Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and job promotions on employee job satisfaction at PT. Permata Jaga Karya, Denpasar. The number of research samples were 84 employees. Determination of the sample using saturated or census means that all employees are respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23.0. The results of the analysis showed that compensation had a significant positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Permata Jaga Karya, Denpasar, this is evidenced by the value of the coefficient B for X1 is positive and the significant value of t (X1) <0.05. Similarly, promotion has a significant positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Permata Jaga Karya, Denpasar, this is evidenced by the value of the coefficient B X2 is positive and the significant value of t (X2) <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Using as many as 106 employees working in several occupations in one of the largest city in Indonesia as respondents and using a path analysis model, the results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant relationship with job satisfaction and OCB, and also found a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and OCB. In general, job satisfaction has been shown to mediate the relationship, but the specifics differ, which is caused by the different characteristics among employees. The mediating effect was evident in male employees, older employees and employees with high tenure while female employees, younger employees (< 5 years), the mediating effect was not proven. As for the characteristics of education, it cannot be concluded with certainty, because the explanatory variance is very low.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is a key factor for achieving company competitive advantage, but research on the competitive advantage of HR is still little to do. As is known, the superiority of HR can be seen from the role of HR as an employee champion. This study aims to analyze the effect of the HR function on employee champions from the perspective of learning and growth as a mediating variable. The research sample consisted of 627 employees form 14 the small medium industries. The sample obtained was 82 employees. This research was conducted using questionnaires and interviews. In making the questionnaire used a scaling technique Likert to measure attitudes, income, and perceptions of people or groups of people about social phenomena that occur. The analytical tool used was SEM-PLS. The findings of the research result found that the HR function does not directly influence employee champions, but after incorporating the perspective of learning and growth as a mediating variable. It appears that the effect of the HR function on employee champions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self efficacy, self esteem andjob involvement on employee performance at PT. Dwi Fajar Semesta Denpasar. Thestudy was conducted in 2017, with data collection techniques through interviews andquestionnaires. Number of respondents 58 employees. The research method used isdescriptive quantitative. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression,determination analysis and t test with SPSS Version 23 for Windows application. Theresults showed that self esteem, self efficacy and job involvement have a positive andsignificant impact on employee performance at PT. Dwi Fajar Semesta Denpasar.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly fierce business competition, the performance of employees is required to continue to increase. One of the steps to maintain or improve employee performance can be done by evaluating employee performance and making a series of improvements to always improve the quality of the employee so that the company grows and excels in the competition, or at least can survive. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of motivation, self-efficacy, and workload on employee performance at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Denpasar branch office. The methods used in this research are qualitative and quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this study was 45 using the saturated sampling method. Collecting data using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (3) workload had a significant and negative effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) are a unit of economic institutions in the village which are continuously maintained by the local community according to local wisdom.. So that there are often several problems that must be resolved by BUMDES managers. This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, organizational commitment on employee performance. The number of samples in this study were 35 people using the saturated sample method. The research was conducted at BUMDES in Sidakarya Village with research objects on leadership style, organizational culture, organizational commitment and employee performance. Data collection was carried out using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t test to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Badan Usaha Milik Desa at Desa Sidakarya Denpasar, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Badan Usaha Milik Desa at Desa Sidakarya Denpasar, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Badan Usaha Milik Desa at Desa Sidakarya Denpasar.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that is happening now is affecting the economy. This study aims to examine changes in the supply of consumer goods to Bali from outside Bali in the Indonesian territory and changes in the per capita consumption of the Balinese population, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Two events were observed, namely the first event was the announcement of the first positive case of Covid-19 in Indonesia, and the 2nd event was the determination of the status of a national disaster by the Indonesian government. Data analysis was performed using a different test with the SPSS v.23 program. The results of the analysis found that there was a difference in the supply of consumer goods to Bali from outside Bali and the per capita consumption of the Balinese population in the first and 2nd events. The supply of consumer goods and per capita consumption decreased significantly after the announcement of the first positive case of Covid-19 and then further decreased after the Indonesian government declared a national disaster status. The determination of the status of a national disaster has a greater impact on reducing the per capita consumption of the Balinese population than the announcement of the first Covid-19 patient. As a result of Covid-19, it is hoped that the Bali Provincial Government needs to make policy breakthroughs to encourage the fulfillment of consumer goods needs in Bali independently so that they do not always depend on supplies from outside Bali. The Covid-19 pandemic has reduced people's income and reduced buying power, thus demanding people to be smarter in managing finances, including adjusting consumption patterns according to the priority scale of needs.

Abstract

Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi yang ada pada saat ini, menyebabkan perusahaan harus menyesuaikan dengan kemajuan yang terjadi pada saat ini dengan tujuan agar tetap dapat berkembang dan bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. Salah satu perkembangan yang terjadi saat ini yaitu dengan memanfaatkan internet sebagai wadah untuk melakukan aktivitas pekerjaan. Disamping hal tersebut, maraknya kasus covid – 19 yang menyebabkan masyarakat takut untuk berinteraksi di luar rumah, maka internet dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat untuk melakukan proses penjualan. Dengan meningkatnya kasus covid – 19, maka banyak karyawan yang takut untuk bekerja sehingga terjadinya peningkatan absensi. Maka dari itu, diperlukan alternative lain agar karyawan tetap hadir pada saat jadwalnya bekerja. Dengan demikian program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan agar karyawan mampu memahami bagaimana cara memanfaatkan internet sebagai wadah untuk melakukan promosi dan penjualan, mampu memahami bagaimana cara membuat konsep untuk promosi dan mengurangi tingkat absensi yang terjadi pada perusahaan.

Abstract

Manajemen keuangan merupakan salah satu subtansi manajemen sekolah yang akan turut menentukan berjalannya kegiatan pendidikan di sekolah. Berdasarkan Permendiknas No. 19 Tahun 2007 tentang Standar Pengelolaan, setiap sekolah pada semua jenjang pendidikan, termasuk SMP, harus menyusun Rencana Kerja Sekolah dan Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS). Dampak pandemi covid-19 juga mempenagruhi sistem pencatatan administrasi pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Celuk terutama pada RKAS dikarenakan kurangnya pengoptimalan sistem dan koordinasi akibat adanya PPKM (Perlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat. Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Celuk sebagai suatu lembaga pendidikan perlu ditingkatkan dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan perkembangan pembangunan disegala bidang baik segi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, fasilitas kerja maupun kesejahteraan yang layak bagi seluruh tenaga pendidik. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengarahan, metode pelatihan dan evaluasi. Adapun kegiatan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini sudah berjalan dengan baik dan lancar, serta sesuai dengan program kerja yang telah direncanakan dengan relasi 100 persen.
