Abstract

Talking about adab today, there are several phenomena in the world of education. as a reflection of the decline in etiquette as education actors, both in terms of educational leaders, teachers and especially students. This condition will have an impact on the expected quality of education. One example is the manners of students who have almost disappeared from everyone. This can be seen by the number of students or students who do not have good manners in speaking, behaving and dressing that are not in accordance with the concept of Islamic teachings, violate morals, school regulations, code of ethics at the student level, it all shows that the damage to morals, morals and etiquette has been very worrying. Based on these problems, the formulation of the problem of this research is as follows: 1). How is the manners of students towards educators in the perspective of Al-Quran Surah Al-Kahf verses 60-82? 2). How is the relevance of students' etiquette to the educator in accordance with Islamic education? This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research. This research was carried out by relying on library data, namely by examining the verses of the Koran Surah Al-Kahf verses 60-82. In this study, the data analysis method that the author uses is descriptive qualitative method. After an in-depth study, it is known that there are interactions between students and educators in Surah al-Kahf verses 60-82, namely being polite to educators, being patient before understanding a science, obeying educators, apologizing if you make mistakes, not being angry with educators, ready to accept the consequences of mistakes that have been made, be kind to educators, then educators should not punish students for their forgetfulness, and provide explanations about the knowledge learned.  Keywords: Adab, Students, Educator, Surah Al-Kahf

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that students are less able to communicate various ideas and ideas, especially in the field of note-taking. Second, students are confused about where to start when they have to convey their ideas or ideas, which causes students to be less active and productive in class because they store all ideas and ideas in their minds. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Collecting data in this study researchers obtained through observation and interviews. This study uses 3 informants, namely teachers, students, and informants supporting the principal. The data analysis technique that the researchers carried out was data reduction, data presentation and data verification. To ensure the validity of the research data, the researchers conducted data trigulation. Based on the results of the study, it can be understood that the Mind Mapping method is the right method for learning that is oriented to the development of creativity and learning motivation for students. The teacher provides a stimulus to students in the form of a unique and fun learning method so that in class VIII learning can provide its own benefits for students, especially in learning Akidah Akhlak.  Keywords: Method, Mind Mapping, Akidah Akhlak

Abstract

This research departs from the background of grade VII-2 students at UPTD SMPN 1 Suliki District, often being the object of blame when they are unable to absorb lessons. So that various predicates are always given to students, for example lazy, not paying attention to teacher explanations, naughty, stupid, and others. Even though it may be the cause of the inability of students to absorb the lessons given starting from an uninteresting and boring learning process. As a result, students become lazy and not interested in the material presented. Therefore, this study wants to dig deeper into how the implementation of the Joyful Learning Strategy in the Pie Subject Class VII-2 at UPTD SMPN 1 Suliki District. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The focus of this research is Joyful Learning Strategy in Islamic Education Subject Class VII-2 at UPTD SMPN 1 KEC SULIKI. This study attempts to provide an overview of the implementation of the Joyful Learning Strategy in the Pie Subject Class VII-2 at UPTD SMPN 1 Suliki District. The primary sources of this research are observational data, interviews and documentation obtained from UPTD SMPN 1 Suliki District. The secondary sources are supporting data from related references. The results of this study indicate that in the application of joyful learning strategies in PAI subjects, the teacher conditions a pleasant learning atmosphere with interactive questions and answers, games, and memorizing learning materials by singing. not so optimal in implementing the joyful learning strategy, lack of awareness of students about the importance of learning. Students' enthusiasm for learning in participating in implementing the joyful learning strategy, lack of awareness of students about the importance of learning. Students' enthusiasm for learning in participating in learning is very low.  Keywords: Application of Joyful Learning Strategy.

Abstract

This research was conducted using interviews and direct documentation to the place where the TPA was located. The key data sources in this study are the students at the Al-Mukhlisin TPA Dusun I Jorong Pinaga, while the secondary data are the ustadz who teach at the Al-Mukhlisin TPA. And for the data analysis technique, the researcher uses reduction, display and verification. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the problems faced by students in memorizing the Qur'an may come from the students themselves and can even come from outside the students themselves, the problems faced such as lazy, bored and others that make targets must be memorized by students to be not fully achieved, therefore the Ustadz who teach provide the best solution so that the problems faced by students are reduced and the targets to be achieved can be fully achieved such as motivating students so that they are not lazy, doing variations of methods so they don't bored, doing muraja'ah so that the memorized verses do not forget and coordinate with parents of students to overcome the problem of not being able to divide time and playing gegdet often. Abstract

