Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of brand trust and celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on Samsung smartphone consumers in Surya Phone Lamongan with a sample of 45 respondents. The research method used is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The data used from the results of distributing questionnaires to samples at the time of the study will be collected and processed using one of the software, namely SPSS 25. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it shows that brand trust and celebrity endorsers have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Brand trust has an effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity endorser has an effect on purchasing decisions. The better the brand trust and celebrity endorser, the better it is for consumers to make a purchase decision. Keywords : Brand Trust, Celebrity Endorser, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance is one of the factors that influence the level of success of an organization. Employee performance can be measured if an employee or group of employees has performance criteria or parameters set by the company or organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work culture, and work environment on employee performance at the Production Department employees of CV. Gloria Tri Agung, Tulungagung. The population in this study were production department employees at CV. Gloria Tri Agung, Tulungagung. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to production department employees, totaling 116 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study show that leadership style, work culture and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, leadership style and work culture have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Culture, Work Environment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract In this study, the aim is to determine the influence of reward and work performance on the job performance of PT employees. HM. Sampoerna Tbk. Sukorejo - Pasuruan. This study has a population of 850 employees. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method with 90 employees. Then, this study used questionnaires and interviews to collect data. To analyze the data itself, this study uses simple regression analysis. The results of this study explain that rewards and job performance have a positive impact on employee performance. Therefore, it can be said that the higher the reward and work efficiency, the better the performance of the employee. Reward and performance have a positive effect on employee performance. A fairer remuneration system will motivate employees to be more enthusiastic about taking control of their work, for example with the availability of compensation, benefits, career development and on-the-job training. work with quality, according to plan, efficiently.  Keywords: reward, work efficiency, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract The development of e-commerce in Indonesia is getting faster and creating more competitive competition between e-commerce. Strategies and feature innovations are often made to improve the shopping experience, one of which is live streaming shopping. Currently, live streaming shopping is the latest and most popular trend in online shopping. Shopee Live is the live streaming shopping feature that is most often used by Indonesians. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price discounts, online customer reviews, and free shipping vouchers on impulse buying of Shopee live users. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. Sampling was conducted on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang using the Malhotra formula so that a sample of 75 respondents was obtained. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 analysis tools. The results showed that partially price discounts, online customer reviews, and free shipping vouchers have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Abstract

Abstract The objectives of this research are: 1) To examine the information content of market ratios and profitability ratios in hotel companies, 2) To determine the influence of market ratios and profitability ratios in hotel companies.The population of this research are companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), especially in the hospitality sector. This research method uses quantitative methods. The test equipment used in this research uses the SPSS application. In collecting samples using the documentation method through reports on the company website and also on the IDX. Based on the existing criteria, 9 hotel companies were obtained as research samples on the IDX in the 2019-2022 period.In this study, the t test was used which shows that market ratios have a significant effect on stock returns and profitability ratios do not have a significant effect on stock returns. Keywords: Market Ratios, Profitability Ratios, SPSS, BEI, Stock Returns, Shares.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence Key Performance Indicator and Quality Control on the Performance of Sales Marketing Employees at PT. Indo Mai Goo (AICE). The population in this research is Marketing Employees who have high integrity at PT. Indo Mai Goo (AICE). The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire with a sample size determined using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 83 respondents. Data testing techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, f test, t test, and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2). The results of this research simultaneously show that the influence Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Quality Control influence employee performance. Abstract

Abstract The expansion of the coffee shop industry in Malang City has intensified competition, compelling business owners to refine their marketing strategies and improve service quality. This study has purposed explore the determinations of social media marketing, perceived value, perceived quality, brand image, and customer satisfaction on revisit intentions at AADK Coffee & Eatery Tlogomas Malang. A quantitative approach rooted in positivist philosophy was employed. The population for this research includes customers who have visited AADK Coffee & Eatery Tlogomas at least once. The sample size of 95 respondents was determined using Malhotra’s formula and purposive sampling, a technique within non-probability sampling methods. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Data analysis involved instrument tests (validity and reliability), normality tests, classical assumption tests (multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity), multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t-tests for partial effects), and coefficient of determination (R²). The study found that social media marketing and perceived value do not significantly affect revisit intention. However, perceived quality, brand image, and customer satisfaction have significant impacts on revisit intention. This indicates that while social media marketing and perceived value are less influential, factors like perceived quality, brand image, and customer satisfaction are crucial in influencing customers' decisions to return. Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Perceived Value, Perceived Quality, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction, Revisit Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify the influence of product quality, price and location on purchasing decisions on consumers of Mie Gacoan in Malang. The sample used in this study uses the maholtra formula by multiplying the number of indicators by 5, so that the number of samples taken is 75 respondents, the technique used is using non-probability sampling and using the purposive sampling method. The population used in this study is consumers who have made purchases at Mie Gacoan. The results of this study show that product quality, price and location have an impact on consumer purchase decisions, and product quality has a significant impact on purchase decisions, but price and location do not have a significant influence on purchase decisions. Keywords: Product Quality, Price and Location

Abstract

Abstract The main objective of this research is to determine how entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial motivation affects entrepreneurial intention with entrepreneurial self-efficacy in the role of intervening variable. The research population in this study were students of the management study program at the Islamic University of Malang. This research used a probability sampling technique so that 100 respondents were determined. One way to analyze data is to use quantitative descriptive methods. The research used a quantitative approach with analysis throught the use of SmartPLS data processing. The findings from this research are that entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation have a significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial self-efficacy as an intervening variable, and entrepreneurial motivation has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial self-efficacy as an intervening variable.  Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Motivation, Entrepreneurial Intention, and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Transformational, Transactional and Authoritarian Leadershiptowards organizational commitment. Type of quantitative survey research approach. The population in this study were members of organizations at the economics and business faculty of the Islamic University of Malang. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample of 77 respondents. Data was obtained from a questionnaire using Likert scale. Analysis of this research data uses multiple linear regression analysis. This research contributesto find out the factors that influence Organizational Commitment. Result of This research shows that Transformational and Transactional leadership have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, while Authoritarian Leadership does not have a significant effect on organizational commitment..  Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Transformational, Transactional and Authoritarian
