Abstract

This study addresses low moral understanding, ethics, and academic performance among sixth-grade students at SD Negeri 12 Padanglua, manifested in behaviors such as cheating and lack of responsibility. Conventional teaching methods have proven ineffective in fostering these values. This research investigates the impact of the Archery’s ID Model on students' moral, ethical, and mathematics learning performance. Using a quasi-experimental design with a Nonequivalent Control Group, the study involved 60 students (30 in the experimental class and 30 in the control class). Data were collected through pretests and posttests and analyzed using the Independent T-Test. The results indicate that the Archery’s ID Model significantly outperformed conventional methods. The experimental group achieved higher average scores in moral understanding (86.4), ethics (84.2), and learning performance (85.5) compared to the control group (72.1, 70.5, and 72.3, respectively). Statistical analysis confirmed significant improvements across all variables (p < 0.001). These findings suggest that the Archery’s ID Model is an effective tool for enhancing both character values and academic outcomes in mathematics.

Abstract

The regional mapping activity in Nagari Koto Gadang Anam Koto was conducted to strengthen the village’s capacity in managing its territory and planning development based on accurate spatial data. The main objective of this activity was to produce a standardized administrative map that can be used as a reference by village officials and the community. The implementation process began with field observations and identification of territorial boundaries together with village officials and local residents. Data processing was carried out using Geographic Information System (GIS) software for digitizing, overlay analysis, and map layout preparation, which was then revalidated with the village government.The result of this activity is an administrative map containing information on village administrative boundaries, road networks, infrastructure, and important points such as public facilities, places of worship, and tourist attractions. The availability of this map helps the village government understand the area more comprehensively, formulate development plans, and improve public services. Therefore, this regional mapping activity not only produces a technical document but also serves as a strategic instrument to promote community empowerment in Nagari Koto Gadang Anam Koto

Abstract

The existence of this local wisdom-based curriculum can increase the younger generation's awareness of social and cultural identity which is currently starting to be abandoned and turned to the western world. This research aims to identify forms of local wisdom and describe in more detail the implementation of a local wisdom-based curriculum. This research method is descriptive qualitative by adding the VOSviewer application to obtain relevant data. This study refers to the application of a local wisdom-based curriculum to the FPP-UNP Culinary Arts Vocational Education Study Program. The research results show that graduates of the culinary arts vocational study program also have competence in processing randang and traditional Minangkabau food to develop entrepreneurship and support tourism in West Sumatra. The implementation of a local wisdom-based curriculum in the Culinary Arts Vocational Education undergraduate study program adapts to three national higher education standards, namely content standards, process standards and assessment standards.
