Abstract

One way to stem the notion of radicalism is to use the internet as a learning resource in the form of website creation. The Islamic Learning Information System or abbreviated as SIBI, is a website that provides various kinds of content to learn about Islam. Before developing the website, it is necessary to design an interface so that the website follows the expected target user, especially related to its usability. This study aims to measure the usability of the interface design on the Islamic Learning Information System website using the System Usability Scale (SUS). This study takes data from a survey of lecturers and students at Dinamika University Surabaya and then processes using SUS. The results of the study indicate that the SIBI interface design is quite acceptable to users, but some things still need to be improved further.

Abstract

Multiculturalism can be understood as an acknowledgment of the diversity of a pluralistic, heterogeneous and plural society. If expanded, it can also be interpreted as a diversity of cultures, traditions, lifestyles, religions, and other forms of difference. For the Indonesian people who are indeed blessed with God Almighty, this plurality and plurality should be a source of pride and great strength for the Indonesian nation. Multiculturalism is not only recognized but also accepted for differences, ethnicity, religion, race, between groups and ethnicities. The Indonesian people who live in it must be able to live side by side with each other, so that the desired harmonization of the Indonesian people can be realized properly. difference with Pancasila (nothing else). As a unifying ideology of the nation, Pancasila is a solution to conflicts between nationalist and religious groups, Pancasila has been able to show its function as a unifier of the plural, heterogeneous, and multicultural Indonesian nation.

Abstract

The development of technology is increasing rapidly, TikTok social media is one of the trending media, so it has a significant influence on the younger generation. The purpose of this study is how TikTok becomes a medium of PAI learning for the younger generation, especially in universities, which hopes to help the effectiveness of student learning, provide new experiences, and new knowledge and be able to provide confidence to students in expression, discussion and questions and answers on TikTok. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, namely at Dinamika University Surabaya, with the object of research being students who take Islamic Religion classes, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation, then data analysis techniques using induction and interpretation. The results found are that TikTok can be used as a medium for teaching Islamic religious education for students, because it has an impact on the effectiveness of learning in the classroom, students are given flexibility in exploring so that they can be more extensive in providing responses, views, questions and answers and conclusions on the material being discussed, of course still with the supervision and control of the lecturer so that the substance of the material can stay on track not to get out of the proper path. TikTok media provides a wider opportunity for students to learn and discuss, experience and competence.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine in detail about the science of jarh wa al-ta'dil as a tool to assess hadith narrators in terms of weaknesses (jahr) and also advantages (ta'dil). The research method used is literature study. The study resulted that first, the urgency of the Science of al-jarh} wa al-ta'dil as a step to determine whether the narration of a narrator can be accepted or should be rejected altogether. Second, the history of the science of jahr wa al-ta'dil has grown since the time of the companions. Third, the method or method of the ulama in explaining the behavior of the narrators and the conditions of the critics (al-jarh wa ta'dil) in assessing the narrators. Fourth, the conception and editorial of Jarh wa al-Ta'dil (lafaz-lafaz and maratib alfaz al-jarh wa al-ta'dil, contradictions (khilafiyah) between al-Jarh and al-Ta'dil, how to know al-jarh wa al-ta'dil, the critic (al-jarih) who evaluates the narrators, and the books that discuss the science of al-jarh wa al-ta'dil) Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji secara detail tentang Ilmu jarh wa al-ta’dil sebagai alat untuk menilai perawi hadits dalam segi kelemahan (jahr) dan juga keunggulan (ta’dil). Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah studi kepustakaan. Kajian yang dihasilkan bahwa pertama, urgensi Ilmu al-jarh} wa al-ta‘dil sebagai langkah untuk menetapkan apakah periwayatan seorang rawi itu dapat diterima atau harus ditolak sama sekali. Kedua, sejarah ilmu jahr wa al-ta’dil ini tumbuh sejak dari zaman sahabat. Ketiga, cara atau metode ulama dalam menjelaskan perilaku para perawi dan syarat-syarat kritikus (al-jarh wa ta’dil) dalam menilai rawi. Keempat, konsepsi dan redaksi Jarh wa al-Ta’dil (lafaz-lafaz dan maratib alfaz al-jarh wa al-ta’dil, pertentangan (khilafiyah) antara al-Jarh dan al-Ta’dil, cara mengetahui al-jarh wa al-ta’dil, kritikus (al-jarih) yang menilai rawi, dan kitab-kitab yang membahas ilmu al-jarh wa al-ta’dil).

