Abstract

The Strategy of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Overcoming Student Learning Difficulties in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at SDN 15 Ampang Gadang, namely providing opportunities for students to develop their potentials or abilities optimally, and students' thinking power is actively stimulated which makes students Be diligent. By using this strategy, students are more active and often repeat their learning materials. Second, change the teaching method with a method that suits the student's ability, namely using a project-based method that makes students more active and pay more attention to the lesson. Three, giving special attention to students with Learning Disorder (learning disorder) so as to foster a sense of love, affection, and provide attention savings that can be applied to students with Learning.

Abstract

The author's reason for raising this issue into a scientific work in the form of a thesis is because there are differences of opinion among judges at the Padang Panjang Religious Court regarding the itsbat of marriage for underage marriages in determining number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP which is the woman's party. when he got married he was 16 years old. First, the marriage certificate must be rejected because it has violated the law on marriage registration and the minimum age for marriage is 19 years. Second, the itsbat of marriage can be accepted on the grounds that it is mashlahah murslahah. How does the mashlahah mursalah analysis of this determination be explored by the author in this study. The author gives limitations on the problem regarding the legal considerations of the Panel of Judges regarding Determination Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP and the analysis of mashlahah mursalah in determining number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP regarding itsbat marriage for underage marriages. This research is an analytical descriptive research by conducting an analysis of the determination of judges in the case of itsbat marriage for underage marriages, the research uses a normative juridical research type. This is because this legal research aims to examine legal principles, using qualitative data, namely data presented in the form of verbal words, not in the form of numbers. Primary data sources were obtained from Decree Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP, Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law. In collecting data, it is done by taking inventory of data, classifying data, and then analyzing it by conducting a study of cases related to the issues faced in the determination of number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP and the laws and regulations using maslahah mursalah to then draw conclusions from the results of the analysis. From the results of the research that the authors conducted, it was found that: First, the basis for the legal considerations of the Panel of Judges in granting the application for itsbat marriage for underage marriages contained in the stipulation Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP is Article 8 Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning the prohibition of marriage between two people who are related by blood, are related to semenda and are related to breastfeeding. Article 14 KHI regarding the pillars of marriage, namely the existence of a prospective husband, prospective wife, marriage guardian, two witnesses and consent and qabul. And for the benefit of the parties and the child, this is also in accordance with the rules of fiqh which reads "rejecting adversity must take precedence over taking benefit". Second, the legal considerations of the panel of judges in determining Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP found mashlahah mursalah because by granting the itsbat of marriage for underage marriages, the couple can register their marriage at the Office of Religious Affairs because marriage registration aims to realize The purpose of law is for society to create order, certainty and legal protection, so that the civil rights of husbands, wives and children can be fulfilled.

Abstract

The background for writing this research is because in the environment where the researchers live, many children are of poor moral character, this causes many children in the research environment to be far from religious teachings, such as not praying, not fasting, and other things that deviate from religious teachings. Even though in the researcher's environment there is a place for education, both formal and non-formal schools such as MDA. This is also due to the increasing sophistication of information and communication technology that everyone gets through their respective gadgets whether they are adults or children. Especially for children who get more negative things through these gadgets. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, meaning that researchers will look at phenomena that occur in society. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research. The key informants in this study were TPA teachers, while the supporting informants were TPA administrators and TPA students in Nankodok Village. Research techniques to collect data used in this thesis are interviews and observation and also supported by documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study concluded that: (1) The role played by the MDA Arsyad teacher in fostering morals for his students cannot be said to be successful. Because there are still Ar arsyad students who have not implemented how to behave properly in accordance with the moral development that has been given by the teacher to students. What's more, teachers also have to be even more active in eliminating bad habits that their students get from gadgets. (2) Factors that influence teachers in fostering student morals at MDA Ar-Arsyad consist of supporting factors and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors consist of parents at home, then motivation and finally the environment. Meanwhile the inhibiting factors consisted of peers and also the mass media. Both have their own impact in the moral development carried out by the teacher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena dari hasil observasi penulis tentang kegiatan pembelajaran PAI yang menggunakan metode outdoor study. Metode outdoor study diterapkan karena siswa merasa jenuh dan bosan ketika pembelajaran PAI yang hanya dilakukan di dalam kelas. Akan tetapi penulis melihat, dalam menerapkan metode tersebut guru PAI belum memenuhi langkah-langkah yang harus dipenuhi dalam menggunakan metode tersebut. Seperti, pada kegiatan pembelajaran di luar kelas guru PAI kurang mempersiapkannya, yang menyebabkan pada waktu siswa belajar di luar kelas ada kesan main-main. Dan guru PAI hanya menyuruh siswa untuk mengamati alam sekitar saja tetapi tidak menyuruh mereka mencatat apa yang mereka temui. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan metode outdoor study dalam pembelajaran PAI siswa kelas 2 pada materi Allah maha pencipta di SDIT Baiturrahim Parik Putuih dan faktor pendukung serta faktor penghambat penerapan metode outdoor study dalam pembelajaran PAI siswa kelas 2 pada materi Allah maha pencipta di SDIT Baiturrahim Parik Putuih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SDIT Baiturrahim Parik Putuih, informan penelitian ini adalah guru PAI kelas 2, kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum dan siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bulan Agustus 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan ialah triangulasi. Teknik analisa data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan ini menunjukkan bahwa di SDIT Baiturrahim Parik Putuih telah menerapkan metode outdoor study dalam pembelajaran PAI. Penerapan metode outdoor study dalam pembelajaran PAI pada materi Allah maha pencipta sudah efektif, hal ini terlihat dari langkah-langkah guru dalam menggunakan metode outdoor study, yang terdiri dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Faktor pendukung dari penerapan metode outdoor study ini yaitu adanya semangat pada diri siswa, lokasi sekitar sekolah yang nyaman dan kondusif dan minat belajar siswa ketika belajar di luar kelas lebih tinggi. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu hambatan guru dalam mengatur siswa, kondisi siswa, dan cuaca.

