Abstract

The problem raised is how to build a web-based decision support system for village apparatus performance assessment using the profile matching method, Kashus study at the Wee Limbu village office, southwest Sumba district. help carry out assessments using the profile matching method which is carried out to determine the apparatus' recommendations in the assessment system based on behavioral aspects, this decision making process is assisted by a decision support system. One of the methods used is Profile Matching, which is a method that compares the criteria for which alternative candidate places are selected. The road is suitable to be built according to the criteria determined by the Verification Body so that a difference value is obtained which is usually called the gap value. The decision support system designed is a web-based decision support system for assessing apparatus performance using the profile matching method

Abstract

Collaboration of computer science disciplines with other disciplines has been widely carried out, for example, medical science. Expert systems for disease diagnosis are one of the many computer programs used by doctors to assist them in their work and provide good results. Researchers in the field of artificial intelligence are working to improve existing systems to cover their shortcomings. Expert systems are used in many applications for disease diagnosis. Expert systems have been used in various industries and have had a significant impact. An innovative method for diagnosing diseases is the application of case-based reasoning systems, compared to expert systems. The solution to diagnosing and treating diseases can be found in the expert system for diagnosing pulmonary tuberculosis. Because this web-based system is based on a web application, all pulmonary tuberculosis patients can access it. A rule-based system that applies the CBR method can identify various types of diseases through the use of weighting techniques and offer treatment recommendations.

Abstract

Technological developments are increasingly rapid, as evidenced by the large number of individuals and businesses from various industries who depend on computers to support their daily operations, as well as the small, medium and medium sectors. Large companies that already manage payroll processing tasks every month certainly require the use of computers so that the process can function properly. It is hoped that the web-based stationery sales information system at Istana Anugerah can stimulate public interest in purchasing the shop's merchandise. This information system is expected to facilitate consumers' ability to place orders from any location without having to physically visit the store, as well as facilitating the sales department's ability to produce sales reports more quickly and without errors.

Abstract

At every educational institution there is a library for students to use at that institution. Likewise with SMP Negeri 2 Wewewa Tengah. At the school there is a library but it still uses a bookkeeping management system or is still written manually, while the number of active borrowers is almost all students carrying out the borrowing process at the school. The process of borrowing books in the library begins when students come to the library and tell the library staff that they want to borrow books. Then students select the books they want to borrow on the shelves provided. Next, the library staff records the borrower's data, such as full name, student identification number, and class, as well as data on books borrowed, such as book title, author, and inventory number in the ledger used as a borrowing register.). The school library has a strategic role and function in developing the potential of students from the entire academic community in the school environment. The library is part of the learning resources that every school has, a library that is still manual is something that needs to be created a system that can help with administrative activities. With the e-library, users can access it together with other users without having to wait in line. The search process is easier and faster because it is assisted by an information search engine that uses a database. This system presents a variant of the digital library, including a user page section that presents books available at the Central Wewewa State library

Abstract

Village development includes village funding, and the community takes the lead in developing and initiatives that advance village welfare are developed through cooperation with the community. Village development is an important instrument that must be used because it directly improves the welfare of the village community. Village communities are the focus of development, and each village is given the authority by the government to carry out its own development according to its capacity. Thus, the government supports the improvement of village development and empowerment. Village funds are used to provide or improve village public services, reduce poverty, advance the village economy, and reduce tandem between villages. This study uses a weighted summation approach of alternative rankings on all attributes, which is often known as the Simple Additive Weighting method. To determine which residents receive social assistance, the system can calculate the value of the multi-criterion preference index, preference value, outflow, inflow, and net flow for each alternative and sub-criterion.

