Abstract

Penetian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi rendahnya ketrampilan abad 21 mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong, melalui kombinasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dan Snowball Throwing ( NHT&ST),  desain penelitian  menggunakan “One Group Pretest- postest Design”. Intrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar pengamatan pembelajaran, tes hasil belajar dan angket respons mahasiswa. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan infrensial. Hasil pengamatan Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan aktivitas mahasiswa berada pada  rata-rata 3,85 (77%) kategori Sangat baik, dan 3,86 (77%) dengan kategori Baik , data hasil respons mahasiswa dengan rata-rata 4,13 (82%) berada pada kategori sangat setuju (SS). Hasil analisis infrensial dengan uji z satu pihak dengan uji pihak kiri menghasilkan nilai Z hitung (3,6215) > Z tabel ( ), hasil anailis statistik infrensial disimpulkan bahwa pada signifikansi 5%, ketrampilan Abad 21 Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong dengan menerapkan Kombinasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe NHT Dan Snowball Throwing (NHT&ST)  tidak kurang dari 60% dari kriteria ideal yang ditetapkan yaitu 60 %.  Berdasarkan hasil statistik deskriptif dan infrensial disimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan pembelajaran kombinasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dan Snowball Throwing (NHT&ST)  mampu mengembangkan ketrampilan abad 21 mahasiswa Semester IV Program studi Pendidikan Matematika Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong tahun akademik 2018/2019.

Abstract

The world is currently faced with a covid-19 pandemic that forces people to move at home, including the world of education that carries out teaching and learning activities from home using online learning. This research aims to find out the causes and ways to overcome the learning difficulties of students of class X MIPA 4 Public High School 1 Kota Sorong on math learning using microsoft teams during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative descriptive combined with qualitative approaches. The subjects of this study were students of class X MIPA 4 Public High School 1 Kota Sorong school year 2020/2021 which amounted to 26 students and 1 math teacher. The object in this study is the cause of students' learning difficulties using microsoft teams on math learning provided by teachers. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that students experienced several causes of learning difficulties that were divided into 4 (four) indicators, students' inability to learn online, interaction in the learning process, assignments and teaching materials and technical constraints on online learning using microsoft teams

Abstract

This research is a development study with the aim of determining the feasibility of geometric interactive media that is carried out in students of SMA AL-Amin Kota Sorong and evaluating the effectiveness of interactive multimedia based on the opinions of linguists, media specialists, and material experts. The four steps of the development process are the defining stage (define), the design stage (design), the development stage (develop), and the deployment stage. This development model is called the 4-D device development model (Four D Model) (disseminate). Linguists, subject matter experts, and media specialists were contacted about and evaluated the interactive multimedia that had been developed. The subject matter in Interactive Multimedia is related to geometry. According to the assessment of linguists in the development of multimedia learning, this study has succeeded in developing multimedia interactive geometry that has a very decent quality with an average of 3.7, while in the assessment of material experts obtained an average assessment of 3.6 and based on media experts, this study has obtained an average score of 3.5 which is categorized so that based on the assessment criteria, interactive multimedia meets the eligibility criteria

Abstract

This service aims to increase the awareness of the children of the Kokoda Tribe in Warmon Village about the importance of formal education and health. The methods used are counseling and demonstrations. Counseling was carried out to provide awareness and motivation to the children of the Kokoda tribe, while demonstrations were conducted to provide examples and direct practice on how to wash hands and brush their teeth properly and correctly. In addition to counseling and demonstrations, in this service activity, gifts in the form of stationery and personal hygiene kits were also distributed to the children of the Kokoda Tribe, Warmon Village. After the dedication, it was seen that the children of the Kokoda Tribe in Warmon Village became motivated and enthusiastic and were diligent in going to school.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is toincreasing interest in reading, enthusiasm for learning, understanding in recognizing letters and improving the reading and counting skills of the Yeflio village children. This activity was carried out in Yeflio village, Mayamuk District, Sorong Regency, Southwest Papua Province. Participants who took part in this community service activity were children of pre-school age, elementary school age, and junior high school. Participants in this community service activity totaled 50 children, with 33 girls and 27 boys. The implementation of this activity was carried out using several reading guidebooks and arithmetic books as well as reading, writing and arithmetic learning media that were made. The activities were carried out for 16 meetings from 23 August to 15 September 2022 every Monday to Thursday at 15.00. 00 to 17.00 WIT. The learning process is carried out both classically and in groups according to the abilities of the participants. Data collection was carried out by means of observation and tests, data on the results of activities were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the community service activities concluded that there was an increase in literacy skills in reading, writing, arithmetic (SICALISTUNG) in activity participants with details of an increase in the number of participants who already knew letters by 4 out of 8 participants or 8%, and fluent reading by 16 people or 32%. In writing literacy, the increase occurred in participants who wrote fluently by 4 people (16.7%) and participants who could not write decreased to only 1 person out of 6 people or 8.3%. In the numeracy literacy program there was also an increase in the average score from 14 to 42 in the addition and subtraction program.