Abstract

Skripsi ini ditulis dari fenomena yang dialami oleh pendidik terutama pada peserta didik kelas VII di MTsN 3 Agam.Skripsi ini berkaitan dengan penggunaan LKPD (Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik) dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist.Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut maka dalam uraian skripsi berangkat dari 2 permasalahan bagaimana penggunaan LKPD (Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik) dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist? Apa saja kendala dalam penggunaan LKPD (Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik)pada pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist?. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara (interview) dan dokumentasi. Sumber data atau informan kunci yang ada dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Al-Qur’an Hadist sedangkan informan pendukung adalah siswa/siswi kelas VII di MTsN 3 Agam.Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan LKPD dapat mempemudah dan membantu guru dalam proses pembelajaran karena LKPD dijadikan sebagai alat bantu bagi pendidik dalam pemberian tugas dan juga latihan dirumah. Sedangkan bagi siswa LKPD bisa dijadikan sebagai alat bantu untuk siswa belajar dirumah, jika siswa tersebut bersungguh-sungguh ketika proses pembelajaran serta memperhatikan guru dalam menerangkan. Sesuai dengan perkataan guru Al-Qur’an Hadist tersebut jangan mengharapkan nilai tetapi berharaplah bisa mendapatkan ilmu.Jika memiliki ilmu maka juga bisa mendapatkan nilai terbaik. Adapun kendala yang dialami dalam penggunaan LKPD yaitu: 1) Siswa terkendala biaya pembelian LKPD karena kemampuan ekonomi orang tua yang berbeda-beda. 2) Tingkat motivasi belajar siswa yang berbeda-beda.

Abstract

The background of this research is the non-achievement of the target of memorizing the Qur'an which has been set by the UPTD SMPN 1 Subdistrict of Gunuang Omeh, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence why students do not achieve the memorization targets that have been set in the study using a descriptive qualitative approach, using key informants are students and tutors in Tahfiz learning and supporting informants are religious teachers and teachers in UPTD SMPN 1 Gunuang Omeh District, Fifty Cities District. Data collection by observation and interview methods. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data display and data verification. To test the validity of the data by using source triangulation. The results of this study are there are several factors why students at UPTD SMPN 1 Gunuang Omeh District do not reach the memorization target, there are 2 factors, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors: students' interest and motivation in memorizing the Qur'an are lacking, students are less focused on memorizing letters, students are lazy in repeating memorization either at school or at home, many activities that make students do not have time to memorize. External factors are the letter that will be memorized according to students is difficult or the last verse is long, friends have a great influence on students' motivation and interest in memorizing because friends have a bad influence, mentor teachers in learning Tahfiz Al-Qur'an also affect student memorization, punishments and prizes have not been implemented in schools, the environment is not supportive in the learning process of Tahfiz Al-Qur'an and the allocation of time is not enough for learning Tahfiz Al-Qur'an. Abstract

Talking about adab today, there are several phenomena in the world of education. as a reflection of the decline in etiquette as education actors, both in terms of educational leaders, teachers and especially students. This condition will have an impact on the expected quality of education. One example is the manners of students who have almost disappeared from everyone. This can be seen by the number of students or students who do not have good manners in speaking, behaving and dressing that are not in accordance with the concept of Islamic teachings, violate morals, school regulations, code of ethics at the student level, it all shows that the damage to morals, morals and etiquette has been very worrying. Based on these problems, the formulation of the problem of this research is as follows: 1). How is the manners of students towards educators in the perspective of Al-Quran Surah Al-Kahf verses 60-82? 2). How is the relevance of students' etiquette to the educator in accordance with Islamic education? This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research. This research was carried out by relying on library data, namely by examining the verses of the Koran Surah Al-Kahf verses 60-82. In this study, the data analysis method that the author uses is descriptive qualitative method. After an in-depth study, it is known that there are interactions between students and educators in Surah al-Kahf verses 60-82, namely being polite to educators, being patient before understanding a science, obeying educators, apologizing if you make mistakes, not being angry with educators, ready to accept the consequences of mistakes that have been made, be kind to educators, then educators should not punish students for their forgetfulness, and provide explanations about the knowledge learned.  Keywords: Adab, Students, Educator, Surah Al-Kahf

