Abstract

The digitalization of education continues to evolve, with artificial intelligence (AI) playing a crucial role. ChatGPT, an AI-powered tool, has gained widespread use among students for academic purposes. This study investigates its impact on students’ learning abilities, particularly in facilitating independent learning, supporting assignment completion, and broadening knowledge. A mixed-method approach was adopted, combining quantitative survey data from 203 respondents with qualitative analysis of their responses. This methodology provided a comprehensive understanding of students' experiences and perceptions regarding ChatGPT’s role in their academic activities. The findings indicate that ChatGPT significantly aids students in completing assignments, encourages independent learning, and serves as a valuable knowledge resource. Respondents reported that ChatGPT’s accessibility and functionality contribute to enhanced learning efficiency. The study highlights ChatGPT’s potential as a transformative educational tool, emphasizing its role in digital learning environments. While students benefit from its features, considerations regarding academic integrity and critical thinking skills should be addressed. ChatGPT demonstrates considerable advantages in supporting students’ academic endeavors. Its effectiveness in fostering independent learning and knowledge expansion underscores its value in modern education. Future research should explore its long-term impact on students' learning habits and critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This article examines and analyzes the role of Sufism as a spiritual and moral revolution. Nowadays, in the era of disruption as an era in which all information can be accessed easily.  People are experiencing spiritual and social crisis due to the massive use of media and social changing. The method used in this article is the study of literature, which examines and examines various documents, literature, articles, books and other references related to this theme. Results: First, that Sufism has a role to lead people to focus on themselves and find peace with God. At the same time, Sufism also lead people to be able to perform both their duty as the creature of God (habl min Allah) and as representatives of God (habl min an nas). Second, Sufism is also a social movement. It teaches people to build good relationships with the community and requires people to be active, optimistic and have social sensitivity

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari kegundahan akademik mengenai sosok ulama sentral yang mampu mempengaruhi hampir mayoritas masyarakat banjar. Sehingga penelitian ini bersifat fenomenologi, dengan melakukan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini ialah dengan melakukan observasi aktif, wawancara terbuka, hingga dokumentasi. Sehingga hasil penelitian ini memberikan dua garis besar dalam memahami bagaimana relasi kuasa sebagai pisau analisisnya. Yaitu fase keraton sebagai pengumpulan modal untuk membentuk strategi relasi kekuasaan, fase kedua ialah fase sekumpul, sebagai pengatur ritme kewilayahan, peta demografi, pengembangan akhlak, hingga persebaran ajaran akhlak. Sehingga posisi Abah Guru Sekumpul juga mampu menjadi keluarga ditengah-tengah masyarakat, ayah bagi para murid tarekatnya, dan teman sejawat bagi warga Sekumpul dan Banjarmasin pada umumnya.

Abstract

The modern era which is now stepping on the industrial revolution 4.0 era has caused the human condition to change rapidly, they are “tempted” by technological sophistication so that they slowly forget and leave religion (God) which ultimately leads to social and spiritual problems in the midst of society in addition to moral problems that cannot be solved with any technological sophistication. The focus of this research is to analyze and find a solution to solve this problem through the concept of humanistic Sufism which was initiated by Said Aqil Siradj and Muh Amin Syukur. The findings produced are that humanistic Sufism Said Aqil and Amin Syukur are Sufism that teaches humans to be active in social life, pro-active to social problems, politics, economics, nationality, please help, tolerance, as well as to draw closer to God continuously. Humanistic Sufism also teaches to synergize between the world-hereafter, the soul-body, inner-soul, God-creature, social-individual, Sharia-nature. It is this moderate attitude which seeks to develop humanistic Sufism which later leads to the formation of social piety and spiritual piety that very relevant to the life of post modern people who are currently experiencing a social and spiritual crisis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find a concept of remembrance of Sufism as a method of spiritual, moral, and social education for postmodern society. The research method used is a literature review which examines various literatures, articles, books, and documentation that support the topic of study. The results of the study show that remembrance of Sufism as an alternative to purify the soul and educate the heart to be cleaner so that it will have an impact on personality and social. The process to get there must go through the stages of takhallī, taḥallī, and tajallī. Then, remembrance of Sufism to be a method of education for spiritual, moral and social aspects must be carried out in the right way, which must be solemn, persistent, repeated, understand the meaning and be presented in the heart. Internalization of Sufism remembrance is important to harmonize spiritual, moral and mu'amalah aspects so that the practice of Sufism does not only strengthen one aspect, but several aspects that make him a moderate, balanced and in accordance with the dictates of Islam itself.
