Abstract

The purpose of this research is how to increase the learning outcomes bussiness english which is still below the expected standard of competence. Based on preliminary research has been done using models Borg and Gall, obtained information / data that is required instructional media to support the learning process. To develop this audio media, Dick and Carey models used until formative test step.The expected learning media can help students to learn independently to take advantage of technological devices commonly accessible everyday, anywhere and anytime is a mobile phone.  Research methods research and development is to develop instructional media audio Bussiness English 1 based mobile learning.The results achieved in this study were produced an media audio instructional-based mobile learning, and after the stages of development of Dick and Carey model obtained value of learning outcomes of students who are above the expected standard competence.  Posttest  increase of 28.2% from the results of pre-test has been done before. Keywords: audio, develop, media, mobile phone, mobile learning

Abstract

An internship is a crucial process for prospective employees at a company to prepare them for interacting with other employees and the work they do. During an internship, the company naturally requires a significant amount of data, particularly the interns' data, to be managed efficiently so that it can be used when needed and to maintain completeness. Creating a website is crucial for this data management. The website aims to manage internship registration, recruitment, and monitoring, including attendance. The website uses JavaScript and React programming languages ​​to create the user interface (frontend), PHP for the backend server, MySQL for the database, and Node.js to run the React development server. This website ensures that all internship data is kept complete, confidential, and intact, ensuring the safety of all employees who need it.

Abstract

Penggunaan obat yang tidak rasional masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat, terutama dalam praktik swamedikasi. Gerakan Masyarakat Cerdas Menggunakan Obat (GeMa CerMat) bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam penggunaan obat yang tepat dan aman. Edukasi GeMa CerMat diharapkan dapat mendukung penggunaan obat secara rasional, khususnya di kalangan remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif observatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest untuk menilai tingkat pengetahuan siswa sebelum dan sesudah pemberian edukasi GeMa CerMat. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi edukasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diberikan edukasi GeMa CerMat, sebagian besar siswa memiliki tingkat pengetahuan kategori kurang (61,1%). Setelah diberikan edukasi, terjadi peningkatan tingkat pengetahuan, dimana mayoritas siswa berada pada kategori baik (69,4%). Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah edukasi (p < 0,05), sehingga edukasi GeMa CerMat terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang penggunaan obat yang benar.