Abstract

This research was conducted using interviews and direct documentation to the place where the TPA was located. The key data sources in this study are the students at the Al-Mukhlisin TPA Dusun I Jorong Pinaga, while the secondary data are the ustadz who teach at the Al-Mukhlisin TPA. And for the data analysis technique, the researcher uses reduction, display and verification. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the problems faced by students in memorizing the Qur'an may come from the students themselves and can even come from outside the students themselves, the problems faced such as lazy, bored and others that make targets must be memorized by students to be not fully achieved, therefore the Ustadz who teach provide the best solution so that the problems faced by students are reduced and the targets to be achieved can be fully achieved such as motivating students so that they are not lazy, doing variations of methods so they don't bored, doing muraja'ah so that the memorized verses do not forget and coordinate with parents of students to overcome the problem of not being able to divide time and playing gegdet often. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor terjadinya cerai gugat pada usia dini pernikahan di Pengadilan Agama Maninjau serta analisis hukum islam terhadap cerai gugat pada usia dini pernikahan. Pembahasan ini dilatar belakangi karena pada masa pademi covid-19 banyak terjadi cerai gugat pada usia dini pernikahan di PA Maninau yang dilakukan oleh pasangan yang menikah pada usia menikah yang ditentukan Undang-Undang Perkawinan No. 16 Tahun 2019, yakni laki-laki dan perempuan berusia 19 tahun. Jenis penelitian artikel ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan mengolah data secara kualitatif. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan disimpulkan beberapa faktor terjadinya cerai gugat pada usia dini pernikahan pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Pengadilan Agama Maninjau adalah karena pasangan kurang bisa memaknai arti dari sebuah pernikahan, tidak sabar dan mengalah, komunikasi antara suami isteri kurang intens, pendidikan, nafkah, ditinggal suami, suami tempramental, suami dipenjara dan gangguan pihak ketiga. Cerai gugat pada usia dini pernikahan tidak bertentangan dengan syari’at islam demi mencegah “kemudharatan” antara suami isteri yang terjadi apabila pernikahan tetap dipertahankan.This article discusses the factors of contested divorce at an early age of marriage at the Maninjau Religious Court as well as an analysis of Islamic law on contested divorce at an early age of marriage. This discussion is motivated by the fact that during the Covid-19 pandemic there were many contested divorces at an early age, marriages in PA Maninau were carried out by couples who married at the age determined by Marriage Law No. 16 of 2019, namely boys and girls aged 19 years. The type of research in this article is field research by processing data qualitatively. From the research conducted, it was concluded that several factors led to divorce at an early age of marriage during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Maninjau Religious Court, namely because the couple was unable to interpret the meaning of marriage, was impatient and gave in, communication between husband and wife was less intense, education, livelihood, left by husband, temperamental husband, husband imprisoned and third party interference. Divorce at an early age of marriage does not conflict with Islamic law in order to prevent "harm" between husband and wife that occurs if the marriage is maintained

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi paradigma fikih jinayah kontemporer melalui analisis komparatif dan maqashidi terhadap konsep hudud, qisas, diyat, dan ta’zir dalam perspektif keadilan restoratif. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian hukum doktrinal, data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi sistematis literatur klasik dan kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fikih jinayah bukanlah sistem represif yang kaku, melainkan ekosistem hukum yang berimbang dan berorientasi pada kemaslahatan substantif. Hudud berfungsi sebagai deterensi teologis dengan standar pembuktian ketat yang mencegah ketidakadilan. Qisas dan diyat merepresentasikan mekanisme keadilan restoratif yang memberdayakan korban melalui hak pemaafan dan restitusi. Sementara itu, ta’zir menyediakan fleksibilitas diskresi yudisial bagi hakim untuk merespons dinamika kejahatan modern seperti kejahatan siber dan korupsi. Kesimpulannya, integrasi keempat instrumen ini membuktikan bahwa hukum pidana Islam sangat adaptif, memulihkan keseimbangan sosial, dan menawarkan alternatif keadilan yang komprehensif. Kajian ini memberikan implikasi teoretis baru bagi pengembangan hukum pidana Islam yang lebih humanis, kontekstual, dan relevan dengan standar hak asasi manusia universal di era modern, sekaligus menjembatani kesenjangan epistemologis antara tekstualitas klasik dan tuntutan keadilan substantif kontemporer.
