Abstract

Abstract: The annexation of Crimea led to a prolonged conflict in Donbas, escalated the conflict, and resulting in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of the escalation of the Russia-Ukraine conflict to the Ukraine national security in 2014-2022. This researh was conducted qualitatively, focusing in analizyng data that ranged from news articles to official statements from both involved countries. Through utilizing the concept of national security, researchers found that the escalation of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine has caused enormous losses to Ukraine which include threats to Ukraine's territorial sovereignty, problems in the economic field and the occurrence of humanitarian crises. Abstract

In a conflict, the presence of a third party is required to act as a mediator if a conflict cannot be resolved by the two (or more) parties involved in the conflict. The presence of a third party as a mediator and facilitator is sometimes accompanied by implicit elements of interest behind their involvement. This research is descriptive-qualitative, based on previous research, books, and journals similar to the primary data sources. The author will sort, elaborate, analyze and conclude the facts related to CMI's interests in its involvement in the RI-GAM conflict. In this research, it is proven that CMI is a third-party actor whose involvement as a mediator has more or less had a positive political and economic impact on relations between Indonesia as one of the conflict actors and Finland, which incidentally is the country of origin of CMI. As explained in this research, CMI's involvement led to the birth of collaborations between Indonesia and Finland. This political interest also does not escape the essential roles of the international community, which is a supporting element with CMI in resolving the Aceh conflict.

Abstract

AbstrakPT Cosmetic Mirror Indonesia telah berjalan selama 14 tahun dalam dunia manufaktur produksi kaca hingga pada produk plastik kemasan kosmetik. Pangsa pasarnya berkembang dari pasar nacional pada pasar internacional seiring berjalannya waktu. Dalam usaha memenuhi permintaan dan kepuasan konsumen, perusahaan memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal pada konsumen. Salah satu usaha pelayanan tersebut diwujudkan dengan adanya gudang sebagai tempat penyimpanan sementara produk sesuai permintaan konsumen. Beberapa masalah yang dihadapi pada gudang seperti kelebihan muatan, peletakkan barang yang tidak teratur, dan kurangnya standar kebersihan dan regulasi lain. Perlu ditetapkan standar budaya yang baik untuk menjaga keberlangsungan gudang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan análisis rekomendasi apa saja yang dapat diberikan berdasarkan pendekatan 5S sebagai budaya dasar yang baik diterapkan pada perusahaan untuk menjaga proses bisnis melalui audit. Skor hasil audit awal yang menunjukkan nilai dibawah rata-rata kemudian dianalisis dan diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan pada tiap aspek hingga menghasilkan peningkatan pada skor akhir audit pada rekomendasi yang dapat diterapkan perusahaan sesuai masing-masing aspek yang dinilai.Kata kunci: audit, bersih, budaya, lingkunganAbstract[Warehouse Improvement Reccomendation through 5S Approach in PT Cosmetic Mirror Indonesia] PT Cosmetic Mirror Indonesia has been conducted in glass manufacture since 14 years ago and continously expand its business on plastic packaging for cosmetics. Their market also expand from national to international along with the time passes by. In order to fulfill consumer’s demand and satisfaction, the company gave their best service as posible. One of their effort for consumer is the availability for a warehouse as temporary storage according to consumers demand as much as they receive. Some problems which occured in the warehouse are overcapacity, randomly placed goods including semi-finished goods and finished goods, and cleaning culture obligation that has not been prepared and implemented. The Company needs a good culture standard to sustain the warehousing process. This research aims to analyze some reccommendation along 5S approach as fundamental standard that might be implemented in the company with the help in accordance on 5S audit scoring. Audit score result indicates that the standards are below average and needs to be maintained. To be analyzed and given reccommendation in their respective aspects, the final score calculated has some improvement from the reccomendation. Hence there are some reccommendation accepted directly by the company, and some planned in long term.Keywords: audit, clean, culture, environment

