Abstract

ABSTRACT Fetal hypoxia is a complication or problem that occurs during pregnancy that can disrupt and endanger the health of both the mother and the fetus. During pregnancy, pregnant women try to avoid the emergence of pregnancy problems. Therefore, pregnant women must be vigilant about certain factors that can increase the likelihood of pregnancy complications that endanger the health of the mother, the fetus, or both. Insufficient oxygen supply during pregnancy can result in fetal hypoxia, a condition that can lead to serious problems such as intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR), premature birth, poor metabolism, and neurological development disorders. Early detection of prenatal hypoxia is crucial to prevent long-term impacts on neonatal health. The aim of this research is to detect fetal hypoxia early in pregnant women to prevent complications during pregnancy. Using a literature review methodology, this research analyzes national and international journals published in the past 10 years. The findings show that fetal hypoxia is a factor in neonatal morbidity and mortality. Some of the impacts of fetal hypoxia include the occurrence of prematurity, neonatal asphyxia, intrauterine fetal death (IUFD), and IUGR. Maternal anemia, preeclampsia, placental issues, and umbilical cord anomalies are also among the many causes.Continuous hypoxia can disrupt the development of the brain, heart, and metabolism of the embryo, thereby increasing the likelihood of birth defects and cardiovascular diseases later in life. To avoid this problem, early detection is very important. Keywords: Fetal Hypoxia, Complications, Early Detection, Pregnancy  ABSTRAK Hipoksia janin merupakan komplikasi atau permasalahan yang terjadi dalam masa kehamilan yang dapat mengganggu dan membahayakan kesehatan ibu dan janin. Selama kehamilan, ibu hamil berusaha menghindari munculnya masalah kehamilan. Oleh karena itu, ibu hamil harus mewaspadai faktor-faktor tertentu yang dapat meningkatkan kemungkinan terjadinya komplikasi kehamilan yang membahayakan kesehatan ibu, janin, atau keduanya. Pasokan oksigen yang tidak mencukupi selama kehamilan dapat mengakibatkan hipoksia janin, suatu kondisi yang dapat menyebabkan masalah serius seperti hambatan pertumbuhan intrauterin (IUGR), kelahiran prematur, metabolisme yang buruk, dan gangguan perkembangan saraf. Deteksi dini hipoksia prenatal sangat penting untuk mencegah dampak jangka panjang pada kesehatan neonatal. Tujuan penelitian ini sebagai upaya deteksi dini hipoksia janin pada ibu hamil untuk mencegah komplikasi selama kehamilan. Menggunakan metodologi tinjauan pustaka, penelitian ini menganalisis jurnal nasional dan internasional yang diterbitkan dalam 10 tahun sebelumnya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa, hipoksia janin merupakan faktor morbiditas dan moralitas neonatal. Beberapa dampak dari hipoksia janin yaitu terjadinya Prematuritas, asfiksia neonatal, kematian janin intrauterin (IUFD), dan IUGRtermaksud juga Anemia ibu, preeklamsia, masalah plasenta, dan anomali tali pusat merupakan beberapa di antara banyak penyebabnya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa, hipoksia janin merupakan faktor morbiditas dan moralitas neonatal. Abstract

Misleading in determining the decision to use the target drug will be fatal, even to death. This study examines five pharmacological targets designated as types A, B, C, X, and Y. Early detection of misleading drug targeting will reduce the risk of death. This study aims to develop hybrid random oversampling techniques (ROS) and support vector machine (SVM) methods. The use of the oversampling technique in this study aims to balance classes in the dataset; due to the data collection in each class, there is a relatively large gap. This study applies five schemes to see which combination of models produces the highest accuracy. This study also uses five types of SVM kernels, linear, polynomial, gaussian, RBF, and sigmoid, combined with the ROS oversampling technique. Our proposed model combines the ROS oversampling technique with a linear SVM kernel. We evaluated the proposed model and resulted in an accuracy of 97% and compared it with several experiments, including the ROS technique with a sigmoid kernel which only resulted in 50% accuracy. It can be seen from the results obtained that the linear kernel is very adaptive to data types in the form of numeric and nominal compared to other kernels. The method proposed in this study can be applied to other medical problems. Future research can be carried out using a combination of other sampling techniques with deep learning-based methods on this issue.
