<![CDATA[Pasang surut laut merupakan sebuah fenomena naik dan turunnya permukaan air laut di bumi akibat pengaruh gravitasi benda luar angkasa, terutama matahari dan bulan. Pengamatan pasang surut laut sangat penting dalam penentuan referensi vertikal, untuk menyatukan data-data pengukuran di laut dan di daratan agar dapat diterjemahkan dalam satu kesatuan sistem pemetaan. Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia yang memiliki luas laut 3,25 juta km2 dari 7,81 juta km2 total luas wilayah Indonesia, sudah seharusnya memiliki stasiun pasang surut yang tersebar merata di seluruh Indonesia. Penempatan stasiun tersebut juga harus tepat lokasi karena setiap perairan memiliki karateristik tersendiri. Badan Informasi Geospasial (BIG) mengelola 138 stasiun pasang surut (pasut) yang terdistribusi di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Stasiun pasut tersebut pada umumnya ditempatkan di dermaga/pelabuhan, sehingga jarak antar staisun pasang surut menyesuaikan ketersediaan dermaga yang ada. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisa harmonik pasut dengan metode admiralty pada stasiun pasut BIG yang jarak antar stasiunnya kurang dari 50 km, disumsikan tipe pasut di lokasi yang berdekatan tersebut sama. Lokasi penelitian adalah stasiun pasut Ulee Lhue dibandingkan dengan stasiun pasut Malahayati, stasiun pasut Pel. Ciwandan dibandingkan dengan stasiun pasut Serang, stasiun pasut Sunda Kelapa dibandingkan dengan Pondok Dayung, dan stasiun pasut Pameungpeuk dibandingkan dengan stasiun pasut Pamayangsari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tipe pasut dilokasi yang dibandingkan tersebut memiliki karakteristik yang sama.]]>

<![CDATA[Destination from study this is for knowing how creativity teaching blended on learning language English for Elementary School . Method research used in study this is method descriptive type studies literature , data collection was carried out through studies literature with use the best reference with creativity teaching blended on learning language English for Elementary School . H result study show that creativity teaching blended on learning language English for Suitable Elementary School is type flex blended learning , besides that system management learning with neat and good in blended teaching on learning language English for Elementary school is also important. The results of the study also show that teaching blended on eye lesson language English is a must as one adjustment after the Covid 19 pandemic, even though at first not yet used to however moment this Becomes a necessity . Article conclusion this is creativity teaching blended on teaching language English for Elementary School is well and so that all walk fluent teacher is the most important key.]]>

<![CDATA[This research describes the challenges faced by student-teachers in teaching online English. The study aims to explain student-teacher teachers' experiences relating to classroom management during the student-teacher teachers' teaching practicum in junior high school. The research used the descriptive qualitative method. A semi-structured interview and online questionnaire were conducted with four student-teacher teachers to find their responses relating to their challenges, how they faced them, and the suggestions they gave for improving classroom management through an online classroom. The findings showed that the unpreparedness of student-teacher teachers and students during the transition from the offline classroom to online learning was a challenge in managing the online class. ]]>

<![CDATA[The restriction of the land size for residential housing is intended to prevent any piling up lands for certain people as in line with Articles 7 and 17 of Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA) which are further highlighted in Government Regulation according to Article 12 of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 56 of 1960. However, there are no regulations governing the limitation of land size in place. More specific regulations regarding the right to land are outlined in the Decree of Agrarian Minister/the Head of National Land Agency Number 6 of 1998 concerning Grant of Right to Land for Residential Housing. The regulatory provisions highlight the restriction of the land size requested for residential housing and the land size that applicants can own, but it is only restricted to the applicants or for extended rights. The Decree of Agrarian Minister/the Head of National Land Agency Number 6 1998 does not seem to give a solution to what has been mandated in ownership or right restriction of non-agricultural lands, which is to be regulated in Government Regulation. Departing from the issue above, this research aims to study the grant of the right to land for residential housing by conducting a juridical analysis. This research use normative methods to analyze land ownership limitation and land registration.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine how to improve santri's motivation for entrepreneurship and to examine the impact of entrepreneurship motivation training in salafiah santri using a Problem Based Learning approach. The technique and methods utilized in this study are qualitative with descriptive methods. The research was done in salafiah pesantren in Cimahi City, and the subjects were six santri individuals who had previously attended training or had never attended. Data collecting techniques include observing, interviewing, and documenting. According to the data analysis, there has been a considerable growth in entrepreneurial motivation and interest in starting a business. From the research findings it can be concluded that conducting entrepreneurship training for students will significantly assist them in starting a successful business and increasing their confidence as entrepreneurs.]]>

<![CDATA[This study investigates English pronunciation teaching practices, challenges, and effectiveness in Indonesian senior middle schools. It aims to identify specific barriers teachers face and develop recommendations for improving pronunciation instruction. The research focuses on internal factors, such as teachers' self-proficiency and instructional techniques, and external factors, including curriculum constraints and student motivation. Interviews with four English teachers revealed that reading aloud is a common strategy for teaching pronunciation, with Teacher 1 using report texts and Teacher 2 incorporating role play. Teachers 1 and 2 actively participate in the MGMP discussion forum to enhance their teaching methods, whereas Teachers 3 and 4 value their phonetics training from college. The study identifies critical challenges, such as students' lack of practice, native language interference, and motivational issues. Teachers 1 and 2 noted that students' pronunciation struggles are compounded by their reliance on their mother tongue and limited practice. Recommendations include integrating dedicated pronunciation practice into the curriculum and using interactive activities to enhance students' engagement and proficiency in English pronunciation.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Pimpinan merupakan salah satu faktor dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan karena seorang pemimpin dapat memotivasi seseorang untuk bertindak dan berperilaku yang dapat mengendalikan dan memelihara kegiatan-kegiatan dan menetapkan arah umum yang harus ditempuh. Apabila pimpinan memberikan arahan yang tepat dan baik kepada karyawan maka akan menimbulkan semangat kerja yang tinggi.Tujuan dari penelitan didalam ini adalah agar mengetahui kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan metode statstik deskriptif dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Karena seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan skunder dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 orang responden yaitu karyawan di PT. Industri Plywood Tjipta Rimba Djaja Unit Pelayaran Belawan. Sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasakan hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tapi tidak dengan variabel motivasi secara persial tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Industri Plywood Tjipta Rimba Djaja Unit Pelayaran Belawan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study analyzed Muslim consumer attitudes towards environmentally friendly products from a Maqashid Syariah perspective in Balangan Regency. The problem addressed was the lack of in-depth understanding of how Islamic values influence sustainable consumption behavior. A quantitative approach using a survey method was employed, involving 150 Muslim respondents. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings indicated that Muslim consumers in Balangan Regency demonstrated a moderate understanding of Maqashid Syariah, high environmental awareness, high perception of the value of environmentally friendly products, and a high intention to purchase environmentally friendly products. These results suggest that Maqashid Syariah serves as a strong ethical foundation in shaping positive awareness and intentions among Muslim consumers towards sustainable products. The study concludes that the internalization of religious values, particularly Maqashid Syariah, plays a significant role in driving ecologically responsible consumption behavior.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the level of school belonging of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency. School belonging plays an important role in increasing students' learning motivation and psychological well-being. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research results show that the majority of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency, have a moderate to high level of school belonging, supported by positive social ties with peers and teachers. However, there are a small number of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency, students with low engagement who feel less welcome in the school environment. Therefore, creating an inclusive and supportive school environment is very important to increase students' attachment to school.]]>
