Abstract

Koperasi Pegawai Negeri (KPN) XYZ didirikan tahun 1959 dengan nama Perkumpulan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Pegawai Negeri XYZ yang memiliki beberapa bidang usaha yaitu; bidang usaha mini market yang menyediakan berbagai macam kebutuhan pokok seperti sembako, bidang usaha simpan pinjam yang membuka rekening tabungan/simpanan bagi anggota yang dinamakan tabsus (Tabungan Khusus) dan bidang usaha lainnya penjualan elektronik dimana koperasi melakukan kerjasama dengan perusahaan yang menjual elektronik, bagi anggota yang berminat, dapat membeli elektronik tersebut secara cash maupun kredit. Jenis kegiatan lainnya dengan semakin berkembangnya unit usaha disekitar lingkungan koperasi sehingga semakin ketatnya persaingan diluar dan akibatnya kepuasan pelanggan belum mencapai target yang diinginkan, dan dampak lainnya terjadi penurunan pada pembiayaan unit-unit usaha. Sebagai langkah utama dalam meningkatkan pangsa pasar yang persaingan semakin ketat, diharapkan KPN XYZ bisa mempertahankan dan memenangi persaingan di pasaran, untuk itu diperlukan tekad dan upaya yang lebih keras lagi untuk lebih ditingkatkan kualitas dalam melayani konsumen agar target yang diinginkan dapat dicapai sesuai yang diharapkan. Study yang dilakukan ini dengan menganalisis penerapan  QFD yang bertujuan agar dapat mengetahui harapan dan kebutuhan pelanggan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan mensurvey responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data tentang kinerja yang dirasakan dan harapan pelanggan terhadap atribut kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode QFD yang menggambarkan skala prioritas utama dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan konsumen untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dengan memperhitungkan bobot absolut maupun bobot relatif yang ada pada persyaratan pelanggan.   Keywords : Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Pelayanan Koperasi, Persyaratan Pelanggan dan Atribut Teknis.

Abstract

China is one of the dominant actors in the global rare earth elements market. This dominance then created a situation of dependence on China's rare earth metals. This research aims to analyze the United States Government's strategy in dealing with China's dominance of rare earths in the global market. The author uses the theory of offensive neorealism by John Mearsheimer as a conceptual framework in an attempt to explain the strategy of the United States. The type of research used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through library research in the form of primary data such as the official website of the United States Government, reports of rare earth companies in the United States, China and Australia, as well as secondary data sourced from research institutions, think tanks, articles from scientific institutions and professional organizations. After the data was collected and analyzed, the authors concluded that the United States' efforts to reduce import dependence were carried out by taking strategic steps through Executive Order or Executice Order 13817 and the Defense Production Act (DPA) during the Donald J Trump Administration (2017-2021). The move is a way to balance forces in limiting China's widespread dominance of rare earth metals. This effort is the impact of the dynamics of the international system that is anarchy, where the big countries never stop competing and pursuing power. Abstract

Current conflicts frequently occur in military, environmental, economic, social and political fields. Conflict in the military field usually involves not only the competitive capability of military forces and armaments, and competitive military business, but also in their efforts to strengthen their regional power or hegemony. Islam safeguards both human beings and nature in order not to compete and clash in interests. Conflict essentially stems from injustice and greed of some people. Islam has addressed such issues by ensuring the fairness and warning on human greed. Islamic shariah basically aims to keep the balance in religion, soul and human life, wealth, honor and environment. Islamic shariah is not man-made, which overlooks the potentials of human beings and nature. Yet, it is the guidance of the Creator of both human beings and nature, which the former is well acquainted with all their issues, needs and harmony of human beings and His creation.

Abstract

Islam and modernity has been encountering each other for such a long time since the colonialism period to the contemporary situation of global politics in the post of September 11th 2001. The result of such encounter varies, depending upon the complexity of the changeably deteriorating situation of Muslims themselves. The development of political Islam is not alien to the context of international relation. The contemporary model of Islamic renaissance should consider the development of global interconnection in one hand, and the escalation of anti-Islam and anti-immigrant sentiments in the West on the other.

Abstract

Naturally, one of the causes of crop failure in agriculture is flooding brought on by unchecked water overflow, particularly during the rainy season. Crop failure is a common source of complaints from farmers because, in addition to making it harder for them to sell their harvests, it decreases the price at which rice is sold to customers, which reduces the amount of people who purchase rice. This project aims to develop a hybrid dam water level control system prototype for paddy field irrigation. In this instance, the innovative flood monitoring and control system integrates Blynk as a user interface that can be accessible via software, along with an ESP 32 monitoring unit and a NodeMCU 8266 controller. like smartphone devices. The ESP 32 controls servo motor 1 to open the dam door in the event of flooding. In addition, the ESP 32 monitors the dam's water level using the I2C LCD and alerts the user with a bell. The NodeMCU 8266 functions as a link to the ultrasonic sensor to relay the water level data to the ESP 32. Through the Blynk application, the user can manually control Servo motor 2 to open and close the dam door with configurable water level limitations. The results of the studies indicate that this system functions flawlessly, from setting up a warning system to connecting tools. The system may be manually operated by making use of microcontroller technology.

