Abstract

This study aims to examine and demonstrate the impact of digital leadership, digital culture, and innovation on enhancing teacher performance, as well as the degree to which technology use and innovative teaching methods spearheaded by school administrators can enhance learning efficacy. The study involved 110 teachers from State Vocational High Schools in Jambi City of this study, using a quantitative ex post facto design. Data were collected using validated questionnaires to gather data. The evaluation stage of the measuring model and the structural model, as well as assessing direct and indirect influences, were used to analyze the data. The results indicate that digital leadership, digital culture, and innovation significantly influence teacher performance, lack adequate training, lack technology adoption, and less competent leaders, 2) Teachers who are in an environment with a strong digital culture tend to be more innovative in designing learning, 3) Teacher innovation creates new ideas in learning, teachers use creative learning models, and teachers utilize technology, 4) Lack of organizational readiness in adopting technology, poorly planned innovation, and lack of digital competence of leaders, 5) Teachers who are familiar with technology tend to find new ideas more easily, utilize online learning platforms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh label halal, cita rasa, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Kopi Paman khas Jambi pada konsumen di Kota Jambi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling terhadap konsumen Kopi Paman di Kota Jambi. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Label Halal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, karena memberikan rasa aman dan keyakinan kepada konsumen dalam mengonsumsi produk. Cita Rasa menjadi variabel yang paling dominan dan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang menunjukkan bahwa keunikan serta konsistensi rasa khas Jambi menjadi daya tarik utama Kopi Paman. Sementara itu, harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, karena konsumen lebih mengutamakan kualitas rasa dan jaminan halal dibandingkan dengan pertimbangan harga. Secara simultan, Label Halal, Cita Rasa, dan Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 50,9%.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the readiness of Slaughterhouses (RPH) in Jambi City in obtaining halal certification based on the standards set by the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency, as well as to identify aspects that need to be improved to increase consumer compliance and trust. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through field observations, interviews, and documentation at a slaughterhouse (RPH) in Jambi City. The analysis was conducted by comparing the operational practices, facilities, and halal management implemented with the halal certification standards established by the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJH) to assess readiness and identify gaps.

Abstract

The purpose of this study in developing the Gen Z International Economics E-Book provides easy and practical access in studying international economic trade material in the growth and development of generation Z. with this e-book the material is presented briefly, clearly, concisely, accompanied by various evaluation questions designed to improve soft skills. This research method uses R & D-based Development and Problem Based Learning by applying the Four-D model (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate), this method is applied to economic education students. The results of this study: 1) Become a means of improving economic literacy, especially Gen Z students, and 2) Construct the material developed in the e-book between the relationship between theory and practice so that Gen Z students understand better in real life. Through this study it is concluded that the use of this E-Book is useful in improving the soft skills of Gen Z students in college.

Abstract

This research analyzed the influence of the dimensions of leadership practices on employee job satisfaction. The object of this study is the University of Batanghari Jambi. Research problem refers to the phenomenon of data at the University of Batanghari Jambi, which is indicated by the number of employees in and out within the last 3 years, as well as some of the complaints are often perceived by employees. The problem that arises is: whether the dimensions of leadership practices have an influence on employee job satisfaction. The study used 80 respondents and all respondents were employees of the University of Batanghari Jambi. Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that such practices are leadership dimensions and empower others dimensions encourage both partial and simultaneous positive effects on employee job satisfaction University of Batanghari.

Abstract

The halal integrity of local herbal products is determined not only by raw materials but also by the entire upstream-to-downstream supply chain process. Risks of cross-contamination and a lack of information transparency often hinder the maintenance of sustained halal assurance. This study aims to design an Internet of Things (IoT)-based halal supply chain digitalization model to enhance transparency and traceability within Indonesia's local herbal industry. The research employs a qualitative-systems engineering approach through a case study of the local herbal product supply chain. The results demonstrate that integrating IoT sensors (such as temperature, humidity, and GPS location sensors) with a centralized data platform enables real-time monitoring of storage and shipping conditions. The model successfully maps Halal Critical Control Points and provides data visibility for producers, regulators, and consumers. The study's implications serve to strengthen the national halal supply chain ecosystem and provide a digital framework for herbal MSMEs to meet sustainable halal certification standards.

Abstract

Globalization opens wider access to information and knowledge, enabling individuals and communities to learn and develop in new ways. The purpose of this study is to describe, develop, and test the effectiveness of interactive teaching materials based on Kenduri Sko Local Wisdom to improve students' cultural understanding. This research method uses research and development. Research and development (R&D) in the field of education is defined as a development model that adapts industrial product development. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and written tests. The results of the study show: 1) Effective and efficient teaching materials were obtained, 2) Teaching materials based on local wisdom are effective in improving students' cultural understanding, and 3) The effectiveness of teaching materials based on local wisdom was tested to improve students' cultural understanding, 4) These results indicate that there are significant differences in students' understanding of local wisdom between using interactive history teaching materials based on local wisdom and using books available at school. The implication of using local wisdom-based history teaching materials is that it provides more meaningful learning opportunities, where they can understand history through traditions that are close to their daily lives, such as Kenduri Sko.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan khusus untuk menganalisis strategi pemerintah Indonesia dalam mewujudkan pembangunan kelautan berkelanjutan berdasarkan perannya sebagai negara kekuatan menengah. penulis menggunakan kerangka teoritis identitas kekuatan menengah dan diplomasi ceruk untuk menganalisis permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yaitu dijelaskan dengan menggunakan metode eksplanatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, masyarakat Indonesia Strategi pemerintah adalah memprioritaskan pembangunan kelautan berkelanjutan di wilayah laut nasional. kebijakan Dan Juga melakukan ke berkontribusi ke itu dunia berkelanjutan laut perkembangan dengan itu biru ekonomi prinsip. Ini komitmen akan menjadi diwujudkan oleh meningkat kerja sama di dalam itu laut sektor pada itu bilateral, multilateral Dan daerah tingkat. Secara khusus, itu membentuk dari itu realisasi dari ini komitmen adalah itu Indonesia memiliki menjadi itu strategi dari itu Indonesia pemerintah ke menyadari berkelanjutan laut perkembangan adalah ke menjadi itu pemrakarsa pembentukan forum kerjasama (coalition building), menjadi narahubung bagi negara-negara demi kepentingan pembangunan kelautan berkelanjutan (pembangun jembatan), dan untuk menegakkan internasional norma-norma dalam itu sektor kelautan untuk umum Bagus (katalisator).

Abstract

Purpose: to analyze and empirically test the influence of the Rector's leadership practices on the level of employee job satisfaction at Batanghari University, Jambi. Method: this study employed a quantitative, survey-based approach. The study population comprised all 80 administrative staff at Batanghari University in Jambi, using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of leadership practices on employee job satisfaction. Findings: the research results show that the Rector's leadership practices have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction at Batanghari University, Jambi. This finding suggests that leadership practices play a significant role in improving employee job satisfaction. Implications: this study strengthens organizational behavior theory and the Kouzes and Posner model regarding the influence of leadership on job satisfaction. Practically, organizations need to implement effective leadership to improve employee job satisfaction. Originality: lies in the empirical testing of the Rector's leadership practices on the job satisfaction of administrative staff in the context of private universities in Jambi Province, an area that is still rarely researched, especially at Batanghari University, Jambi.
