Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of debt to equity ratio (DeR), current ratio (CR), firm size and cash flow on company performance and dividend policy as moderation. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The research sample was 18 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that debt to equity ratio (DeR), company size (firm size) and cash flow have a positive and significant effect on company performance, but the current ratio (CR) has no effect on company performance in the manufacturing industry sub-sector of food and beverage companies which is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Furthermore, this research also found that dividend policy was able to moderate the debt to equity ratio (DeR), company size (firm size) and cash flow variables on company performance, but the dividend policy variable was not able to moderate the current ratio (CR) on performance. companies in the food and beverage company sub-sector manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period.

Abstract

The study is entitled “The Effect of Dividend Policy, Debt Policy on Firm Value with Profitability as an Intervening Variable in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2018-2022 Period”. With the aim of knowing the results of the analysis of the effect of dividend policy (DPR) on firm value (PBV), to find out the results of the analysis of the effect of debt policy (DER) on firm value (PBV), to find out the results of the analysis of the effect of profitability (ROA) on firm value (PBV). ), to find out the results of the analysis of the effect of dividend policy (DPR) on profitability (ROA), to find out the results of the analysis of the effect of debt policy (DER) on profitability (ROA) in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. And to prove the results of the analysis of the influence of dividend policy (DPR), debt policy (DER) on company value (PBV) with profitability (ROA) as an intervening variable. Sample selection used a purposive sampling technique using certain criteria so that 46 samples were obtained that met the criteria. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression and path analysis. The research results show that dividend policy influences company value, debt policy influences company value, profitability influences company value, dividend policy influences profitability, debt policy influences profitability and profitability is able to mediate the relationship between dividend policy and debt policy on company value.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of inflation, interest rates and company size on stock returns in the mining sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample was 40 mining industry issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2017-2022 period. The results of this research show that inflation and interest rates have a significant negative influence on stock returns, while company size has a significant positive influence on share returns in the mining sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of share sales volume, profitability, solvency, earnings volatility and trading volume on share price volatility with dividend policy as a mediating variable in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The sample for this research consisted of 55 companies, using a purposive sampling method with the criteria stating dividend payments for 5 consecutive years. The research results show that debt ratio, return on assets, trading volume have an influence on stock price volatility. However, earnings volatility and share sales volume have no effect on share price volatility. Dividend policy is able to mediate share sales volume on stock price volatility, dividend policy is able to mediate profitability on stock price volatility, dividend policy is able to mediate solvency on stock price volatility, dividend policy is able to mediate earnings volatility on stock price volatility and dividend policy is able to mediate volume trending on stock price volatility in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price To Book Value (PBV) on stock prices. The research took samples of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. This purposive sampling method is a sample selection method based on predetermined population characteristics. The sample in this study is 32 LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. In research using secondary data sources in the form of financial reports. While the data collection method used is the collection technique. In this study, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear analysis supported by the classical assumption test. The results of this study are that Return On Assets (ROA) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Price To Book Value (PBV) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. So the conclusion is that Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while Return On Assets (ROA) and Price To Book Value (PBV) have a negative or insignificant effect on stock prices.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are to grow and develop businesses in order to build a national economy based on a just economic democracy. MSMEs in Indonesia have a significant contribution or role in expanding and absorbing new workers. MSMEs themselves have the advantage of producing consumer goods and services that are close to the needs of the community. There is still an obstacle that MSME actors still lack an understanding of the effects of inclusion, financial literacy, innovation and financial management in various types of businesses, especially on the performance of MSME by business actors. The reason of this consider is to decide the impact of budgetary incorporation, budgetary proficiency, advancement and monetary administration on the execution of MSMEs. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, liquidity, and profitability on company value with dividend policy as an intervening variable in primary consumer goods companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. This study used quantitative methods. The samples used were a number of 25 companies with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test and f-test with SPSS 25 program and sobel test. Investment Decision Variables are calculated by Market to Book Value of Assets (MBVA), Liquidity is calculated by Current Ratio (CR), Profitability is calculated by Return On Asset (ROA), Company Value is calculated by Price Book Value (PBV), while Dividend Policy is calculated by Devidend Payout Ratio (DPR). The results showed that investment decisions have a positive and significant influence on dividend policy, liquidity has a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy, profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on company value, liquidity has a negative and significant influence on the value of the company, profitability has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, dividend policy has a positive and insignificant effect on the value of the company, dividend policy is unable to mediate the influence between investment decisions on company value, dividend policy is unable to mediate the effect between liquidity on company value, and dividend policy is unable to mediate the effect between profitability on company value.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the impact of Liquidity Risk which is proxied by Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on financial performance which is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) at commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling method, found 10 banks with the largest assets. The data taken in the form of secondary data obtained through the annual repost and financial report. The results showed that there was a significant effect between Net Interest Margin and Good Corporate Governance on financial performance, while liquidity risk had no effect on financial performance. Data diambil dalam bentuk data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Net Interest Margin dan Good Corporate Governance terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan risiko likuditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Implikasi dari hasil ini adalah mempertimbangkan penyaluran kredit dan mengatasi risiko yang dihadapi.Kata kunci: risiko likuiditas; net interest margin; good corporate governance; kinerja keuangan

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and leverage variables on dividend policy. The population is food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The sample of this research was determined by sampling method based on the criteria of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the publication of complete reports and data including data from variables that have been studied during the 2017-2021 research period. This research uses quantitative data with multiple linear regression techniques. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique and resulted in a sample of 20 companies. Quantitative analysis includes classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test), multiple linear regression test, model feasibility test via t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination. Based on the research results, show that managerial ownership does not affect dividend policy, institutional ownership has a positive effect on dividend policy, and leverage has a positive effect on dividend policy. Based on the research results that have been explained, it can be concluded that managerial ownership has no effect on dividend policy, and institutional ownership and leverage have a positive effect on the dividend policy of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine how debt policy, profitability and managerial ownership affected the firm value.the debt policy was estimated by Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), profitability by Return on Equity (ROE). The time frame that was used in this study is five years, from 2018 to 2022. The traditional assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis are utilized in this quantitative study. The purposive sampling method was used to select the sample for this study, which consisted of 50 observations from 10 bussiness over the course of five years. A company’s primary objective is to increase its value. According to the findings of the study, debt policy had a negative impact on the firm value, profitability had a positive impact on the firm value, and managerial ownership had a significant negative impact on the firm value.
