Abstract

Abstract In this research the author used quantitative research methods in using primary data obtained from respondents' responses to statements in the questionnaire. The results of this research show that celebrity endorsements, word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on interest in buying "The Originote" skincare and brand image has a positive and insignificant effect on interest in buying "The Originote" skincare. The celebrity endorsement variable shows a positive influence with a sig value of 0.040, so the significance value is <0.05, which means that the better the celebrity endorsement, the higher the buying interest of "The Originote" skincare consumers. The brand image variable shows a positive influence but not significant with a sig value of 0.236, so the significance value is <0.05, which means that the better the brand image will increase buying interest in "The Originote" skincare. The word of mouth variable shows a positive influence with a sig value of 0.000, so the significance value is <0.05, which means that the better the word of mouth will increase buying interest in "The Originote" skincare. Keywords: Celebrity Endorsement, Brand Image, Word Of Mouth, Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work ability, discipline and work ability on employee performance at PT. Adiputro Wirasejati in Malang City. The population in this study are employees consisting of 4 divisions who have 5 years of work experience, namely 26 people in the machinery division, 54 people in the body repair division, 30 people in the interior division, and 15 people in the finishing division at PT. Adi Putro Wirasejati.. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire with a sample size determined using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 95 respondents. Data testing techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, f test, t test, and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2). The results of this research simultaneously show that the influence of work ability, discipline, and motivation influences employee performance. Abstract

Work engagement has emerged as a core element of talent management to acquire and retain high-performing employees in the labor market and a potential bright spot for business success. Due to the aforementioned positive influences and benefits of improving employees' work engagement, many organizations put more effort towards enhancing and maintaining levels of work engagement as their top priority for an effective human resource system. This study aimed to investigate the mediating effects of employees' work engagement in the relationships between their personal resources (self-efficacy, organizationalbased self-esteem, and optimism) and turnover intention. A total of 119 survey responses collected by convenience sampling and analyzed by using structural equation modeling (SEM). This study concluded that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy, organizationalbased self-esteem, optimism, and work engagement. The mediation role of work engagement in the relationship between self-efficacy, organizational-based self-esteem, optimism, and turnover intention proves significantly in this study. Interestingly, this study found that there is a positive relationship of self-efficacy on turnover intention which means that the higher level of self-efficacy does not indicate the lower turnover intention. Employees with a high level of self-efficacy believe that they are giving too much to their organization Therefore, they eventually negotiated more for higher salaries while at the same time seeing more alternative jobs/organizations offers in case they are not appreciated enough for what they do for organizations.

Abstract

The phenomenon of digital transformation is crucial for Indonesian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in addressing the challenges posed by international markets; however, a large number of SMEs have yet to fully utilise technological advancements. This research seeks to examine the impact of digital transformation on the export performance of Indonesian SMEs, while exploring the mediating and moderating factors that influence this relationship. The methodology employed consists of panel data analysis, utilising a sample of 100 exporting SMEs from various industry sectors over the period 2019 to 2023. The findings show that digital transformation exerts a significant positive impact on export performance, with dynamic capabilities serving as a mediator and firm size acting as a moderator. The study identifies e-commerce and business process automation as the most effective elements in improving export performance. The implications derived from this study advocate a comprehensive strategy in the digital transformation of SMEs, in addition to more targeted policy initiatives aimed at strengthening the dynamic capabilities of these firms.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to investigate the impact of Governance support  and human resource (HR) competence on service quality in sustaining the business of Cafe Sawah. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed to present the data gathered from questionnaires given to 60 participants, using a saturated sampling method that included all employees at Cafe Sawah. The data were analyzed through multiple regression analysis, showing that both Governance support  and HR competence significantly influence service quality at Cafe Sawah when considered together. However, individually, Governance support  showed a positive but not significant effect, while HR competence had a positive and significant effect on service quality. The study suggests that Cafe Sawah’s management should focus on improving employee training programs to promote active participation and gather feedback on the governance system. Keywords: Cafe Sawah, Government Support, HR Competency, Service Quality

