Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership style, work environment, and perceptions of job opportunities on employee turnover intention at PT. Valbury Asia Futures Semarang. The population used in this study were all employees working at PT. Valbury Asia Futures Semarang and the sample used is 70 employees. This study used non-probability sampling technique research methods with saturated sampling method (census). Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 24 program. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variable Compensation has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, Leadership Style has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, Work Environment has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, and Perception of Work Opportunities has a partial positive effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Valbury Asia Futures Semarang.

Abstract

Organic waste processing can be a community empowerment program, especially for housewives. This program aims to provide insight to housewives that waste can also be processed into something more useful and of high economic value. The purpose of this program is to increase the productivity of housewives in RW 05, Kembangarum Village, Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The implementation of organic waste processing activities into eco enzyme is going very well. The organic waste used in this processing is vegetable waste, fruit peel waste and rotting fruit. The methods used in this service are presentations or lectures and demonstrations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing and brand equity on purchase decisions with brand loyalty as a mediating variable. The method used is quantitative. A sample of 170 respondents was determined through purposive sampling techniques. Data was collected using a questionnaire that was shared with respondents who had purchased Dewkn_Cake product at least once and analyzed with SmartPLS version 3.0 tools. The results of the study show that social media marketing and brand equity have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Additionally, brand loyalty has been shown to significantly mediate the influence between social media marketing, brand equity, and purchasing decisions. These findings underscore the importance of social media marketing strategies and strengthening brand equity to drive consumer loyalty and improve purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work flexibility and compensation on the performance of Shopeefood drivers in Semarang City, with work motivation as an intervening variable. The method used in this study is quantitative, utilizing primary data with a questionnaire collected from 96 Shopeefood driver respondents. Hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results of this study prove that: (1) Work flexibility has a significant effect on work motivation (2) Compensation has a significant effect on work motivation (3) Work flexibility has a significant effect on performance (4) Compensation has no significant effect on performance (5) Work motivation has a significant effect on performance (6) Work flexibility has a significant effect on performance through work motivation as an intervening variable (7) Compensation has no significant effect on performance through work motivation as an intervening variable

Abstract

This study addresses the research gap on how digital financial inclusion, particularly through digital payment systems, shapes rural economic development in Indonesia. Despite rapid national growth of digital transactions, rural adoption lags significantly behind urban areas. The study aims to examine the extent to which digital payments influence rural GDP growth, household consumption, and economic resilience, especially in the post–COVID-19 period. The methodology employed a panel data regression framework with fixed effects and structural break analysis across 33 Indonesian provinces, supported by secondary data from national digital transaction trends, rural digital infrastructure, and post pandemic economic indicators. Supplementary qualitative insights were drawn from international case comparisons. The results show a strong positive correlation between digital payment adoption and regional GDP growth, particularly post 2020 reforms. Rural areas with improved digital infrastructure experienced enhanced financial participation, better household spending behavior, and increased micro enterprise productivity. However, persistent challenges such as limited digital literacy, infrastructural gaps, and regional inequalities hamper the full realization of digital financial benefits. The discussion situates these findings within global best practices (Kenya’s M-Pesa, India’s Digital India), showing that inclusive digital ecosystems require infrastructure, literacy, and regulatory coherence. The study advances the field by demonstrating how digital payment adoption can serve as a catalyst for rural resilience and inclusive development in emerging economies. In conclusion, digital financial inclusion represents a key lever for rural transformation in Indonesia. The integration of accessible, trusted, and scalable digital payment solutions into everyday economic life can promote inclusive growth and mitigate regional disparities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey, dengan teknik analisis jalur (path alalysis). Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian Quality Control (QC) sebanyak 134 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.2.9 professional. Penentuan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, burnout berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan job insecurity  berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The level of sales of realme smartphones in the low-end and mid-range segments is still inferior to other brands. This study aims to identify the influence of consumer purchasing decisions on product quality, product design, and brand image. The population in this study were all realme smartphone consumers. The number of samples in this study was 96 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis tool used is SEM SmartPLS. This study explains that product quality directly influences 40.3% of purchasing decisions. Product design also directly influences 32.6% of purchasing decisions, while the brand image does not affect purchasing decisions. Therefore, brand image cannot mediate product quality and design on purchasing decisions. Product design directly affects 41.9% of brand image, and product quality directly affects 32.2%. Thus, it is necessary to pay attention to these three things to increase sales.

Abstract

The research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of mindset competency, education through self-efficacy as a mediating variable on job opportunities for graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI University Semarang. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population of this study used a saturated sample, meaning that the entire population consisted of 118 graduates. Data obtained through the telegram group "management carrier project". Data analysis in this study used the SmartPLS version 3 program. The data analysis technique used was the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model. The results of the analysis and discussion show that competency variables affect employment opportunities, mindset influences employment opportunities, education influences employment opportunities, self-efficacy influences employment opportunities, competence influences employment opportunities mediated by self-efficacy, mindset does not affect employment opportunities which is mediated by self-efficacy, education influences employment opportunities which is mediated by self-efficacy of graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI Semarang University.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing Electronic Word of Mounth (E-WOM), Trust, Quality of Service on Buying Interest in Online Shopping at Ikat Weaving Shop (Case study on Ikat Weaving Shop customers). The method used is quantitative using primary data. Respondents in this study were 97 consumers. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS Version 26 program. The results of this study show that, Electronic Word of Mounth (E-WOM) has no effect on buying interest, Trust affects Buying Interest and Quality of Service affects Buying Interest.

Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh work engagement, big five personality, dan organizatinal commitment terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 359 responden menggunakan Sampling Jenuh. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Smart-PLS dan menggunakan uji sobel test melalui program Kalkulator Sobel Test Online sebagai uji hipotesis. Hasil. Hasil hipotesis penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa work engagement (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, big five personality (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, organizational commitment (X3) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, work engagement (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, big five personality (X5) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment (X6) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior (X7) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, organizational citizenship behavior (X8) memediasi work engagement terhadap kinerja, organizational citizenship behavior (X9) tidak memediasi big five personality terhadap kinerja karyawan, organizational citizenship behavior (X10) tidak memediasi organizational commitment terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Ungaran Sari Garment. Implikasi. Diharapkan PT.Ungaran Sari Garment dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan memberikan motivasi sehingga mampu meningkatkan work engagement, big five personality, organizational commitment, dan organizational citizenship behavior. Jika kinerja karyawan meningkat maka tujuan perusahaan akan tercapai.
