Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to assess the maturity level of governance and service management in the Library Information System (SIPERPUS) at UNISNU Jepara. The objective is to identify strengths and gaps, ensuring better alignment with ITIL V4 best practices. Methods: The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology that incorporated a literature review, user questionnaires, and the creation of a web-based audit application designed specifically for this study. Service practices such as Service Request Management, Service Desk, Change Control, and Service Catalog Management were evaluated using the ITIL V4 framework. Result: The findings indicate that SIPERPUS has independently attained a managed maturity level with well-defined Service Request Management and Service Desk practices. Additional work is required to improve Change Control and Service Catalog Management to increase process integration and make information clearer. The new web-based audit application described in this study demonstrates its capability to systematically evaluate, produce data-based recommendations, and continuously improve digital library services. Novelty: This study introduces a new web-based audit application that conforms to ITIL V4, providing an efficient and reliable alternative to manual audit methodologies. The tool significantly reduces audit time, enhances operational efficiency, and optimizes user satisfaction while improving overall service quality. The study adds to the literature on IT governance audits, specifically in higher education, and presents a scalable approach for institutions striving to meet the standards of Society 5.0.

Abstract

Mata pelajaran Seni Budaya dan Prakarya (SBdP) di sekolah dasar memiliki peranan penting dalam mengembangkan kreativitas siswa, terutama melalui keterampilan menggambar. Namun, banyak guru yang menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengajarkan keterampilan ini, terutama karena kurangnya pelatihan dan latar belakang pendidikan di bidang seni rupa. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menggambar guru di SDN 2 Undaan Lor, Kudus, sebagai upaya mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan praktik menggambar, pendampingan, dan evaluasi keberlanjutan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan menggambar guru, baik dalam teknik dasar maupun dalam penerapannya di kelas. Sebagian besar guru merasa lebih percaya diri dan kompeten dalam mengajarkan keterampilan menggambar setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini. Evaluasi keberlanjutan menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis gambar juga memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa dengan berbagai gaya belajar. Dengan demikian, program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan guru, tetapi juga mendukung tercapainya tujuan kurikulum yang berbasis pada kreativitas dan keterampilan orisinal siswa. Cultural Arts and Crafts (SBdP) subjects in elementary schools have an important role in developing students' creativity, especially through drawing skills. However, many teachers face difficulties in teaching this skill, mainly due to lack of training and educational background in fine arts. This service program aims to improve teachers' drawing skills at SDN 2 Undaan Lor, Kudus, as an effort to support the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum. The methods used in this service include socialization, training, application of drawing practices, mentoring, and sustainability evaluation. The results of the service show that the training provided has succeeded in improving teachers' drawing skills, both in basic techniques and in their application in the classroom. Most teachers feel more confident and competent in teaching drawing skills after attending this training. The sustainability evaluation showed that the drawing-based learning media also had a positive impact on students with various learning styles. Thus, this program not only improves teachers' skills, but also supports the achievement of curriculum objectives based on students' creativity and original skills.

Abstract

The stunting case in Kecapi Village is quite worrying so it requires collaboration and joint commitment that it can be handled comprehensively. Several main factors influence the occurrence high stunting in Kecapi village are 1) unbalanced nutritional intake; 2) birth weight does not meet standards; 3) Mother's education level is less than optimal; 4) careless environment for stunting cases. The aim this empowering is to increase the competence PKK and PKD partners in creating healthy, nutritious MPASI innovations as an effort to realize zero stunting. The method service activities using service learning includes the stagesĀ  socialization, training, mentoring, and reflective evaluation. Analyze partner needs through observation and interviews. The target activity was 40 PKK PKD cadres Kecapi village. The results this activity showed that was able to contribute to knowledge preventing stunting with result of 86%. This service program has positive effect on increasing skills and creativity partners in creating healthy, balanced nutritional food innovations used in preventing stunting with results of 83%. Third, this empowerment becomes support system for partners to be enthusiastic realizing zero stunting Kecapi village with an achievement of 85%. The benefits service activity can provide positive contribution to directly increasing the competence and skills partners.

Abstract

Sistem informasi menjadi salah satu hal yang penting bagi suatu instansi dalam pengelolaan data, khususnya dalam hal ini informasi perkembangan balita pada DP3AP2KB Jepara. Stunting merupakan suatu kondisi gagal tubuh akibat kekurangan nutrisi dan gizi kronis, yang dapat diketahui melalui panjang dan berat badan yang tidak normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi diagnosa stunting pada Balita menggunakan metode forward chaining. Dalam pengembangannya menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database Mysql untuk penyimpanan datanya. Sistem ini membantu dalam melakukan diagnosa stunting pada balita melalui penginputan tinggi badan dan berat badan yang dilakukan oleh kader setiap bulan di posyandu. Selain itu, sistem ini juga memberikan solusi apabila ada balita yang terindikasi stunting. Sistem ini dapat digunakan dimana saja dan kapan saja, baik oleh tenaga kesehatan, kader posyandu maupun oleh orang tua, sehingga dapat membantu keterbatasan masalah deteksi dini tumbuh kembang yang sebelumnya hanya dapat dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan.