Abstract

Increased consumer demand for satay dishes as one of the traditional culinary demands innovation in the manufacturing process to improve efficiency and consistency. This research aims to design and implement a dc stepper motor-based automatic satay grill system as a solution for small businesses. This system uses a DC stepper motor as the main component, using an Arduino UNO microcontroller programmed to regulate the temperature and automatic rotation of the satay. The measurement uses a built-in LM35 temperature sensor to monitor the temperature during grilling to ensure optimal doneness. In addition, the system is equipped with an interface using an LCD screen connected to the Arduino UNO microcontroller to monitor the temperature and condition of the satay grill, allowing the user to easily set the grilling parameters according to preference. During testing of the prototype, results showed that this automatic satay grill system is capable of producing satay with uniform doneness and meeting quality standards. In addition, time and labor efficiency improved, making a positive contribution to the productivity of small and medium enterprises. Overall, this development provides an innovative and effective solution in improving the satay production process, positively impacting traditional culinary businesses.

Abstract

Voltage Monitoring, current and power on the panel is a must, because with this monitoring can see the magnitude of the voltage, current, cos phi and power on the load. One of these monitoring is to find out whether the quality of electricity, such as drop voltage, low cos phi. In this era of technology, monitoring can be viewed using mobile, so users don't need to come to the panel and see the measurement results, user just look at the smartphone device. In this research, researcher will make a tool that can monitoring electrical measurements in 3 phase panel using mobile on a microcontroller. Data will processed from the current transformer at 3 phase panel by the ESP8266 microcontroller to converted into three-phase voltage, current and power figures. The ESP8266 microcontroller which is equipped with wifi can be used for remote monitoring. An android smartphone with a telegram software application will function as communication via wifi with the ESP8266 microcontroller, so that all measurement data can also be monitored on the smartphone. This shows that the tool can function very well.

Abstract

The article presents a qualitative study analyzing the utilization of e-banking syariah from the perspective of Maqasid Syariah, focusing on Islamic principles in financial transactions. Employing a descriptive approach and content analysis, data were collected through literature review, documentation, and interviews. The findings reveal that e-banking syariah significantly contributes to achieving Maqasid Syariah, promoting responsible financial practices aligned with Islamic principles. The study highlights benefits such as ethical transactions, wise financial decisions, and improved investment management. The implications emphasize the relevance of these findings for professionals and scholars in the field of Islamic finance and banking. Highlight: Significance of E-Banking Syariah: The research highlights the substantial benefits of utilizing e-banking syariah in achieving Maqasid Syariah, including adherence to Islamic principles in financial transactions and wise financial decision-making. Abstract

Rajungan (Portunus pelagicus) merupakan komoditas perikanan yang menjadi andalan ekspor Indonesia, umumnya dalam bentuk daging rebus kupas beku dan bersifat mudah rusak. Tingginya potensi penangkapan dan pemanfaatan daging rajungan, maka tujuan penelitian adalah menentukan mutu fisikokimia dan mikrobiologi rajungan hasil tangkapan di Kabupaten Rembang, Jawa Tengah. Sampel yang digunakan adalah rajungan segar beku, rebus beku, dan daging rebus yang dikupas oleh rumah tangga nelayan dan miniplants. Analisis yang dilakukan, yaitu yield, kadar protein, profil asam amino, TVB-N, cemaran mikrob, dan logam berat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yield 28,36-42,34%, kadar protein 17,98±0,64 dan 21,24±1,47% (bb), jumlah lisina 1,79-1,87%, asam glutamat 4,05-4,78% (b/b), hardness 22,145-38,096 N, dan cohesiveness 0,476-0,638. Nilai TVB-N rajungan (segar dan rebus) dan daging rajungan antara 9,51±1,67-54,68±0,00 mg N/100 g sampel. Daging rajungan tidak ditemukan Salmonella (negatif), Escherichia coli < 0,3 APM/100 g sampel, dan ALT 6,15×108 CFU/g sampel. Cemaran logam berat daging rajungan, yaitu Pb 0,12±0,09 mg/kg sampel, Cd 0,15±0,12 mg/kg sampel, dan Hg 1,48±0,71 mg/kg sampel. Rajungan hasil tangkapan di Kabupaten Rembang memiliki kualitas yang baik. Logam berat Hg yang ditemukan pada daging rajungan kupas di miniplants berada di atas ambang batas yang diizinkan, masih harus memerlukan pengujian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Lung cancer is a major global mortality problem with the worst prognosis compared to other types of cancer. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common type of lung cancer and smoking is one of the main factors causing lung cancer. This study aims to determine the one-year survival of NSCLC patients with smoking levels and to determine what factors affect survival. This study is an observational study with a retrospective method, looking at medical record data of NSCLC patients both inpatients and outpatients at Persahabatan Hospital between January 2023 and December 2023 and then followed up until September 2024. Survival analysis using the Kaplan Meier method and the Log-Rank test was used to find the differences between variables. Based on 248 NSCLC patients, 105 patients had low-moderate degree of smoking, and 145 patients had severe degree of smoking. The average age are 57 years old. The highest level of education are high school/equivalent (178 patients). Employment status are workers (211 patients). Marital status are married (216 patients). Performance status are ECOG-PS >2 (137 patients). Clinical stage are stage IV (194 patients). The one-year survival probability was 28.13% in the low-moderate degree of smoking group and 39.82% in the severe degree of smoking group with a median 122 days and 234 days respectively. There was a statistically significant difference in survival probability between degree of smoking, employment status, marital status, performance status and clinical stage with p<0.05.