The author's reason for raising this issue into a scientific work in the form of a thesis is because there are differences of opinion among judges at the Padang Panjang Religious Court regarding the itsbat of marriage for underage marriages in determining number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP which is the woman's party. when he got married he was 16 years old. First, the marriage certificate must be rejected because it has violated the law on marriage registration and the minimum age for marriage is 19 years. Second, the itsbat of marriage can be accepted on the grounds that it is mashlahah murslahah. How does the mashlahah mursalah analysis of this determination be explored by the author in this study. The author gives limitations on the problem regarding the legal considerations of the Panel of Judges regarding Determination Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP and the analysis of mashlahah mursalah in determining number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP regarding itsbat marriage for underage marriages. This research is an analytical descriptive research by conducting an analysis of the determination of judges in the case of itsbat marriage for underage marriages, the research uses a normative juridical research type. This is because this legal research aims to examine legal principles, using qualitative data, namely data presented in the form of verbal words, not in the form of numbers. Primary data sources were obtained from Decree Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP, Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law. In collecting data, it is done by taking inventory of data, classifying data, and then analyzing it by conducting a study of cases related to the issues faced in the determination of number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP and the laws and regulations using maslahah mursalah to then draw conclusions from the results of the analysis. From the results of the research that the authors conducted, it was found that: First, the basis for the legal considerations of the Panel of Judges in granting the application for itsbat marriage for underage marriages contained in the stipulation Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP is Article 8 Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning the prohibition of marriage between two people who are related by blood, are related to semenda and are related to breastfeeding. Article 14 KHI regarding the pillars of marriage, namely the existence of a prospective husband, prospective wife, marriage guardian, two witnesses and consent and qabul. And for the benefit of the parties and the child, this is also in accordance with the rules of fiqh which reads "rejecting adversity must take precedence over taking benefit". Second, the legal considerations of the panel of judges in determining Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP found mashlahah mursalah because by granting the itsbat of marriage for underage marriages, the couple can register their marriage at the Office of Religious Affairs because marriage registration aims to realize The purpose of law is for society to create order, certainty and legal protection, so that the civil rights of husbands, wives and children can be fulfilled.

Abstract

In conclusion, zakat, a fundamental aspect of Islam, can significantly improve the local economy when professionally administered. Effective zakat management positively affects mustahiq, the eligible recipients, thus making the intended purpose of zakat successful. Adopting a productive zakat approach, emphasizing productivity, proves promising in combating poverty and enhancing economic conditions. This qualitative research investigates productive zakat management in Sihapas Barumun sub-district, Padang Lawas, North Sumatra, using interviews. The findings illustrate the successful economic empowerment of mustahiq and their upliftment from poverty. Zakat managers diligently identified eligible recipients and provided financial assistance or livestock. This study emphasizes the positive impact of well-managed zakat and advocates its responsible allocation to promote socioeconomic progress within communities.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor terjadinya cerai gugat pada usia dini pernikahan di Pengadilan Agama Maninjau serta analisis hukum islam terhadap cerai gugat pada usia dini pernikahan. Pembahasan ini dilatar belakangi karena pada masa pademi covid-19 banyak terjadi cerai gugat pada usia dini pernikahan di PA Maninau yang dilakukan oleh pasangan yang menikah pada usia menikah yang ditentukan Undang-Undang Perkawinan No. 16 Tahun 2019, yakni laki-laki dan perempuan berusia 19 tahun. Jenis penelitian artikel ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan mengolah data secara kualitatif. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan disimpulkan beberapa faktor terjadinya cerai gugat pada usia dini pernikahan pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Pengadilan Agama Maninjau adalah karena pasangan kurang bisa memaknai arti dari sebuah pernikahan, tidak sabar dan mengalah, komunikasi antara suami isteri kurang intens, pendidikan, nafkah, ditinggal suami, suami tempramental, suami dipenjara dan gangguan pihak ketiga. Cerai gugat pada usia dini pernikahan tidak bertentangan dengan syari’at islam demi mencegah “kemudharatan” antara suami isteri yang terjadi apabila pernikahan tetap dipertahankan.This article discusses the factors of contested divorce at an early age of marriage at the Maninjau Religious Court as well as an analysis of Islamic law on contested divorce at an early age of marriage. This discussion is motivated by the fact that during the Covid-19 pandemic there were many contested divorces at an early age, marriages in PA Maninau were carried out by couples who married at the age determined by Marriage Law No. 16 of 2019, namely boys and girls aged 19 years. The type of research in this article is field research by processing data qualitatively. From the research conducted, it was concluded that several factors led to divorce at an early age of marriage during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Maninjau Religious Court, namely because the couple was unable to interpret the meaning of marriage, was impatient and gave in, communication between husband and wife was less intense, education, livelihood, left by husband, temperamental husband, husband imprisoned and third party interference. Divorce at an early age of marriage does not conflict with Islamic law in order to prevent "harm" between husband and wife that occurs if the marriage is maintained

