Abstract

Waduk Cirata merupakan salah satu waduk di Jawa Barat yang memiliki perkembangan pesat keramba jaring apung (KJA). Hal itu dibuktikkan dengan jumlah KJA yang terus mengalami peningkatan hingga 94.402 petak pada tahun 2021. Jumlah KJA tersebut sudah melampaui ketentuan SK Gubernur Jawa Barat Nomor 41 Tahun 2002 mengenai batas maksimum petak KJA. Banyaknya jumlah petakan KJA berpotensi menghasilkan limbah total-P dan total-N dari sisa pakan dan limbah metabolik ikan. Tingginya konsentrasi kedua senyawa tersebut di perairan menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya kematian masal pada ikan dan penurunan kualitas air. Maka dari itu, dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh sebaran KJA terhadap nilai total-P dan total-N di Waduk Cirata melalui pengolahan data sekunder di Command Center Satgas PPK DAS Citarum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebaran KJA memberikan pengaruh terhadap distribusi nilai total-P dan total-N. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan asumsi bahwa setiap satu petak KJA menyumbang 0,17857 mg/L/hari total-P dan 4,32 mg/L/hari total-N. Sedangkan berdasarkan data hasil sampling yang dilakukan dibeberapa titik lokasi, nilai total-P dan total-N yang diperoleh lebih besar dibandingkan perhitungan asumsi. Kondisi tersebut, dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti arah aliran arus, kualitas sumber masukan air, topografi kedalaman, dan karakteristrik masing-masing senyawa.   Kata kunci: Keramba jaring apung; Total-N; Total-P;Waduk

Abstract

Scenedesmus sp. is one of the microalgae that is used as natural food for fish seeds or larvae. Scenedesmus sp. contains 8-56% protein, 10-52% carbohydrates, 2-40% fat, and 3-6% nucleic acid. Scenedesmus sp. also contains fatty acids in the form of lauric acid (0.22%), myrsiric acid (0.34%), linolenic acid (16.16%), glycerol trilaurate (3.73%), and vanil laurate (35.52%). Cultivation of Scenedesmus sp. can be done using inorganic fertilizer or waste water media. The types of inorganic fertilizer commonly used for cultivation are urea, KCL, TSP, Intermediate, Raja Bandeng brand. Meanwhile, waste water media can be used for cultivating Scenedesmus sp. namely tofu liquid waste water, milk waste water, bean sprout extract media, textile waste water. The results of cultivation in this media have an influence on the productivity of Scenedesmus sp.

Abstract

Aquaponics is a sustainable aquaculture technology that integrates a recirculation aquaculture system with plant cultivation in one system. The aquaponic system can be a solution that can be used as an intensive fish farming system and increase fish farming production. However, intensive cultivation will cause dissolved oxygen concentration to decrease rapidly. It will affect the water's quality, so an aeration system is needed to maintain the balance of dissolved oxygen in the water. The difference in the use of aeration systems in aquaponic systems will certainly provide different water quality results. So, this study aims to determine the type of aeration system most effective for cultivation activities in the aquaponic system. The method used in this study is a descriptive exploration of various literature and research results that have been published, both from books, national journals, and international journals. Based on a comparison of the results of previous studies, it can be concluded that aeration technology with microbubble sizes such as MNB and FBs can increase oxygen higher and more stable than conventional and venturi aeration technologies. The application of MNB and FBs aeration technology can produce water quality with dissolved oxygen concentration >7 mg/L, reduce ammonia concentration to <0.01 mg/L, nitrate concentration to <0.6 mg/L, and phosphate concentration <0.3 mg/L, as well as reducing total solids to 16% and volatile solids to 32%.

Abstract

Ekowisata mangrove Karangsong merupakan kawasan ekosistem mangrove yang dapat dimanfaatkan potensi ekosistemnya dengan luas kawasan sebesar 20 ha. Pengelolaan ekowisata memerlukan perhatian terhadap prinsip-prinsip kesesuaian ekowisata dan daya dukung. Oleh karena itu riset ini mengkaji kondisi ekowisata mangrove dan daya dukung ekowisata pada kawasan ekowisata mangrove Karangsong Indramayu. Riset ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan analisis deskriptif-kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya 2 jenis mangrove yaitu Avicennia marina dan Rhizophora mucronata. Pada kawasan mangrove ditemukan ikan gelodok (Periopthalamus sp.), 2 jenis kepiting (Scylla serrata), 5 jenis kerang – kerangan (Conus sp., Polymesoda bengalensis, Cerithidea pomacea, Cassidula aurisfelis, Telescopium sp.), 1 biawak (Varanus salvator), dan 1 burung kuntul besar (Egretta alba). Indeks kesesuaian wisata ekowisata pada kawasan ekowisata mangrove karangsong termasuk kategori sesuai dengan nilai indeks kesesuaian wisata sebesar 69%. Perhitungan nilai daya dukung fisik diperoleh 15.000 orang/hari, daya dukung rill diperoleh 14.805 orang/hari dan daya dukung ekologis diperoleh 264,16 Ha. Daya dukung ekologis tracking jembatan diperoleh nilai daya dukung 37 orang/ha dan bird watching dengan nilai daya dukung 110 orang/ha.

