Abstract

Construction project delays are a common issue that significantly affect cost, quality, and completion time. This condition occurred in the construction of the PT Telkom Closed Warehouse in Balikpapan, which was originally planned to be completed within 90 calendar days but experienced a 28-day delay, resulting in a total completion time of 118 days. The delay was mainly caused by weak supervision and the absence of a structured planning method from the beginning. This study aims to analyze critical activities using the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) and to calculate the probability of project completion using the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). The analysis results indicate that concrete structure work, wall installation, flooring, roofing, and mechanical-electrical work were identified as critical path activities. In addition, the PERT method provided an overview of the probability of achieving the actual project schedule. The conclusion of this research emphasizes that the application of PDM and PERT can help contractors plan schedules more accurately, reduce the risk of delays, and optimize the use of project resources.

Abstract

Based on observations and interviews at school, the information obtained in learning activities has not used Learner Worksheets (LKPD), which are related to everyday life. This study analyzes the importance of developing Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) based LKPDs on learning Flat Side Spaces in class VIII MTsN 1 Solok. This type of research is development research with the Plomp model. The Plomp model has three phases: preliminary research, prototyping, and assessment. This research is at the preliminary research stage, namely preliminary analysis in the form of needs analysis, curriculum analysis, analysis of learner characteristics, concept analysis, and literature review analysis. Data is generated from observations and interviews with educators and students. From the analysis of the need to develop RME-based LKPD based on learning about flat-side space buildings materials.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to enhance the digital marketing capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Munjul Village, Ciambar District, Sukabumi Regency through strengthening the role of the Koperasi Merah Putih. Munjul Village has local economic potential based on cassava-based products; however, the utilization of digital technology for marketing remains limited. The implementation methods included field surveys, digital literacy training, assistance in creating social media and marketplace accounts, and institutional strengthening of the cooperative as an integrated digital marketing center. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills in digital marketing, the establishment of business social media accounts, and the ability to create simple promotional content. Approximately 80% of participants understood the benefits of social media in increasing sales and the cooperative’s role in collective promotion, while 90% stated that the program was beneficial for strengthening sustainable local economic development. Overall, the evaluation shows increased knowledge, understanding, and skills in cooperative-based digital marketing toward a sustainable village economy.

Abstract

Every construction project has specific targets that must be achieved at each stage of its planning. Within such a project, there exists a series of interrelated work activities, each with defined completion limits. Therefore, the initial and most crucial step is to develop a well-structured plan to ensure that project implementation can be properly controlled using an appropriate scheduling method. One method that can be applied is the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM), which provides detailed information related to project activities, including start time, duration, finish time, and total float, represented within interconnected rectangular nodes through various types of dependency relationships. This method enables the identification of activities that have the potential to cause delays if postponed, thereby forming the critical path that determines the overall project success. Along with technological advancements, project scheduling has become more efficient with the aid of specialized software such as Microsoft Project, which in this study is utilized to implement the PDM method in analyzing interrelated project activities. In this project scheduling, there are 175 constraints consisting of 73 Start-to-Start (SS), 101 Finish-to-Start (FS), and 1 Finish-to-Finish (FF) relationship. A total of 55 activities are identified as part of the critical path, indicating that any delay in these activities will directly impact the overall project completion time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant effect of online learning perceptions on the learning outcomes of students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, FKIP UMMY Solok. The approach used is a quantitative approach with a correlational research method. The population in this study were students of the UMMY mathematics education study program in the 2021/2022 academic year. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research use statistics with SPSS 21.0. The results of the study obtained a simple linear regression equation of the effect of perceptions of online learning on learning outcomes, namely Y = 64.814 + 0.264 X. The results of the Fhitung test = 2.296 with a significance level of 0.144> 0.05 so it can be concluded that student perceptions of online learning do not significantly affect learning outcomes. The result of the coefficient of determination (KD) = 9.5% means that the perception of Mathematics Education study program students contributes to learning outcomes by 9.5%. So it can be concluded that the perception of online learning does not significantly affect the learning outcomes of students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, FKIP UMMY Solok.
