Abstract

Midwives are health workers who have been recognized as stated in Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health. A midwife's professionalism is determined if she can work according to her function and role based on the authority that has been determined. Midwives' authority to administer medication is limited by regulation. However, midwives who work in remote areas are often faced with problems regarding their authority to administer medication to patients. When in remote areas, midwives provide medicine to patients according to the patient's problem or illness based on the patient's needs. The purpose of this writing is to analyze the authority of midwives to provide drug services to patients in midwifery practice and examine the form of legal protection for midwives in carrying out practice. The author uses a research method with a normative juridical type and approaches the problem using legislation, a conceptual approach and a comparative approach.The results of this research are Legal protection for midwivesproviding medicinal services to patients in midwifery practice in remote areas is regulated in Article 273 of the Health Law which states that: "personnel in carrying out practice have the right to obtain legal protection as long as they carry out their duties in accordance with professional standards, professional service standards and standard operational procedures and professional ethics, as well as patient health needs. Likewise, Article 19 of the Minister of Health's Permit and Practice of Midwives also states that "in carrying out practice/work, midwives have the right to obtain legal protection in carrying out practice/work as long as they comply with standards."

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian program kemitraan masyarakat ini adalah Meningkatkan mengelola makanan sehat dengan bahan sederhana, menjadi makanan mewah. Meningkatkan pengelolaan keuangan dalam menyesuaikan pendapatan dengan pengeluaran. Meningkatkan keterampilan mitra dalam mengelola keuangan sehari-hari, Meningkatkan pemahaman tutor dalam mengelola keuangan dengan baik dengan menuliskan buku harian pengeluaran, Solusi yang ditawarkan tim pengabdi adalah memberikan pelatihan mengolahan makanan sehat dengan langsung melaksanakan praktek kepada para tutor, serta mengolah makanan sederhana menjadi makanan restoran ternama, tim pengabdi akan melakukan pengolahan makanan steak tempe, nugget tahu dan makanan jamur yang disajikan dalam bentuk mewah, sehingga para tutor mampu mengolah keuangan dengan baik dan benar, tanpa harus membeli makanan diluaran, selain memangkas pengeluaran para tutor juga menjadi lebih sehat dan mampu mengontrol makanan yang baik untuk para tutor, tutor juga mampu menghemat keuangan dengan tepat. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah membuka pemikiran mitra dalam mengelola keuangan akan memberikan kontribusi dalam mengatur dan menggunakan keuangan dengan baik, sehingga tidak konsumtif dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari, terutama dalam konsumsi makanan di luar seperti cafe atau tempat jajan lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik social modeling terhadap pengembangan empati siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Deli Tua pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya kemampuan empati dalam membentuk kepribadian sosial siswa yang sehat, khususnya dalam interaksi di lingkungan sekolah yang multikultural. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) model one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 30 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan tingkat empati yang rendah. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala empati yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor empati sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik social modeling. Peningkatan skor empati siswa menunjukkan bahwa teknik ini efektif dalam menstimulasi perkembangan kesadaran emosional, pemahaman perspektif orang lain, dan perilaku prososial. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan modeling dapat menjadi alternatif strategis dalam program bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa yang empatik, kooperatif, dan toleran. Oleh karena itu, guru BK disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan metode ini secara berkelanjutan dalam kegiatan pembinaan siswa.

Abstract

This community service is carried out through mentoring activities for SAS English Laboratory tutors, 89% of whom are Generation Z. The current habits and the ease of social media have poisoned the mindset of Generation Z to experience "FOMO" by following current trends, especially frequent culinary tours in cafes. Restaurants or street food, which lead to poor financial management, have become a problem for SAS English Laboratory tutors in managing their finances. 65% of the tutors agree that culinary news shared on TikTok has become a destination that must be visited, even if only for a photo. This activity was carried out with the two-stay two-stray method, dividing each group to manage easy-to-make and delicious food, followed by the application of science and technology in managing finances well. The results from this community service activity have opened the partners' minds to better financial management, contributing to more effective organization and use of finances. This, in turn, helps avoid consumerism in daily life, particularly in food consumption outside of home, such as in cafes or snack places. The partners stated that savings significantly differentiate the characteristics of the two clusters, or in other words, the indicators by respondents in the two existing clusters are very different from one aThis also helps the psychology of Generation Z in managing finances.

Abstract

Kegiatan Proyek Profil Penguatan Pelajar Pancasila yang memfokuskan kepada karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kegiatan proyek profil penguatan pelajaran pancasila dalam mewujudkan sekolah inklusif di SDN RANGKAH VI/168. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomolgi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah SD Negeri RANGKAH VI/168. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Triangulasi teknik dilakukan untuk menguji keabsahan data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa SD Negeri RANGKAH VI/168 telah mengimplementasikan kegiatan proyek profil penguatan pelajaran pancasila. Implementasi kurikulum merdeka mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, Perencanaan pembelajaran telah disusun dengan baik seperti pembuatan modul ajar; pembuatan asesmen diagnostik, formatif, dan sumatif; pembuatan modul P5. Pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka selama pembelajaran telah berjalan dengan baik melalui kegiatan puncak tema dalam kegiatan penguatan proyek profil pelajar pancasila (P5). Evaluasi yang telah dilaksanakan seperti menganalisis hambatan-hambatan yang muncul selama implementasi kurikulum merdeka, seperti kurangnya fasilitas dalam mengembangkan potensi anak yang beragam. Khususnya fasilitas pengembangan potensi bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus masih sangat minim, tidak adanya guru pendamping khusus anak berkebutuhan khusus sehingga menyulitkan guru kelas dalam mengembangkan potensi anak berkebutuhan khusus

