Abstract

Pondasi Bored pile merupakan jenis pondasi yang di bangun dengan cara pengeboran tanah terlebih dahulu, kemudian diisi dengan tulangan dan dicor. Pembangunan rumah susun universitas muhammadiyah sorong menggunakan pondasi tiang bor yang terletak di Jl. Watem Kilo Meter 17, Kota Sorong. Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan Standard Penetration Test (SPT) dilapangan tanah keras berada pada kedalaman 12 m dan bangunan terdiri dari 3 lantai. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada tinjauan ulang pondasi bored pile type 1 dan type 2. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan data Standart Penetration Test (SPT) menggunakan perhitungan manual dan software GEO5. Dari hasil perhitungan manual didapatkan nilai Tahanan ujung ultimit (Qb) pada type pondasi 1 dan 2 menggunakan metode O'Neil dan Reese (1989) yakni 1.085,73 kN dan 1.930,19 kN, Tahanan gesek ultimit (Qs) yakni 3.403,89 kN dan 4.538,52 kN, Kapasitas dukung ultimit neto (Qu) menggunakan persamaan umum yakni 4.416,42 kN dan 6.338,58 kN dan Penurunan (S) menggunakan metode Poulos dan Davis (1980) yakni 3,98 mm dan 6,22 mm. Perhitungan kapasitas dukung dengan software GEO5 didapatkan 4.619,83 kN dan 5.035,76 kN

Abstract

The village family planning program is one of the government's innovative programs to reduce fertility rates in order to achieve balanced population growth, increase family resilience and welfare, prepare and regulate marriage and pregnancy, control birth rates and reduce maternal and child mortality after childbirth. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the village family planning program in Kaluarrang Hamlet, Manjapai Village, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. Collecting data using interview and documentation techniques with a total sample of 13 respondents. The data collected from this study were sourced from primary data and secondary data. The research results obtained are: (1) Communication in the implementation of the Kampung KB program so far can be said to have been implemented but has not been running effectively (2) The available resources are sufficient for both human, financial and budgetary resources originating from the APBN (3 ) Disposition related to the attitude of the implementer is not optimal due to lack of awareness and commitment in implementing this KB village program (4) The bureaucratic structure from the results of this study shows that the formation of the KB Village management has been carried out based on the SOP at the time of the declaration of formation in the KB Village, Kaluarrang Village, Manjapai Village, Bontonompo District Gowa Regency.

Abstract

The increase in the number of Covid-19 cases occurred quite quickly which had a very broad impact on the world of work which caused economic and health problems to be disrupted. This study aims to determine the factors related to the motivation of health workers at UPT RSUD Tenriawaru Kab. Bone This type of research is quantitative research using a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all health workers who handled Covid-19 at the UPT RSUD Tenriawaru Kab. Bone numbered 51 people with a total sampling technique of sampling. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between compensation (p-value=0.004), responsibility (p-value=0.048), rewards (p-value=0.001) and interpersonal relationships (p-value=0.006) with the motivation of health workers at UPT. Tenriawaru Hospital, Kab. Bone. There was no relationship between working conditions (p-value=0.664) and with the motivation of health workers at UPT RSUD Tenriawaru Kab. Bones. It is hoped that the hospital will pay attention to compensation, working conditions, responsibilities, awards and interpersonal relationships so that health workers can work optimally, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of critical thinking skill of students who are taught with the SQ3R learning model (Survey, Question, Read, Recite Review) and conventional learning models combined with reading literacy, knowing the differences in critical thinking skills of students who are taught with SQ3R learning model (Survey, Question, Read, Recite Review) and those taught with conventional learning models combined with reading literacy and to find out the effectiveness of the SQ3R learning model combined with reading literacy on critical thinking skills. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research, with a Nonequivalent Control Group research design. The sample of this study was students at SMAN 1 Maros consisting of two classes selected using a purposive sampling technique, namely class XI IPA 2 as the control class and class XI IPA 3 as an experimental class. The instruments used are tests of critical thinking skills, observation sheets and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, the mean difference test with the independent sample t-test and the N-Gain test. The results showed that the average critical thinking ability of students in the experimental class was 36.64 in the pre-test and 79.80 in the post-test while for the controller class, the value of the pre-test was 41.09 and the post-test was 79.53. From the average pre-test to post-test results in the experimental class increased by 43.16 while the control class increased by 38.44. The results of the average difference test for critical thinking skills obtained a significance of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in critical thinking skills between the experimental class and the control class. From the results of the N-gain test for the experimental class it was 67 in the quite effective category and for the controller class it was 65 in the quite effective category. Thus, from the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the use of the SQ3R model (Survey, Question, Read, Recite Review) combined with reading literacy is quite effective in increasing critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan aktivitas gempa yang tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan lokasi Indonesia yang terletak pada pertemuan tiga lempeng tektonik utama yaitu Pasifik, Indo- Australia dan Eurosia. Ditetapkannya SNI 1726-2019 sebagai tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk struktur bangunan gedung dan non gedung sebagai standarisasi yang berlaku saat ini, merupakan hasil revisi dari SNI 1726-2012. Dengan adanya perubahan tersebut, maka perlu di analisis seberapa besar perubahan respons spektrum gempa dan parameternya dari SNI 1726- 2012 dan SNI 1726-2019 yang mempengaruhi beban gempa pada bangunan yang akan dirancang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan gaya lateral akibat beban gempa berdasarkan SNI 1726-2012 dan SNI 1726-2019, yang ditinjau berdasarkan drift, displacement dan base shear. Proses analisis menggunakan permodelan gedung 10 lantai dengan analisis respon spektrum dinamik. Asumsi zona wilayah gempa berada di kota Sorong kelurahan Klasaman dengan jenis tanah lunak. Dari hasil analisis permodelan gedung dengan menggunakan kedua SNI gempa, dapat disimpulkan beban gempa dipengaruhi oleh faktor respon gempa. Dengan nilai displacement, drift, dan base shear untuk SNI 1726-2012 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan SNI 1726-2019.

Abstract

Background: Employee engagement is a crucial factor influencing workforce performance and sustainability in hospitals. Low employee engagement may increase turnover intention, leading to high recruitment costs, declining service quality, and reduced patient satisfaction. Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement on turnover intention among staff at Yapika General Hospital in 2025. Method: A quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach was applied, involving 131 respondents selected through proportional sampling. Data were collected using the Gallup Q12 questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale, and analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods with simple linear regression. Result: The findings show that the majority of respondents were not engaged (91.6%), with most having a moderate level of turnover intention (67.9%). Regression analysis revealed a significant effect of employee engagement on turnover intention (t = -10.987; p = 0.000). Conclusion: Furthermore, all four engagement dimensions (basic needs, management support, teamwork, and growth) showed significant negative effects on turnover intention. In conclusion, higher employee engagement reduces staff’s intention to resign. Therefore, enhancing engagement through fulfilling basic needs, managerial support, teamwork, and career development opportunities is essential to reduce turnover intention and maintain hospital service quality.