Abstract

This article develops a learning model for the visiting students in Bogor Municipality Regional Planning and Development Agency (BAPPEDA). The proposed learning model is developed from a combined Problem-based Learning (PBL) and Outdoor Activity. Four students from a senior high school visited Bappeda from January 2nd 2023 until January 13th 2023. During their visit in Bappeda, students performed series of activities which include document analysis, discussion to decide study location, GIS (Geographic Information System) practice learning, field surveys, and final presentation. From these activities, a learning model was developed according to the PBL and oudoor learning principles.  Three major outcomes are generated from this combined learning model namely, students are able to map the Kampung Lauk using GIS sofware, students can prepare a simple questionnaire to inquire Bappeda employees’ perception about Kampung Lauk and distribute it, and students can identify problems relate to the development of Kampung Lauk and perform final presentation to offer recommendations.

Abstract

Efisiensi penggunaan air pada budidaya tanaman padi merupakan hal yang sangat penting ditengah semakin tingginya persaingan pemanfaatan sumberdaya air. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk  meningkatkan efisiensi tersebut adalah dengan cara pemantauan ketinggian air di petakan lahan sawah, untuk selanjutnya dijadikan dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk pemberian air irigasi apabila diperlukan. Hal ini dikenal dengan pengairan basah kering AWD (alternate wetting and drying). Untuk luasan penanaman yang besar dibutuhkan suatu metode pengumpulan dan penyajian data ketinggian air dari tiap petak sawah yang efektif, hal ini sangat sulit untuk dilakukan dengan cara konvensional. Pada penelitian ini, pembuatan prototipe alat multisensor pengukuran ketinggian air di lahan sawah secara elektronik dilakukan dengan menggunakan sensor jarak. Rangkaian sensor ini memiliki sumberdaya baterai Li-ion dan terhubung dengan sel surya, data dari tiap sensor selanjutnya akan dikirim ke rangkaian master dengan komunikasi melalui modul Lora dan akan diupload ke platform IoT Ubidots dengan menggunakan modem. Sistem penghematan daya dilakukan dengan cara mengkondisikan mikrokontroller, sensor dan Lora ke mode hemat daya sehingga rangkaian sensor dapat bertahan tanpa sumberdaya matahari selama 4.13 hari. Selain itu pula, sistem mampu mengukur jarak ketingian air dari sensor yang berada pada rentang 53-60 cm. Tegangan baterai tepada alat ini berada pada nilai tertinggi 3.78V dan terendah 3.65V.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology encourages banking services to provide e-banking services. This study aims to investigate the influence of perceived ease and use of e-banking on the utilization of Islamic e-banking. The utilization of Islamic e-banking services among students has not been widely studied, so it is important to understand the factors that influenced it. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method on 210 UMSIDA and UNISBA students who actively use Islamic e-banking. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 22 analysis. The results showed that the perceived convenience and use of e-banking had a significant effect on the utilization of Islamic e-banking services. These findings can assist Islamic banking institutions in developing more effective strategies to attract and retain students as users of their services. This research also provides a scientific contribution in the field of Islamic banking and marketing studies, and can be a reference for future research on the utilization of Islamic e-banking services among university students. This research also indicates that the perceived ease and use of E-Banking are crucial factors in increasing the utilisation of Islamic E-Banking services.

