Abstract

Settlements environmental health requirements that continue to grow and develop include 7 aspects. Stakeholders have difficulty classifying the environmental health of settlements, it takes a long time, is not accurate, and is incomplete. The settlements environmental health expert system application is built on a website using the Certainty Factor Method. Expert system application development adopts the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) method. Applications are designed starting from reasoning and scoring, database design, context diagrams, and system flow charts. Expert system applications based on design were developed using the Notepad++ editor to write Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programs with the CodeIgniter framework. XAMPP is used to run databases using MySQL and Apache for local servers. The results of the comparison between manual calculations and applications have the same score. This can be used as evidence that the expert system application built can be used to help classify settlements environmental health. The results of the classification can be used as a reference for policies and forms of environmental health reporting in settlements every year by stakeholders.

Abstract

Some communities have limited access to road transport safety education programs. Not all communities are actively involved in efforts to empower road transportation safety and have the perception that the risk of accidents is something that cannot be avoided. Community empowerment regarding road transportation safety includes 4 stages (preparation, provision of pre-test, community empowerment phase, and provision of pre-test) with community results on road transportation safety. 60 people from PAUD Teachers and Transportation Service Employees were participants for 2 days with 7 topics. The majority of participants consisted of teachers (83.3%), women (90%), bachelor's degrees (60%), and over 46 years of age (51.5%). Pre-test 7 topics still below 30%. The first day's activities were phase 1 to phase 4 and the second day was phase 5 to phase 7. Post-test 7 topics were above 75%. 7 topics have increased above 50%. The improvements that occur can be the beginning of realizing road transportation safety for society.

Abstract

OPAC has a significant effect on the quality of user service satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The problems with OPAC in higher education libraries are that information on book locations is not appropriate, information on book availability is less valid, lack of knowledge, lack of computer facilities, and barriers to access to information. The OPAC SliMS satisfaction analysis of the Tegal Road Transportation Safety Polytechnic Library is proposed with 4 research stages consisting of the identification stage, indicator development, data analysis, results and findings. PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency and Service Framework) was adopted to compile indicators and analyze the level of satisfaction of 263 respondents. Data analysis is based on 30 questions in the questionnaire given to respondents in January 2023. The results of the analysis show that efficiency has a level of satisfaction was the highest with a score of 4.10 which was in the very satisfied category, while performance had the lowest level of satisfaction with a score of 3.96 which was in the satisfied category. These results can be used as a reference for making improvements to improve the quality of library services from the perspective of user satisfaction of the SLiMS OPAC application.

Abstract

The increasing number of cyber attacks will result in various damages to the functioning of technological infrastructure. A prediction model for the number of cyber attacks based on the type of attack, handling actions and severity using time-series data has never been done. A deep learning-based LSTM prediction model is proposed to predict the number of cyberattacks in a time series on 3 evaluated data sets MSLE, MSE, MAE, RMSE, and MAPE, and displays the predicted relationships between prediction variables. Cyber attack dataset obtained from kaggle.com. The best prediction model is epoch 20, batch size 16, and neuron 32 with the lowest evaluation value on MSLE of 0.094, MSE of 9.067, MAE of 2.440, RMSE of 3.010, and MAPE of 10.507 (very good model because the value is less than 15) compared other variations. There is a negative correlation for INTRUSION-MALWARE, BLOCKED-IGNORED, IGNORED-LOGGED, and LOW-MEDIUM. The predicted results for the next 12 months will increase starting from the second month at the same time. The resulting predictions can be used as a basis for policy and strategy decisions by stakeholders in dealing with fluctuations in cyber attacks that occur.

Abstract

Public transport services are facing more challenges and some problems are gradually emerging with the increase in public transport users and varying travel demands. BRT as a type of public transportation in determining efficiency, service feasibility, and determining operational costs refers to the load factor. BRT bus load factor classification using KNN is proposed with parameter tuning to increase accuracy values. KNN algorithm with tuning parameters on 2 types of matrices (Minkowski and Euclidean) for BRT load factor classification for Transjatim corridor 1. The BRT load factor classification with the KNN algorithm increased by 7.81% by tuning parameters on the Euclidean matrix compared to the Minkowski matrix. The increase in accuracy is reflected in the confusion matrix with changes in increasing true negatives and decreasing false positives. Category 1 has a higher class than category 2 for boarding and alighting passengers. The classification presented can be a reference for Transjatim Corridor 1 Managers in determining efficiency, feasibility and operational costs.
