Abstract

This study aims to: (1) produce LKPD-based Project Based Learning that is feasible to improve critical thinking and social skills for grade IV elementary school students (2) produce LKPD-based Project Based Learning that is effective for improving critical thinking for grade IV elementary school students (3) produce LKPD based on Project Based Learning which is effective to improve social skills for fourth grade elementary school students. (4) produce practical Project Based Learning-based worksheets to improve critical thinking and social skills for fourth grade elementary school students. This learning media development research refers to the ADDIE model. The research subjects were fourth grade students of SD Negeri Mojo with a total of 16 students. The research design used one group pretest-posttest. The results showed: (1) that the learning device in the form of a syllabus obtained a validation result of 86.6% and RPP obtained a validation result of 94%. The results of the validation of the pre-posttest instrument were 91.6%. While the results of LKPD validation from media experts are 90%. Based on the calculation of the Likert scale, the validation results enter the very feasible criteria. So it can be concluded that Project Based Learning LKPD to Improve Critical Thinking and Social Skills for Grade IV Elementary School Students is very feasible to use. (2) There is a moderate increase in the acquisition of pretest and posttest scores, classically completeness is only 12.5% ​​with an average pretest of 52.81. The results of the posttest classical completeness score reached 87.5% with an average posttest score of 80.94. Based on the calculation of the N-Gain score, there is an increase of 0.60 and is included in the moderate improvement criteria. (3) Observation of students' communication skills obtained results of 86.6%, participating 91.8%, and sharing 94.4%. Classically obtained an average of 92.18, with very active criteria. (4) The results of the teacher's assessment of the Project Based Learning-Based LKPD to Improve Critical Thinking and Social Skills for Fourth Grade Students scored 92.18% and the average student response questionnaire was 96.5%. From these results, according to the Likert scale calculation which is converted into a percentage, it is included in the very good criteria, which means it is very practical. Thus, it can be concluded that the LKPD Based on Project Based Learning to Improve Critical Thinking and Social Skills for Class IV Students is very practical to be used as a learning medium.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2022, tim pengabdian masyarakat Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian (FTP) Universitas Katolik Soegijapranata melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat kepada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Srondol Kota Semarang khususnya klaster pangan. Hasil-hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya perlu ditindaklanjuti untuk meningkatkan mutu produk pangan olahan sehingga berpengaruh pada penampakan produk terhadap atribut sensoriknya. Oleh karena itu, desain kemasan merupakan bagian dari program pengabdian masyarakat. Diketahui pula, ada sekitar 17 varian produk olahan yang dijadikan bahan diskusi selama pelatihan. Tantangan barunya adalah bagaimana mengelola keuangan peserta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, 1. Bagaimana agar klaster UMKM pangan Srondol mampu membuat log-book untuk mencatat jumlah pengeluaran dan pemasukan dengan benar. 2. Penggunaan software untuk membuat desain kemasan yang terjangkau. 3. Penerapan produk pangan dalam bentuk barcode 2D. 4. Menentukan nilai gizi produk pangan yang dijual.

Abstract

Based on the results of interviews with Islamic Religious Education teachers, there were several problems that hindered the Ramadhan fasting factor on students' understanding, including: there were still some students whose PAI understanding scores were below the KKM, method Less innovative learning makes students bored of learning PAI, there are still some students who don't understand PAI learning using conventional methods. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning learning model on the understanding of PAI learning for grade 5 students at SD Plus Mutiara Insani Purwakarta. The theory used in understanding learning is Bloom's Taxonomy, where the indicators are divided into 3 domains, namely: cognitive, affective and psychomotor. This research method uses a quantitative experimental method, with a Probability Sampling sampling technique. The number of samples used as respondents is 30. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it shows that the Project Based Learning learning model and lecture method have a significant influence, this is shown by the average or mean T-Test results using the lecture method around 55.41, while using the Project Based Learning learning model around 55.41. 78.96, then there is an influence between the results of students' understanding of learning using the lecture method and the Project Based Learning learning model, shown by an increase in the results of learning understanding around 23%. This was strengthened again by significant results, namely the sig value. (2-tailed) with a value of 0.000 < 0.361.The Pretest average with a percentage of 31.96% is in the not good category, while the Posttest average with a percentage of 70.38% is in the good category. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence between the Project Based Learning learning model and the lecture method on increasing the results of understanding PAI learning for grade 5 students at SD Plus Mutiara Insani Purwakarta using the Project Based Learning learning model and the lecture method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Apotek Arkadia Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan medote kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh yaitu 52 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi, selain itu teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, uji heteroskedasitas), analisis regresi sederhana dan linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis (uji parsial t dan uji simultan f) dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan persamaan regesi Y = 10,824 + 0,255X1 + 0,313X2, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 62,9%. Hasil uji hipotesis variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh serta signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan nilai signikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nikai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu sebesar 8,727 > 2,009, sehingga H0 ditolak H1 diterima. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Thitung >Ttabel yaitu sebesar 8,837 > 2,009, sehingga H0 ditolak H2 diterima. Hasil uji F yaitu Fhitung > Ftabel 41,581 > 3,19 maka H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada Apotek Arkadia Jakarta Barat
