Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of green human capital on employee performance with Green Structural as moderation. The population in this study were company employees. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling technique. The collected data was analyzed using smartPLS. The results of this research show that green human capital has a positive effect on employee performance . Green structural is able to moderate green human capital towards employee performance. Abstract

Transformasi digital melalui kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan otomatisasi telah mengubah cara manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) beroperasi, khususnya dalam pengembangan kompetensi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak AI dan otomatisasi dalam manajemen SDM terhadap pengembangan kompetensi karyawan. Ini merupakan tinjauan pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan analisis deskriptif terhadap 23 artikel yang dipilih dari Google Scholar (2020-2024). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI dan otomatisasi mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam rekrutmen, pelatihan, serta evaluasi kinerja, dan membantu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan kompetensi secara lebih tepat. Meskipun memberikan peluang besar bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, tantangan juga muncul terkait dengan kebutuhan keterampilan baru bagi karyawan. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya investasi dalam pelatihan keterampilan teknis dan soft skills untuk memastikan adaptasi karyawan terhadap teknologi baru. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak empiris AI pada berbagai industri dan menilai implikasi sosial serta etika dari penerapannya dalam SDM.

Abstract

Automotive development in Indonesia from year to year has experienced rapid progress, one of which is cars. In purchasing decisions, there are several influencing factors, one of which is the quality of service, the quality of service is very decisive for a consumer in making a purchase. If the quality of service is poor, then the price offered, no matter how low, consumers will switch to another place. The data analysis technique used in this study is using the formula validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multiconearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study concluded that service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the HBG Car Repair Shop in Pekanbaru. Price perception has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the HBG Car Repair Shop in Pekanbaru. Service quality and price perceptions influence purchasing decisions at the HBG Car Repair Shop in Pekanbaru. Variation in purchasing decisions 66.0% can be explained by service quality and price perceptions, the remaining 34.0% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation, digital literacy, and work culture on employee performance at the Department of Communication and Information Technology in Batam City. In facing the digital era, the application of technology in the public sector becomes crucial for improving work efficiency and productivity. This research uses a survey method with a population of 120 employees and a sample of 55 participants. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression techniques to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results show that digital transformation, digital literacy, and work culture have a significant impact on employee performance. Employees with higher levels of digital literacy and those working in a collaborative work culture exhibit better performance. The conclusion of this study is that to enhance employee performance at the Department of Communication and Information Technology in Batam City, there is a need to improve digital transformation, strengthen digital literacy, and develop a work culture that supports collaboration and innovation. This study provides recommendations for organizations to focus on digital training and cultural changes that foster a more open and productive work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Image, Fashion Lifestyle, dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Toko Pelangi Distro di Bengkong, Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Toko Pelangi Distro, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 87 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Toko Pelangi Distro. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, dan uji F dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS Statistics 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,756 dan signifikansi 0,000. Fashion Lifestyle juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,498 dan signifikansi 0,001. Selain itu, Harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,987 dan signifikansi 0,000. Secara simultan, Brand Image, Fashion Lifestyle, dan Harga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 48,215 dan signifikansi 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Toko Pelangi Distro di Bengkong, Kota Batam. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan daya saing usaha.