Abstract

This Research Is Motivated By The Many Students Who Have Problems Experienced By Students In Class Viii Of Smp Negeri 1 Biru-Biru, Namely Phubbing Behavior. There Are Students Who Are Less Focused On Listening To Other People Talking, Students Are More Focused On What They Are Holding And Often Ignore Their Peers When Communicating. Many Students Are Unable To Use Technology Wisely (Excessively) Towards Smartphone Users Compared To Listening To Other People Talking And Cannot Appreciate Their Feelings. The Purpose Of This Study Is To Determine Whether There Is An Influence Of The Jigsaw Method Information Service On The Phubbing Behavior Of Class Viii Students Of Smp Negeri 1 Biru-Biru. The Method In This Study Is Quantitative Research. The Research Design Is Pre-Test And Post-Test Group. The Population In This Study Were 120 Students In Class Viii Of Smp Negeri 1 Biru-Biru. The Sample Taken Was 30 Students. The Sampling Technique Used In This Study Was The Purposive Sampling Technique. The Data Collection Technique Used A Likert Scale, Namely Making A Phubbing Behavior Scale. Based On The Results Of The Hypothesis Test Using The Paired Sample Test, The Sig Value Was Obtained. (2-Tailed) Of 0.004 <0.05, Which Means That There Is A Significant Difference Between The Pre-Test And Post-Test. This Shows That There Is An Influence Of The Jigway Method Information Service On Phubbing Behavior At Smp Negeri 1 Biru-Biru In The 2024/2025 Academic Year.

Abstract

Self-regulated learning merupakan kemampuan penting yang harus dimiliki siswa untuk mengelola proses belajar secara mandiri dan bertanggung jawab. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi self-regulated learning yaitu pola asuh demokratis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh demokratis orang tua dengan self-regulated learning siswa SMA Swasta PAB 5 Klumpang Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X SMA Swasta PAB 5 Klumpang, dengan jumlah 177 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 siswa kelas X dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria orang tua menerapkan pola asuh demokratis. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket pola asuh demokratis dan angket self-regulated learning yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Angket pola asuh demokratis memperoleh nilai cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0,913 dan pada angket self-regulated learning sebesar 0,851. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Hasil analisis data dengan teknik korelasi person product moment menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pola asuh demokratis dengan self-regulated learning, dengan nilai koefisien r = 0,527 dan p = 0,000, artinya semakin baik pola asuh demokratis orang tua, maka semakin tinggi pula kemampuan self-regulated learning siswa. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,278, menunjukkan bahwa self-regulated learning dipengaruhi oleh pola asuh demokratis sebesar 27,8% dan 72,2% nya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

This research aims to find out the relationship between self-control and student social ethics. Self-control is an individual's ability to regulate emotions, impulses, and behavior to conform to prevailing norms. Meanwhile, interaction ethics reflect the extent to which students can interact politely and courteously. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a correlational research design. The population in this study consists of all students in grade XI at SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam for the 2024/2025 academic year, totaling 382 students. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The sample consists of 38 students. The research instruments used were self-control questionnaires and interaction ethics questionnaires, which have been tested for validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha. The self-control questionnaire achieved a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.872, while the interaction ethics questionnaire scored 0.919. The measurement scale for attitudes, opinions, and perceptions uses a Likert scale. The results of hypothesis testing show that the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.620 and the significance (p) is 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a positive relationship between self-control and social ethics. The coefficient of determination yields an R-squared value of 0.384 and an R value of 0.620, demonstrating that 38% of social ethics is influenced by self-control and 62% by other factors. This study implies the need for self-control so that students can exhibit positive social ethics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Using the Tiktok Application on Self-Esteem of Female Adolescents at SMK Satria Dharma Perbaungan. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all female students at SMK Satria Dharma Perbaungan. The sample of this study was 36 students who were taken as samples taken using a purposive sampling technique whose criteria used in this study were female. The results of this study are that the level of use of the Tiktok application by female adolescents at SMK Satria Dharma Perbaungan can be said to be high. This was obtained from the results of the adolescent questionnaire with details of 40% with a frequency of 14 adolescents out of 36 respondents in the high category. Furthermore, the self-esteem of female adolescents at SMK Satria Dharma Perbaungan can be said to be moderate. This was obtained from the results of the student questionnaire with details of 37.5% with a frequency of 15 adolescents out of 36 respondents in the low category. The results of the simple linear regression analysis showed that there was a significant influence between the use of the Tiktok application on the self-esteem of female adolescents at SMK Satria Dharma Perbaungan. The model summary table shows an R Square value of 0.723. This value indicates that the contribution of the Tiktok application usage variable to self-esteem is 72.3%. While the remaining 27.7% is influenced by other factors outside the Tiktok application usage variable. Based on the regression coefficient value of X of 2.936, it states that for every 1% increase in the value of Tiktok application usage, the self-esteem value will also increase by 2.936. This means that the higher the level of Tiktok application usage, the lower the level of self-esteem of female adolescents at SMK Satria Dharma Perbaungan.
