Christian does not neglect his obligation to help people in need, because serving the poor is the same as doing it to Jesus.

This life seems hopeless. Through Esther's story, it becomes an inspiration for everyone that His people have hope, have a future. The purpose of this research is so that every believer does not need to despair when the environment is not good, but remains enthusiastic, full of hope, full of submission to God, like what Esther did. This study uses a qualitative literature study method, by gathering useful theories to see gaps, conceptual support for the research topic. Esther is an inspirational figure in the lives of believers. The figure of Esther who lived without hope as an outcast and an orphan can be turned into a queen. All of this happened not because of luck but because of obedience, piety, humility and self-sacrifice which made him pleasing to everyone and especially to God

After sin entered this world, sin destroyed every system in this world, including the education system. Adventist schools in addition to instilling world knowledge, emphasizes the development of character and character as the government's 2013 Curriculum Education goals and where the goals of character and character development have been carried out for years by Adventist school education everywhere with one goal is to save the spiritual soul by restoring The image and image of God that has been damaged by sin in order to gain eternal life. This study used a qualitative method by processing data from books and journals related to the research material. The purpose of this research is for everyone to understand the purpose and important role of education, especially in Adventist schools which prioritize character education apart from science education. The main goal of Adventist Education is to restore the Image and Image of God in a real form, namely salvation and eternal life someday.

Crime is everywhere, from drugs, murder, drugs, free sex, to domestic violence which ends in divorce. This event is often encountered because of sin, where after the fall humans tend to commit sins. To overcome this problem, a savior is needed, namely Jesus Christ, where everyone needs to realize their mistakes by asking for forgiveness and repenting. The purpose of this research is for everyone to be aware of the problem of sin, and realize the need for salvation so that the problem of sin can be overcome which is increasingly rampant in every aspect of life. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing data from reliable sources and concluding it according to the research object. Sin can only be resolved by Jesus Christ through his sacrifice on the cross. Everyone who wants to be saved just needs to come to Jesus to admit his mistake and believe in him as a savior

Artikel ini membahas tentang pentingnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pendidikan, kesehatan, dan pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) pada masa pandemi. Pandemi COVID-19 telah berdampak negatif pada berbagai sektor kehidupan, termasuk ekonomi, kesehatan, dan pendidikan. Keterbatasan akses dan pemahaman terhadap pentingnya pendidikan, kesehatan, dan pengembangan UMKM semakin terlihat pada masa pandemi. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata pada bidang Pendidikan, Kesehatan dan Pengembangan UMKM di Desa Ciengang dilakukan melalui 5 tahap, yaitu; Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi, Penyusunan program kerja dan Sosialisasi. Hasil Observasi dan bentuk Realisasi dari program kerja pendidikan yang dilaksanakan di Desa Ciengang dalam memberikan bantuan pengajar secara langsung maupun datang ke rumah-rumah karena kondisi yang tidak memungkinkan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Pendidikan merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi manusia. Dengan demikian, manusia dapat mencapai kemajuan di berbagai bidang yang pada akhirnya dapat menempatkan seseorang pada derajat yang lebih baik. Perlu diakui bahwa tidak semua manusia dapat tumbuh dan berkembang sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan dan diinginkannya. Pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai lokasi bisnis UMKM yang kurang, dan akses jalan yang sulit dilalui. Sehingga hal tersebut membuat banyak kekurangan dari hasil dokumentasi dan tidak terselesaikannya program kerja ini.
