Abstract

Menjalani kehidupan sebagai narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan berakibat munculnya stress. Dukungan sosial dianggap sebagai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi stress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan stress pada narapidana di Lapas Kelas IIA Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 24 April – 2 Mei 2024 dengan jumlah sampel 119 yang diperoleh menggunakan total sampling. Teknik mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariate dengan uji chi-square. Hasil analisis univariat diperoleh 74 responden (62,2%) dengan dukungan sosial kurang baik dan 71 responden (59,7%) stress. Hasil uji chi-square menunjukkan ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan stress pada narapidana di Lapas Kelas IIA Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar (p value 0,000). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan semakin tinggi dukungan sosial semakin rendah stress yang dialami narapidana. Dengan diadakan penelitian ini peneliti mengharapkan kepada petugas Lembaga Pemasyarakatan dapat memberikan kegiatan positif kepada narapidana untuk mengurangi stress.

Abstract

Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Atas (ISPA) disebabkan oleh virus atau bakteri. Dampak yang ditimbulkan ISPA antara lain dapat mengganggu tumbuh kembang anak, jika anak terus menerus sakit maka berat badan anak tidak bertambah secara alami, meskipun berat badan anak biasanya bertambah selama masa tumbuh kembang. Selain itu, jika infeksi di paru-paru dan tidak ditangani dengan baik, dapat menyebabkan komplikasi serius yang dapat mengancam jiwa. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat pengetahuan ibu yang mempunyai balita tentang kejadian ISPA pada balita di Desa Pulau Rambai Tahun (2023). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif untuk melihat tingkat pengetahuan ibu yang mempunyai balita tentang ISPA pada balita. Penelitian dilakukan tanggal 07-09 Desember 2023 di Desa Pulau Rambai dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang ibu yang mempunyai balita yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik acidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat. Sebagian besar pengetahuan ibu kurang sebanyak 17 responden (56,7%). Diharapkan bagi ibu yang mempunyai balita menambah informasi dan masukan terutama pengetahuan ibu yang kurang mengetahui tentang ISPA.

Abstract

Work accidents are the main challenge that affects employee safety and productivity in the palm oil plantation sector in the harvesting section which still often occurs, due to the lack of implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for harvesting. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of SOP for harvesting employees, with a focus on work safety and efficiency of the harvesting process. The study used a descriptive design with a quantitative approach with a sample of 129 palm oil harvesting employees selected using a simple random sampling technique. Primary data were collected through direct observation using observation sheets that included indicators of SOP implementation. Secondary data were obtained from company documents. Data analysis was carried out univariately to describe the level of SOP implementation. The results showed that the majority of employees 69% had implemented the harvesting SOP properly, while 31% had not fully complied with the procedure. Good implementation of SOPs supports increased work safety, efficiency of the harvesting process, and productivity. It is recommended that respondents be more disciplined in implementing the harvesting SOP, including consistent use of PPE and proper implementation of work procedures at every stage of the harvesting process. Active participation in work safety training held by the company is also expected to increase awareness and understanding of the importance of working according to SOP. By complying with SOPs, employees can protect themselves from the risk of accidents, while contributing to increased work productivity and the sustainability of company operations

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), more than 700,000 deaths are recorded every year worldwide, some of which are transmitted via fly vectors, which cause 17% of all infectious diseases. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between environmental sanitation and the level of fly density at the Bangkinang City Presidential Market in 2023. This research is an observational research, with a cross sectional approach, the research was conducted on 25-30 November 2023. The population in this research was 58 chicken, fish and meat traders. The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling. The measuring tool used is an observation sheet and the fly density measuring tool is a flygrill. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate, processed using a computerized system. The data obtained were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between environmental sanitation p value = 0.002 and the level of fly density at Bangkinang Inpres Market. This research hopes that traders will pay more attention to the condition of the rubbish that is still lying around, especially vegetable traders, to throw rubbish in the right place so as not to cause flies to breed.
