Abstract

Pelatihan literasi digital yang dilaksanakan di Desa Tarahan, Kecamatan Katibung, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam berbagai bidang digital, antara lain keterampilan digital, etika digital, budaya digital, dan keamanan digital. Workshop, pendampingan, konsultasi, dan diskusi semuanya berfungsi sebagai bentuk pelatihan. Pelatihan ini memberikan peningkatan dalam bidang keterampilan digital (35%), etika digital (25%), budaya digital (30%), dan keamanan digital (30%). Pertumbuhan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan tingkat lanjut dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk bisnis dan aktivitas sehari-hari. Peserta meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak pendukung bisnis, internet, dan media sosial, serta pemahaman mereka tentang pentingnya perilaku etis dan perlindungan data. Dampak sosial pelatihan ini meliputi peningkatan efisiensi operasional, profesionalisme dalam kontak online, kemampuan terlibat dalam komunitas digital, dan perlindungan ancaman siber terhadap data perusahaan. Untuk memastikan kelangsungan jangka panjang dari peningkatan literasi digital, bantuan berkelanjutan, pendampingan, pembentukan jaringan komunitas digital, memasukkan hasil pelatihan ke dalam peraturan daerah, serta evaluasi dan penyesuaian program secara berkala, semuanya disarankan. Dengan inisiatif-inisiatif ini, literasi digital Desa Tarahan dapat terus meningkat sehingga mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih adil dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to determine the significance of differences in financial performance, community welfare, and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) of Bandar Lampung City in two mayor periods. Research Methodology: This study used secondary data obtained directly from the Lampung Provincial Representative Audit Board with a complete-time series of 10 years during the period 2006 – 2015. The research used region government financial performance, society welfare as measured by the human development index, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) Based on Constant Prices as the variable. By one way-ANOVA to analyze technical data on this research. Results: There is no significant difference in the average financial performance in the form of effectiveness ratios, efficiency ratios, expenditure balance ratios, and government financial growth ratios of Bandar Lampung in two major periods. However, this research finds there is a significant difference in the average of social welfare as measured by the Human Development Index (HDI) and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) of Bandar Lampung city in two major periods. This means that the Bandar Lampung City Government has not been able to properly maintain and increase its growth. Limitations: This research took a sample in this study only Bandar Lampung city, while in Lampung province there are 15 regencies/cities, and this research in conducting disparate tests using the Anova test. This research would be better if using more samples and using another test. Contribution: This study contributes to providing input and advice to the city government in making decisions related to the preparation and realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in the future. Abstract

Employee performance is inseparable from efficiency and effectiveness. Efficiency emphasizes work results, while effectiveness relates to the process of achieving goals related to human work or increasing human labor, life and cultural renewal, mental attitude of glorifying work and expanding efforts to improve the quality of people's lives. In other words, the process of increasing work productivity can be done through motivation, education, work discipline, skills, technology, work ethic attitudes, income levels, work environment and climate, management, achievement opportunities and production facilities as well as social security, work ethic, work loyalty. , job satisfaction, leadership, organizational structure and supervision. The research design is generally divided into 3 (three) forms, namely explorative research, descriptive research and explanatory research. Explorative research is a type of research that seeks to find new ideas or relationships. While descriptive research is research that aims to describe the properties or characteristics of a particular phenomenon. Finally, explanatory research is research that aims to analyze the relationships between one variable and another or how one variable affects other variables. Based on the discussion that has been carried out, the results of this study are as follows: 1) Motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) and the hypothesis is accepted. 2) Reward (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) and the hypothesis is accepted. 3) Reward moderated by the commitment variable (X2X3) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) and the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The paradigm of human resource management (HR) has been significantly changed by the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) after 2024. The HR function no longer focuses on administrative work, but becomes a strategic partner that uses technology to help make decisions, talent management, and improve employee experience. This study aims to analyze the transformation of HR strategies after 2024, identifying the key competencies that HR needs. The research method uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of ten scientific articles published between 2024 and 2026. These articles were obtained via academic databases like Scopus, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and Emerald Insight. The results show that AI improves efficiency and analytical capabilities in HR functions, but its success depends on digital skills, ethical technology, and employee mental readiness. To ensure equitable and humane AI adoption, employees must learn a hybrid of skills, such as data analytics, interpersonal skills, ethical leadership, and change management skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance, with work overload as a mediating variable at PT Tuntun Sekuritas Indonesia. The study adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Tuntun Sekuritas Indonesia and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of AMOS software. The results of the analysis indicate that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, based on the Sobel test results, work overload is not proven to mediate the relationship between OCB and employee performance. This finding suggests that the influence of OCB on employee performance occurs directly rather than through an increased workload mechanism. The results imply that employees’ extra-role behaviors play an important role in enhancing performance in securities companies. Nevertheless, organizations still need to manage workloads proportionally to ensure that OCB does not lead to long-term work fatigue. This study is expected to contribute theoretically to the development of organizational behavior literature and practically to serve as a consideration for management in human resource management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kepuasan pelanggan terhadap fasilitas rumah kos di Kelurahan Gunung Terang menggunakan Model Kano. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, Formula Blauth, koefisien kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan, serta diagram Kano. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh atribut fasilitas termasuk kategori one-dimensional dan attractive, tanpa atribut must-be maupun indifferent. Atribut one-dimensional berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan penyewa, sementara atribut attractive meningkatkan kepuasan sebagai faktor pendukung. Temuan ini menjadi acuan bagi pengelola rumah kos dalam menetapkan prioritas fasilitas sesuai kebutuhan penyewa. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pelanggan, Rumah Kos, Fasilitas, Model Kano