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explore the model of leadership of Prophet Muhammad SAW and how the concept of Islamic leadership is applied at Lafayette Coffee & Eatery. The research method used is qualitative, employing primary data. The data was collected through interviews with employees and managers of Lafayette Coffee & Eatery. The findings reveal that the model of Prophet Muhammad SAW’s leadership comprises four characteristics: siddiq (honesty), fathanah (intelligence), tabligh (communication), and amanah (trustworthiness). These four characteristics represent the core values of the Islamic leadership concept. Additionally, the study found that the concept of Islamic leadership is a fundamental value that inspires the management practices at Lafayette Coffee & Eatery. This concept has become a living and evolving tradition, as reflected in the SOPs at Lafayette Coffee & Eatery, such as mandatory prayers, playing the adhan audio at prayer times, delivering a brief religious talk after the adhan, and reciting Quranic verses. Moreover, the four characteristics of Prophet Muhammad SAW’s leadership guide the attitudes and behaviors of both managers and employees at Lafayette Coffee & Eatery. Keywords: Islamic Leadership, Leadership of Prophet Muhammad SAW, F&B Industry, Islamic Leadership Characteristics

Abstract

Abstract In the curren era of globalization, the internet has become a very important need for everyone. One of them is the increasingly rapid development of digital technology in the current era of globalization, people's lifestyles are also increasingly changing. Some people consider shopping to be a fun activity to do, one of which is online shopping. The TikTok application is an application that people usually use as a tool for shopping online. This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of Online Customer Reviews, Live Streaming, and Free Shipping Vouchers on Impulsive Buying among E- commerce Tiktok shop consumers in Malang City. The population in this study    were residents of Malang City with a sample size of 90 people, using the Malhotra formula and using the purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used in this research was by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Research data uses SPSS 25. The results of this research show that simultaneously Online Customer Reviews, Live Streaming, and Free Shipping Vouchers have a significant effect on Impulsive Buying. Abstract

Abstract The objective of this research is to evaluate the influence of content marketing, influencer marketing, and viral marketing on purchasing decisions for food and beverages at Kedai Kopi Jasa Ayah. By conducting this study, it is expected to provide a significant influence on purchasing decisions and to find out how content marketing, influencers, and viral marketing influence consumer purchasing, and to find out how content marketing, influencers, and viral marketing influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses the explanatory research method through a quantitative approach, sampling through non-probability with a purposive sampling method with a total of 99 respondents who are consumers who have made purchases at Kedai Kopi Jasa Ayah. Data collection was carried out by conducting questionnaires and analysis using SPSS statistical software.The results of this study indicate that content marketing, influencer marketing, and vial marketing have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions and each independent variable of content marketing, influencer marketing, and viral marketing has a partial influence on purchasing decisions. Content marketing attract consumers in a creative and informative way influencer marketing expands the market through recommendations from trusted figures, and viral marketing takes advantage of trends to disseminate information widely. Keywords: Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Viral Marketing, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of halal labeling and price on purchasing decisions for samyang noodle products (Case Study of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2018). The type ofresearch used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample inthis study obtained 55 respondents with the technique used in this study purposive sampling. The results showed that halal labeling and price simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Recently, many products that have not been halal certified have resulted in consumers, especially Muslim consumers, finding it difficult to distinguish which products are truly halal and can be consumed in accordance with Islamic law from products that are not haram. It is presumed that most of the snack products on the market are not clearly halal. Therefore, the halalness of a product is a mandatory requirement for Muslims, be it food, medicine or other consumer goods. Keywords: Halal Labeling, Price, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines Eksplorasi The Effect of Work-Life Balance and Work Environment on Generation Z Job Satisfaction at PT. Jhonlin Agro Raya Tbk. As digital natives, Generation Z exhibits unique needs, such as flexible working arrangements and conducive work environments, requiring organizations to adapt workplace policies to maintain their satisfaction and productivity. The research employs a quantitative method, gathering data through questionnaires distributed to 90 respondents. The results indicate that Work-life balance significantly affects job satisfaction, while Work Environment does not show a significant partial influence. Simultaneously, these two variables contribute 8.7% to job satisfaction, with the remaining 91.3% influenced by other factors. These findings imply that the company should prioritize developing policies that support employees' Work-life balance to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.  Keywords: Work Life Balance, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, PT.
