Abstract

The study focuses on Millennials in Bekasi City to examine the relationship between brand experience, brand trust, brand love and brand loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with convenient sampling and survey methods to collect data from 100 respondents. In this study, data are analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS software. Findings show that brand experience and brand trust have a positive impact on brand love. Furthermore, brand trust and brand love positively affect brand loyalty, whereas brand experience does not. The study also found that the relationship between brand experience and brand trust in terms of brand loyalty is mediated by brand love. This indicates that brand love plays a mediating role in the relationship between brand experience and brand trust in terms of brand loyalty. The research highlights the importance of emotional connection in building brand loyalty, especially for brands based on religion and beliefs. Marketers should focus on creating positive brand experiences, building consumer trust, fostering brand loyalty, and ultimately increasing brand loyalty.

Abstract

Pengembangan kewirausahaan bagi generasi muda meliputi tiga pilar program, yaitu penyadaran, pemberdayaan dan pengembangan. Pengembangan kewirausahaan mampu mendukung realisasi dari motivasi untuk berwirausaha yang dapat ditumbuhkan dari pendidikan formal maupun nonformal menjadi usaha yang berkembang secara berkelanjutan (sustainability). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis deskriptif, Strategic Assumption Surfacing (SAST),  dengan wawancara/diskusi-diskusi yang melibatkan para nara sumber/key person, praktisi di bidang kewirausahaan dan praktisi secara purposive.Analisis SAST digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi aspek kepentingan dan keyakinan untuk menentukan asumsi-asumsi strategik terkait analisis kebijakan kewirausahaan pemuda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari ke-tiga isu utama ada beberapa hal yang menjadi perhatian yaitu membangun karakter wirausaha dan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, efektivitas proses inkubasi wirausaha dan model dukungan pendanaanKata kunci : Pengembangan Kewirausahaan dan SAST

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer experiences, time saving orientation, and price saving orientation on actual behavior using grab food through convenience motivation as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach and a pilot study of 30 respondents was conducted to test the research instrument. The object of this research is the people of Bekasi City by using a sample of 136 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses regression uing the SPSS version 24 application. The results show that consumer experiences, time saving orientation, and price saving orientation variables have a significant effect on actual behavior and convenience motivation in using grab food. Meanwhile, convenience motivation is able to mediate consumer experiences, time saving orientation, and price saving orientation towards actual behavior in using grab food.

Abstract

This research summarizes findings from related journal literature to investigate the influence of training and work discipline on employee performance. Through a literature review, this article outlines the positive relationship between work discipline and employee performance, as well as the role of work discipline in increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace. The various empirical studies reviewed show that a high level of training and a strong level of work discipline can form more productive and high-performing employees. The literature also highlights the importance of integrating human resource management strategies that focus on increasing training and implementing effective work discipline. This research provides an in-depth understanding of these concepts and emphasizes their relevance in the modern organizational context. In conclusion, this article provides a solid theoretical foundation for further research and provides practical insights for human resource management in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The article "Literature Review on the Influence of Leadership and Compensation on Motivation and Performance" is a scientific article that aims to develop a research hypothesis about variable interactions that will be used in future research in the field of Human Resource Management. The method used to write this literary review article is library research, which involves collecting information from online sources such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online platforms. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Corporate social responsibility has an impact on employee performance. 2) Motivation affects employee achievement. In addition to these two exogenous variables, there are many other factors that affect the endogeneous variables of motivation and performance, such as organizational culture, job satisfaction, and workload.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of brand awareness and product variety on purchasing decisions for Lemonilo noodles in Bekasi through purchase intention. The method we use is a quantitative method, where we use a purposive sampling technique to select 128 respondents who are consumers of Lemonilo noodles in Bekasi City. The results show that the second factor, brand awareness and product variety, influences purchase intention, but only product variety has a significant impact on purchasing decisions. In addition, purchase interest acts as a reflection between brand awareness and product variety and purchasing decisions

Abstract

Usaha kecil dan industri rumah tangga belakangan ini memainkan peranan penting dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat khususnya mendukung pendapatan rumah tangga. Usaha rumahan produk olahan tepung “akar kelapa saat ini sulit didapatkan karena diproduksi terutama pada saat Hari Raya. Pelatihan strategi pemasaran bertujuan melestarikan produk lokal dan meningkatkan pemahaman akan pentingnya strategi pemasaran dalam usaha. Pengabdian ini bertujuan edukasi tentang strategi pemasaran untuk menjaga produk lokal dan mendukung ekonomi, terutama industri rumahan.Kegiatan ini melibatkan Ibu-Ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Marga Mulya RT 005/ RW 01 Kota Bekasi dengan metode ceramah dan praktek. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam membuat produk olahan tepung “akar kelapa melalui strategi pemasaran dan kemasan modern, menjaga keunggulan produk daerah serta meningkatkan daya saing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Instagram Advertising, Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Makanan Kucing Bolt Di Juan Petshop. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan mengambil responden di Juan Petshop. Adapun jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 150 responden. Analisis data menggunakan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil uji Hal ini terlihat dari nilai t hitung yang mempunyai tingkat signifikansi (kurang dari 0,05) lebih besar dibandingkan dengan t tabel. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh. hasil pengujian Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Produk Bolt di Juan Petshop. Fakta bahwa lebih besar dari tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi (sedikit di bawah 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh. Hasil penelitian menunjuka bahwa: (1) Instagram advertising berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. (2) persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. (3) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. (4) instagram advertising, persepsi harga, kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: During the global Covid-19 pandemic, with social restrictions, digital marketing became a demand.  Plenty of MSMEs are unable to adapt to digital marketing quickly. It depends on innovation capabilities and technology capabilities of MSMEs, as well as an understanding of value-based selling.Purpose: This study examines whether innovation capabilities are able to improve MSME marketing performance mediated by technology capabilities and value-based selling.Methodology: A quantitative approach is used in this research with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) modeling.  The questionnaire was distributed to 39 samples of MSMEs in Java, with purposive sampling..Findings: SEM model testing shows that innovation capabilities have a positive and significant effect on improving the marketing performance of MSMEs, both directly and indirectly. Both technology capabilities and value-based selling are able to mediate the capacity for innovation to improve the marketing performance of MSMEs.   Paper Type: Research Article

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at Bank Mandiri Area Pondok Kelapa, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 62 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results show that both work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination indicates that 57.6% of employee performance can be explained by the variables of work motivation and work discipline, while the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This research supports previous findings that high work motivation and good work discipline are crucial for improving employee performance.