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena dari hasil observasi penulis tentang kegiatan pembelajaran PAI yang menggunakan metode outdoor study. Metode outdoor study diterapkan karena siswa merasa jenuh dan bosan ketika pembelajaran PAI yang hanya dilakukan di dalam kelas. Akan tetapi penulis melihat, dalam menerapkan metode tersebut guru PAI belum memenuhi langkah-langkah yang harus dipenuhi dalam menggunakan metode tersebut. Seperti, pada kegiatan pembelajaran di luar kelas guru PAI kurang mempersiapkannya, yang menyebabkan pada waktu siswa belajar di luar kelas ada kesan main-main. Dan guru PAI hanya menyuruh siswa untuk mengamati alam sekitar saja tetapi tidak menyuruh mereka mencatat apa yang mereka temui. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan metode outdoor study dalam pembelajaran PAI siswa kelas 2 pada materi Allah maha pencipta di SDIT Baiturrahim Parik Putuih dan faktor pendukung serta faktor penghambat penerapan metode outdoor study dalam pembelajaran PAI siswa kelas 2 pada materi Allah maha pencipta di SDIT Baiturrahim Parik Putuih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SDIT Baiturrahim Parik Putuih, informan penelitian ini adalah guru PAI kelas 2, kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum dan siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bulan Agustus 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan ialah triangulasi. Teknik analisa data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan ini menunjukkan bahwa di SDIT Baiturrahim Parik Putuih telah menerapkan metode outdoor study dalam pembelajaran PAI. Penerapan metode outdoor study dalam pembelajaran PAI pada materi Allah maha pencipta sudah efektif, hal ini terlihat dari langkah-langkah guru dalam menggunakan metode outdoor study, yang terdiri dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Faktor pendukung dari penerapan metode outdoor study ini yaitu adanya semangat pada diri siswa, lokasi sekitar sekolah yang nyaman dan kondusif dan minat belajar siswa ketika belajar di luar kelas lebih tinggi. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu hambatan guru dalam mengatur siswa, kondisi siswa, dan cuaca.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of the Niniak Mamak phenomenon that has not maximally carried out its duties or the lack of firmness of regulations given to nephews. Or Niniak Mamak thinks that moral inculcation is only a concept that must be understood at school and given by subject teachers at school. Niniak Mamak's efforts in fostering nephew's morals are not given much attention. Their knowledge of morals is lacking, and their nieces and nephews act according to their heart's will, for example, when the Maghrib call to prayer rings, boys sing in the shop who should go to pray Maghrib, nephews gather with the opposite sex until late at night, some nephews also say- dirty words between each other, and also nephews lack respect for older people. To discuss the research results, this research method is used which is field research, (Field research) with a qualitative descriptive approach, in this study the author describes the problems in the field according to the facts that the authors find in the field. In this study, the author describes the work of Niniak Mamak in fostering the morals of his nephew, Koto Panjang Village Dalam, Lamposi Tigo Nagari District, Jota Payakumbih. In collecting data, the writer uses observation and interview techniques with informants related to Niniak Mamak's efforts in fostering the character of his nephew using the Snowball Sampling technique. Techniques of analysis using techniques. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that Niniak Mamak's efforts in fostering the morals of the nephews of Koto Panjang Village in Lamposi Tigo Nagari District, Payakumbuh City are the efforts of Niniak Mamak in fostering the morals of the nephews, namely Wilayat, Hikayat, Advice, Approaching nephews with reason, giving limit to nephew. And Niniak Mamak's obstacles in fostering niece's morals are time and limited knowledge

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan yang ditemukan di Ponpes Darussalam Pinagar. Berdasarkan observasi yang telah penulis lakukan bahwa guru Al-Qur’an Hadits sebelum menerapkan metode Wahdah dan Kitabah siswa banyak kesulitan dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an dengan alasan tidak ada waktu untuk menghafal bahkan ada siswa yang memang belum bisa membaca Al-Qur’an, sehingga saat pembelajaran ada beberapa siswa yang memang tidak masuk karna takut pada hafalan, sedangkan pada saat guru menyampaikan materi mereka sibuk dengan pekerjaan mereka masing-masing seperti, tidur dikelas, meribut serta ada yang membaca novel dikelas sehingga tidak tercapailah hasil dari pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini agar penulis dapat mengetahui bagaimana penerapan metode Wahdah dan Kitabah dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits di Ponpes Darussalam Pinagar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (file research) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu metode yang menggambarkan keadaan yang terjadi di lapangan secara sistematis. Penelitian ini menggambarkan bagaimana penerapan metode Wahdah dan Kitabah dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits di Ponpes Darussalam Pinagar. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Yang menjadi informan pada penelitian ini adalah guru Al-Qur’an Hadits sebagai informan kunci, siswa dan waka kurikulum sebagai informan pendukung. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan, penulis dapat menggambarkan bahwa guru Al-Qur’an Hadits telah menerapkan metode Wahdah dan Kitabah sesuai dengan langkah-langkahnya. Guru Al-Qur’an Hadits mengacu pada langkah-langkah yang ditemukan oleh Wiwi Alawiyah Wahid dan Muhammad Fadhly Ilyas. Metode Wahdah dimulai dari menghafal satu persatu terhadap ayat-ayat yang hendak dihafalnya dan di ulang-ulang sebanyak 3-5 kali ketika siswa merasa sudah hafal ayat maka dilanjutkan dengan metode Kitabah yaitu menulis ayat yang dihafal ke dalam buku catatan tanpa melihat teks. Pada proses pembelajaran anak-anak sudah menampakkan hasil dalam proses pembelajaran dan tercapailah tujuan pembelajaran tersebut.