Abstract

North Gombak Guidance Center (SB Gombak Utara) is a place of learning for Indonesian immigrant children or those of Indonesian descent who do not have citizenship documents in Malaysia. Students at this guidance center are not familiar with their parents' cultural background specifically. However, it is important to instill a love for their homeland through cultural exposure to make them dignified Indonesian citizens. The Community Service Program for Education and Culture (KKN-KI) is carried out for 1-2 hours of effective learning per week, involving active participation from students in grades 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of elementary school. The program includes: 1) Introduction to the Lompat Gaba dance, 2) Introduction to Indonesian cultural diversity (playing picture matching games), 3) Introduction to the Lalayon dance, 4) Creating designs of typical Indonesian batik, and 5) Introduction to the diversity of Indonesian culture using digital media. Based on the activities conducted, it is found that students have a great interest in getting to know Indonesian culture, but they tend to be hesitant, shy, and distracted when starting. The cultural introduction successfully captivated students and made them understand the culture they inherently possess. This description indicates that similar activities are needed with additional programs and the use of various media. If implemented, students will become much more acquainted with the cultural diversity present. This way, the shared hope of preserving culture and instilling students' interest in returning to their homeland, Indonesia, can be realized.

Abstract

Multimodal interactive digital teaching materials are learning materials that contain learning materials that are in accordance with learning objectives designed by utilizing various resources including text, images, audio, video, music, and social media in the form of YouTube, tik tok, and appropriate internet links and are interactive because they are digital based. The aim of this activity is to improve teachers' understanding and skills in using multimodal digital teaching materials in 21st century learning. Participants in the community service activity were 25 participants consisting of teachers. This activity was carried out at MTs Al Gebra, Sorong City and MI Al Islah, Sorong City. The methods used in multimodal digital training are material presentation, discussion and training simulation. The results of this training have a positive impact on teachers in managing the learning process. This can be seen from the analysis results that 80% of participants have increased knowledge, 80% of participants have increased creativity and 80% of participants need continuous training in increasing knowledge to prepare themselves in facing the digital era 4.0.

Abstract

This research uses Netboard.me-based learning media with experimental research type, one-group pretest posttest design with quantitative descriptive methods which aims to measure how much influence Netboard.me-based multimodal interactive digital learning has in improving collaboration, communication and critical thinking skills. The data in this research was taken through pretest-posttest and non-test results in the form of observation sheets, self-assessment questionnaires and student responses. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that students collaborated and communicated very well through observations, the self-assessment questionnaire got the highest results of 90% in giving, listening and supporting ideas, as well as sharing ideas and thoughts with others. Very good criteria are obtained in conveying opinions in writing clearly and concisely through a communication skills self-assessment questionnaire. Student responses to Netboard.me-based learning media obtained very very good criteria, namely 91% for interest and 95% for language use. Based on the results of the assessment of critical thinking skills indicators in the pretest and posttest results, students showed a significant increase in the average percentage of indicators. The N-Gain results obtained 59.2552% which is included in the quite effective category. The results of the two paired sample t-test show an increase in critical thinking skills through multimodal interactive digital learning based on netboard.me. So, interactive digital learning media based on Netboard.me can improve collaboration, communication and critical thinking skills

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad 21 menekankan penguasaan serta pengembangan keterampilan mahasiswa. Namun, kurangnya keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran telah menghambat keterampilan berpikir kreatif mereka. Tujuan penelitian menguji pengaruh dari model pembelajaran Project-Based Learning (PjBL) berbasis entrepreneurship terhadap keterampilan berfikir kreatifmahasiswa pada materi Geometri Ruang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental yang melibatkan pretest dan posttest pada 12 mahasiswa semester 2 di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan perubahan tingkat keterampilan berfikir kreatifmahasiswa setelah melakukan pembelajartan model PjBL berbasis entrepreneurship, dengan rerata hasil posttest sebesar 89,5. Hasil analisis gain menunjukkan rerata 0,85, yang berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Selain itu, respon mahasiswa terhadap model pembelajaran ini juga positif, dengan rerata respon sebesar 78%. Dalam kesimpulan, model pembelajaran PjBL berbasis entrepreneurship memberikan pengaruh yang positif pada kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran Geometri Ruang. Oleh sebab itu, diharapkan agar pendekatan ini dapat diterapkan lebih luas dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kreativitas mahasiswa di berbagai mata pelajaran.