Abstract

Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk menganalisis pembangunan jalan lingkar Berbas Pantai-Tanjung Laut Indah yang termasuk dalam Kawasan konservasi pesisir dan pulau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis-empiris. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kota Bontang Kalimantan Timur. Hasil penelitian bahwa konservasi pesisir dan pulau telah masuk pada Rencana Tata Ruang Kota Bontang yang diatur pada Peraturan Daerah No.13 Tahun 2019, berarti telah ada upaya untuk melindungi, memanfaatkan dan melestarikan pesisir dan pulau. namun untuk pembangunan jalan lingkar pesisir dan pulau harus tetap memperhatikan pesisir, laut dan pulau dari material yang dapat merusak ekosistem. Perlu pendekatan yang holistik, melibatkan perencanaan yang matang, desain infrastruktur yang adaptif, serta keterlibatan aktif dari semua pemangku kepentingan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the construction of the Berbas Pantai-Tanjung Laut Indah ring road which is included in the Coastal and Island Conservation Area. This research is a qualitative research with a juridical-empirical approach. The location of the research was conducted in Bontang City, East Kalimantan. The results of the study show that coastal and island conservation has been included in the Bontang City Spatial Plan which is regulated in Regional Regulation No. 13 of 2019, meaning that there have been efforts to protect, utilize and preserve the coast and islands. However, the construction of coastal and island ring roads must still pay attention to the coast, sea and islands from materials that can damage the ecosystem. A holistic approach is needed, involving careful planning, adaptive infrastructure design, and active involvement of all stakeholders.

Abstract

Migrasi adalah fenomena yang kompleks. Saking kompleksnya isu dalam hubungan internasional, bahwa migrasi selalu menjadi perdebatan di berbagai domain, baik teoritis maupun praktis, mulai dari terminologi, dampak ekonomi dan budaya, batasan dan batasan politik, negara dan kebijakan migrasi, hak asasi manusia, sekuritisasi dan juga gender. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian kepustakaan yang berfokus pada potensi penggunaan pendekatan spasial terhadap isu migrasi global, artikel ini mencoba menjelaskan bahwa migrasi global sebenarnya memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan proses penciptaan ruang-ruang baru, atau ruang-ruang lama yang diperbarui melalui penciptaan pola-pola hubungan baru antara ruang-ruang yang ada. Pada akhirnya, artikel ini menawarkan dimensi yang berbeda dalam pengembangan isu-isu migrasi global, termasuk kemungkinan melakukan penelitian baru dengan ide-ide baru yang akan menjadi sangat terbuka di masa depan, dan pada akhirnya akan menghasilkan perdebatan teoritis yang pada akhirnya akan menghasilkan pendekatan yang lebih interdisipliner

Abstract

The rise of sharing economy platforms has created a competition between hotels and Airbnb accommodations in filling the city space. Airbnb's accommodation concept is highly efficient in utilizing unused assets, aligning with SDG Goal 11. A large number of tourist visitors causes the development of Airbnb in The Special Region of Yogyakarta. An exploration of the preferences of Airbnb accommodation users will show the characteristics of tourists in terms of tourism demand. Airbnb data is sourced from Airdna, an analytics platform of Airbnb. Airbnb data consist of spatial and non-spatial data. For non-spatial Airbnb data, content analysis was used to explain the preferences of Airbnb accommodation users through reviews. Content analysis was carried out by categorized information units for each review and grouped it in form of positive (satisfied) or negative (dissatisfied). For Airbnb spatial data, spatial analysis was performed based on distribution patterns, proximity to road access and tourist sites, and the associations between accommodations and surrounding objects. Airbnb accommodations in Yogyakarta City and its surrounding areas are distributed across the region, with higher concentrations in tourist zones. Content analysis findings indicate that host hospitality receives the highest proportion of positive feedback from Airbnb users. Spatially, it shows that Airbnb accommodations in the Jetis and Kraton sub-districts achieve the most favorable ratings for amenities, location, hygiene, host and staff performance, as well as room and toilet conditions. In contrast, factors such as price, calmness, and building remain relatively uniform across all surveyed areas.

Abstract

E-learning in full design is believed to be a solution in a digital society. The reality is not entirely correct for granted. This study examines the experience of e-learning in full design at the graduate program the Department of Library and Information Science, University of Indonesia that works for half semester on a single subject. The research method used qualitative research. Data collected by online interviews and online observation. The results showed that virtual classroom using Edmodo proven to increase student participation. However, in practice the advantages of e-learning can backfire for students. The extreme point of the participation in a virtual classroom is done minimally and only to abort obligations.
