Abstract

This article discusses the use of scouting education extracurricular program in forming students character at state senior high school in Poso city, Central Sulawesi. The research utilized a qualitative method with data collection techniques such as direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the extracurricular scouting education program at a Senior High School in Poso was based on the scouting extracurricular activity work program at the Senior High School. Routine activities include Enforcement Deliberation, Ambalan Working Council Meeting, Ambalan Guest Reception Camp, Scouting Material, Enforcement Test, and Scout Agility Competition. Additional activities include End of Year Camp. Participation/Complementary Activities include Social Activities and Regional Activities. The extracurricular scouting education program in shaping students' character impacts the formation of honest character, tolerance, and responsibility for the Senior High School students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine teachers' strategies in implementing guidance and counseling to instill morals in students. This research uses a qualitative method in which data collection is carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of written documentation. Meanwhile, the data was analyzed using a thematic approach to find themes in the data collected in the field. The research results show that the teacher's strategy in implementing counseling guidance to instill student morals has been carried out well through several methods that the school has determined. Teacher strategies in implementing counseling guidance include oral form. The second strategy is counseling guidance in the form of practice. The results of this research also show that the supporting factors in cultivating students' morals at the Alkahiraat Senior Islamic High School are the family environment and infrastructure, and the inhibiting factors are the lack of support and attention from parents and the influence of peer environment. Suggestions for students at the Alkhairaat Alkahiraat Islamic Junior High School Palu are that they always be aware of their responsibilities as servants, obey the commands of Allah SWT, and stay away from his prohibitions. This will create students with noble morals, as we all hope for, according to the teachings of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith.

Abstract

This study investigate the Application of Contextual Teaching and Learning Models to Improve Aqidah Akhlak Learning Outcomes in State Islamic Senior High School in Morowali Regency. This study used a case study qualitative method. Data were gathered through direct observation, in-depth interview, and written document analysis. In-depth interview involving the school principal, religious teachers, and students. This study found that implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model in the Aqidah Akhlak subject at MAN Morowali facilitates students in comprehending and actively engaging in the learning process. This approach emphasizes student-centered learning, where students independently seek and discover the learning material. It creates meaningful learning experiences by linking the content to real-life contexts within social and cultural environments. Teachers play a pivotal role in encouraging active student participation, enabling them to identify and apply knowledge.

Abstract

This paper discusses the creativity of adjunct lecturers in fostering student learning motivation in the digital era. The study employs a qualitative method. Qualitative research describes and explains the empirical research findings obtained in the field. Data is collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The research findings indicate that the ability of adjunct lecturers to foster student learning motivation in the digital era necessitates good lesson planning. Lecturers can design strategies and teaching methods according to the needs and characteristics of the students. These young lecturers also need to combine learning with entertainment to motivate students. Furthermore, the creativity of adjunct lecturers in fostering student motivation in the digital era includes being communicative instructors. These adjunct lecturers also utilize the advancements in social media as a learning resource, create educational videos, and integrate current issues with course materials. This research implies that lecturers are expected to pay more attention to creativity in implementing the learning process. Adequate learning facilities support this creativity.