Abstract

Radical ideology is a big problem for the Indonesian people in maintaining integrity and unity. The concept of religious moderation is a strength in maintaining the diversity and integrity of this nation. The science of Sufism is an alternative to developing moderate character with a humanist model of Sufism through Ibn Taymiyya's thoughts. This research aims to find Ibn Taymiyya's model of Sufism education to strengthen religious moderation in society. The research method used was a character biographical study, namely conducting a study of thoughts, life stories, and works produced. Data analysis used induction and interpretation techniques supported by relevant library sources so that the data presentation was more focused and valid. The study results concluded that Ibn Taymiyya's Sufism education model upholds the concepts of tawazun, tasamuh, ta'dil, tawasuth, which can encourage the formation of attitudes and moderate character. The moderate character positively impacts the maturation of social attitudes, which are beneficial for forming a complete, tolerant, and tolerant life. This attitude becomes a reinforcement in maintaining state sovereignty and togetherness between individuals. Ibn Taymiyya's model of Sufism education in practice and concept can form a moderate attitude so that religious understanding can be understood wisely, far from blind fanaticism and exclusive attitudes that can form gaps between individuals. The limitations of this research only extend to the analysis of Ibn Taymiyya's Sufism education model, which is relevant to the concept of religious moderation. The development direction for further research can be focused on Ibn Taymiyah's multicultural-based model of Sufism education in response to the era of artificial intelligence (AI).

Abstract

The role of the teacher as an educator is not only to transfer knowledge to the perpetrators of Islamic education in Denpasar, Bali. They also need to strengthen religion in the aspect of Aqeedah. Because the weakness in practicing and familiarizing with religious practices is considerably less, this study aims to explain how PAI teachers do PAI services in the school setting of Denpasar State Senior High School / Vocational School. This research took four schools as the objects of research. Therefore, this research results from the implication that the teachers are doing service defensively. They give enriching, strengthening, and practicing Aqeedah knowledge to the students (male or female) in Denpasar State High School/Vocational School, Bali. In the presence of strengthening, besides maintaining quantity volume, the quality volume also delivers good impacts when someone has already graduated from an education unit.

Abstract

TikTok as a social media, nowadays is increasingly used for various purposes including video content about religion, such as Da’wah. It is an effective choice to disseminate moderate da'wah for the process of educating (tarbiyah) the community to become smart, wise, and polite people who can implement their spiritual and social responsibilities. The research method in this study used a qualitative type using a literature study approach, with data collection techniques of documentation on TikTok videos, and data analysis techniques using induction, interpretation, and comparison. The results of this study show that the moderation in da'wah education on TikTok has gained an extensive scope in the public view and the enthusiasm of the community to learn Islam or "ngaji" has increased. Among the preachers with moderate da'wah education on TikTok are Gus Iqdam, Gus Kautsar, and Neng Umi Laila, who always carry out the process of education (coaching) to the community with a humanist, contextual, and dialectical da'wah model with straightforward rhetoric, hamble and packed with light language so that it is easily accepted by all circles. Their da'wah ideology is based on ahlussunnah which is very compatible with the spirit of togetherness in Indonesia, so they acquire a positive response from the audiences. This reinforces that the digitalization of da'wah on social media is a powerful and quick strategy in the process of educating people to practice religion in a friendly, peaceful, and full of togetherness amid diversity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze more deeply the idea of modernizing Islamic religious education learning in the style of Ahmad Tafsir. The research method used is literature by collecting various reference sources, books, articles, documents related to the topic of study. It can be concluded that the modernization of Islamic religious education learning from Ahmad Tafsir's perspective emphasizes collaboration and integration between spiritual, intellectual and moral intelligence. Considering that these three intelligences are the basic capital for graduates of Islamic religious education, so that they can actualize all their potential in the midst of community life that is supported by high morality and spirituality. Thus, all the abilities and talents of students who are forged during learning do not come out of the ethical values of the Islamic religion itself.

Abstract

The modern era which is now stepping on the industrial revolution 4.0 era has caused the human condition to change rapidly, they are “tempted” by technological sophistication so that they slowly forget and leave religion (God) which ultimately leads to social and spiritual problems in the midst of society in addition to moral problems that cannot be solved with any technological sophistication. The focus of this research is to analyze and find a solution to solve this problem through the concept of humanistic Sufism which was initiated by Said Aqil Siradj and Muh Amin Syukur. The findings produced are that humanistic Sufism Said Aqil and Amin Syukur are Sufism that teaches humans to be active in social life, pro-active to social problems, politics, economics, nationality, please help, tolerance, as well as to draw closer to God continuously. Humanistic Sufism also teaches to synergize between the world-hereafter, the soul-body, inner-soul, God-creature, social-individual, Sharia-nature. It is this moderate attitude which seeks to develop humanistic Sufism which later leads to the formation of social piety and spiritual piety that very relevant to the life of post modern people who are currently experiencing a social and spiritual crisis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pendekatan inquiry learning dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan narrative review, yang dianalisis dengan teknik content analysis (analisis isi). Sumber data diperoleh dari berbagai literatur buku dan jurnal ilmiah dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir, yang relevan dengan implementasi inquiry learning dalam pembelajaran PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan inquiry learning secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual siswa terhadap materi PAI dibandingkan metode konvensional. Siswa lebih mampu menghubungkan teori dengan praktik keislaman dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam menganalisis dalil dan memahami perspektif ulama. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inquiry learning dapat menjadi pendekatan pembelajaran inovatif yang mendukung penguatan pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI. Optimalisasi inquiry learning diharapkan melalui perubahan proses pembelajaran dari metode konvensional menuju pendekatan student-centered, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PAI secara luas. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk menyesuaikan pendekatan ini dengan berbagai jenjang pendidikan dan mengatasi tantangan dalam implementasinya.