Abstract

The very rapid development of information technology over time has felt the benefits of most people in the fields of education, health, entertainment, information sources, the world of business and communication without limitations of place and time. The internet is one of the latest communication information technologies, the internet has almost unlimited reach and reaches almost all groups in Indonesian society. Information technology is a technology that is developing rapidly at present. The real proof of current technological developments is computers. Computers are designed to automatically receive and store data (Input), process and produce data (output) using programs stored in computer memory. The use of Information Technology is not only limited to companies or government agencies but can also be used in the world of education. Research results System results can collect alternative student assessment data as well as criteria and sub-criteria data. The system can make decisions by calculating the core factor and secondary factor values ​​for each alternative and sub-criteria so that the student's decision can be accepted.

Abstract

One of the government initiatives of the Sobawawi sub-district is Direct Cash Assistance, or BLT, which aims to lessen the financial strain on the population. Not everyone is eligible for direct cash assistance because it is meant to help low-income families fulfill their basic necessities. The government offers cash support to those who are considered impoverished through the Direct Cash support (BLT) program. This program is intended to help those who struggle to manage their financial situation. In order to help resolve and minimize errors when assessing who was eligible to receive BLT (Direct Cash Assistance) in the Sobawawi district, a decision support system was developed in response to the issues that arose throughout the selection process. The goal of this system is to support decision-making processes that employ the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique. The results of both system and manual computations demonstrate how the decision-making system uses the AHP method's notion to determine. Based on the method employed, the system delivers findings that are legitimate and accurate. Ultimately, alternate priority weights based on ranking are determined.

Abstract

In order for students to actively develop their potential for religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, morality, life sciences, general knowledge, and the skills they need for society based on the law, education is a planned basic effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process. Invite. Although it can also be autodidactic, education frequently takes place with the assistance of other people as well as biological parents. Preschool, elementary school, middle school, high school, and finally college, university, or apprenticeship are the typical phases of education. Another important factor in a region's development is education. Therefore, a decision support system that can make suggestions for choosing state institutions and study programs is required for West Sumba Regency SMA/Vocational Schools. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach is used to weight the value of each criterion, and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to calculate the weighted total or to order the alternatives from best. The weights of each alternative—a state university or study program—along with all of its features are added up to determine recommendations for selecting one. The chosen option will be indicated by a higher value. This system generates a report on the outcomes of management decisions, which includes the management's selections based on all options arranged from greatest to smallest SAW value. MySQL and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 were used to develop the decision support system suggestions for choosing state colleges and study programs for the database.

Abstract

Expert systems are one of the fields of artificial intelligence (AI) that seeks to adopt human knowledge into computers, so that computers can solve problems as experts usually do. One of the problems handled by expert systems is diagnosis in the health sector, such as to diagnose early suspicions of human digestive diseases commonly known as digestive disorders. The expert system in this study was created in the form of a Web-based application. The application of an expert system with the certainty factor method is used to diagnose diseases in the human digestive system. Digestive diseases in this application are limited to diarrhea, gastritis, dysentery, gastric tumors (benign tumors of the stomach), and appendicitis (appendix). The application of an expert system for digestive diseases in humans contains information on diseases, symptoms, and follow-up treatment. This application can be used as an alternative media for diagnosing digestive diseases, and can help users predict the disease they are suffering from based on the symptoms experienced by the user. The expert system created using the certainty factor method, which means this method provides information related to the disease into a possibility, namely happening and not happening and not knowing. The system design used to illustrate the creation of an expert system consists of context diagrams and data flow diagrams and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram)

Abstract

The objective of Waikabubak Regional Hospital's information system deployment is to streamline the administrative procedure. Information system performance must be measured or audited to ascertain its maturity in order to give information technology a positive role and to ensure that it operates in line with the hospital's planning and business objectives. Information system audits conducted with the COBIT 4.1 Framework are highly beneficial to management, auditors, and users alike. Determining the information system's maturity level at Waikabubak Regional Hospital is the goal of this study. The ability to offer suggestions that can be used as raw material for future information system improvements is another goal of this research. The study's findings display the system maturity level score. From a total of 20 sudomains, the information gathered at Waikabubak Regional Hospital is 3 or at level Defined Process; only 6 of these indicated a score of level 2 maturity level (Repeatable but Intuitive), which is provided as a recommendation..