Abstract

AbstractAquaponics is new aquaculture integrating the technology of fishes and plants due to less availability of land. This study aimed to determine the optimum retention period in the aquaponics farming of sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus) integrated with water spinach (Ipomoea reptan) to generate the water to support the catfish production. This study conducted in 40 days between May to June 2016 at Ciparanje Fish Hatchery Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran. The design of this study was completely randomized, with five treatments and three replications. The treatments retention periods were 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes, and control (no water flow). The study showed that the retention period affected water spinach’s inorganic nutrient absorption in sangkuriang catfish farm. The 15 minutes retention period gave the most desirable result, with a flow of 0.072 L/s that reduced 58.83% of nitrate, and 33.32% of ammonia has been produced by fish farming activities. The highest specific growth rate of the sangkuriang catfish obtained in 15 minute retention period of 4.01 % Keywords: aquaponics, sangkuriang catfish, water spinach, retention periods  AbstrakAkuaponik adalah teknologi akuakultur baru yang mengintegrasikan ikan dan tanaman karena ketersediaan lahan yang semakin rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan periode retensi optimum pada budidaya akuaponik ikan lele sangkuriang (Clarias gariepinus) yang terintegrasi dengan kangkung air (Ipomoea reptan) untuk menghasilkan air yang mendukung produksi lele. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 40 hari di Laboratorium Budidaya  Ikan Ciparanje, Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan, Universitas Padjadjaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap, dengan lima perlakuan dan tiga kali ulangan. Perlakuan berupa periode retensi 5, 10, 15, 20 menit, dan kontrol (tidak ada aliran air). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa periode retensi memengaruhi penyerapan nutrisi anorganik oleh bayam air dalam budidaya ikan lele sangkuriang. Periode retensi 15 menit memberikan hasil yang paling baik,  dengan aliran 0,072 L/s mengurangi 58,83% nitrat, dan 33,32% amonia dalam media budidaya ikan. Laju pertumbuhan spesifik ikan lele sangkuriangtertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan waktu retensi 15 menit, yaitu sebesar 4,01%.  Kata kunci: akuaponik, ikan lele sangkuriang, kangkung darat, waktu retensi

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the sales prospects of ornamental fish at the Tegallega Ornamental Fish Market, Bandung City. The research method used in this research is the survey method. The type of data used is primary data obtained by interviews using questionnaires and field observations, and secondary data obtained by collecting institutional data and the results of scientific publications. The number of samples in this study was 40 people spread across Tegallega, Bandung City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The analytical parameters used to analyze ornamental fish sales prospects include financial parameters such as profit, B/C, Break Even Point, and Payback Periods. The results of the research show that the sale of ornamental fish at the Tegallega Ornamental Fish Market, Bandung City has good prospects and is feasible. This is indicated by meeting the eligibility criteria for all financial parameters. The results of the analysis of sales prospects for ornamental fish using data for 1 year of sales show that sales at the Tegallega Ornamental Fish Market are classified as good, as profits are positive with a value of Rp. 129,720,000; B/C value is more than 1 with a value of 1.4; Break Even Point value of IDR 110,275,542 or sales volume of 3,958 head/year; and the Payback Period value is less than 1 year, namely 0.55 years.

Abstract

Situ Cisanti memiliki fungsi utama yaitu dimanfaatkaan oleh masyarakat sekitar untuk berbagai aktivitas seperti perkebunan, perikanan dan kegiatan wisata. Banyaknya aktivitas tersebut berdampak pada penurunan kualitas air yang ada di perairan Situ Cisanti. Kualitas air Situ Cisanti harus memenuhi standar dikarenakan Situ Cisanti merupakan titik nol dari Sungai Citarum yang dapat berdampak secara langsung pada kegiatan budidaya ikan maupun sumber air minum sepanjang aliran Sungai Citarum. Penentuan status kualitas air pada suatu perairan dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa metode salah satunya dengan Metode STORET. Sampling dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei. Penentuan titik sampling ditentukan berdasarkan pertimbangan zonasi badan perairan yang terdiri atas inlet, bagian tengah perairan, dan outlet. Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan dengan standar kualitas air dan diberi skoring. Berdasarkan hasil didapatkan status kualitas air Situ Cisanti dikategorikan ”Tercemar ringan hingga sedang” dengan skor antara -10 sampai -11 untuk standar kualitas air kelas 1 dan dikategorikan tercemar ringan dengan skor -10 untuk standar kualitas kelas 2. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak memenuhi standar kualitas yang telah ditetapkan oleh Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 22 Tahun 2021 untuk baku air minum dan kegiatan perikanan
