Abstract

Perkembangan industri perbankan syariah yang pesat di Indonesia belum diimbangi dengan kesiapan kerja lulusan perguruan tinggi, yang menjadi salah satu penyebab tingginya pengangguran terdidik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman magang dan locus of control terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Perbankan Syariah, serta peran moderasi self efficacy dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, Sampel sebanyak 53 mahasiswa Prodi Perbankan Syariah UIN Palangka Raya angkatan 2021 dipilih melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman magang dan locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja (masing-masing p < 0,05), mendukung hipotesis H1 dan H2. Self efficacy memoderasi secara negatif hubungan pengalaman magang dengan kesiapan kerja (H3 diterima), namun tidak memoderasi hubungan locus of control dengan kesiapan kerja (H4 ditolak). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dengan mengonfirmasi pentingnya pengalaman praktik dan karakter psikologis dalam membentuk kesiapan kerja, serta menunjukkan bahwa peran moderasi self efficacy bersifat kontekstual. Implikasi praktisnya menekankan perlunya peningkatan kualitas program magang dan penguatan pengembangan karakter di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

The state is obliged to provide protection for children for their human rights, one of which is having identity recorded in state documents. This study aims to describe and analyse implementation of the Child Identity Card (CIC) policy at the Departement of Population and Civil Registration of Samarinda City, and identify the inhibiting factors. This study used descriptive qualitative method with a research focus, namely CIC communication, utilization of CIC, implementors involved and bureaucratic structure and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The results showed that implementation of the CIC policy at the Departement of Population and Civil Registration of Samarinda City has not yet been implemented optimally because there are still some obstacles in its implementation. In terms of communication, the provision of CIC socialization is still minimal and the number of CIC issuances is still far behind the number of children aged 0-16 years in Samarinda City, which means that there are still many children who have not registered for CIC. Then the use of CIC has not been felt as a whole by the community because of ignorance and the use of CIC through collaborative effeorts with business partnerships in providing shopping or recreational discounts have also not been realized as expected due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Even in terms of implementers and the bureaucratic structure is already well done.

Abstract

Radikalisme di kalangan mahasiswa menjadi isu yang semakin mengkhawatirkan dalam dunia pendidikan. Tingkat pemahaman yang rendah mengenai nilai-nilai Pancasila ikut berperan dalam meningkatnya kerentanan pelajar terhadap ideologi radikal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran dan pendekatan penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai cara untuk mengatasi radikalisasi di kalangan mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan mahasiswa sebagai responden. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pancasila memainkan peran krusial sebagai pertahanan ideologi dalam membentuk sikap yang moderat, toleran, dan inklusif. Akan tetapi, penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti teknik pengajaran yang kurang menarik, lingkungan sosial yang tidak mencerminkan semangat kebangsaan, dan dampak globalisasi serta teknologi yang mempercepat penyebaran ideologi radikal. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan inovasi dalam pendekatan pendidikan Pancasila yang lebih kekinian dan berorientasi pada teknologi, serta kerjasama antara pemerintah, institusi pendidikan, dan masyarakat untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai kebangsaan di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh piutang murabahah dan piutang multijasa terhadap profitabilitas pada BPRS Mitra Amanah. Profitabilitas yang diukur melalui ROA merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam menilai efisiensi serta kinerja keuangan bank syariah, karena menunjukkan kemampuan bank menghasilkan laba dari total aset yang dimiliki. Produk pembiayaan murabahah dan multijasa merupakan sumber pendapatan utama bagi BPRS, sehingga pengaruhnya terhadap profitabilitas menjadi isu yang relevan untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan triwulanan Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) yang dipublikasikan secara resmi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) pada periode 2016–2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling, yaitu seluruh data yang tersedia dalam periode penelitian dianalisis. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews versi 10 melalui analisis regresi data panel. Sebelum dilakukan pengujian hipotesis, data terlebih dahulu diuji dengan serangkaian uji asumsi klasik untuk memastikan validitas dan reliabilitas hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial piutang murabahah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan pembiayaan murabahah tidak selalu berkontribusi positif terhadap profitabilitas. Begitu pula, piutang multijasa terbukti berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. Secara simultan, piutang murabahah dan piutang multijasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) BPRS Mitra Amanah. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya manajemen pembiayaan yang hati-hati dalam BPRS agar dapat menjaga stabilitas keuangan serta kinerja yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to discover the factors and ways students overcome difficulties in speaking English in non-English major students. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method, and the variables in this study are the factors of difficulty in speaking English and also how students overcome these difficulty factors. The subjects of this study were students from non-English major students, namely in the Indonesian Languages and Literature Education study program in 2023, with as many as 3 participants. The data of this study were obtained by conducting direct interview guidelines. The data analysis technique used is the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, including data condensation, data presentation (data display), and conclusions drawn. Based on the analysis, the results of the study show that non-English major students face difficulties in learning English due to challenges in vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, fear, and lack of confidence. Overcoming these barriers requires a combination of strategies, such as utilizing online resources, practicing pronunciation, building confidence, and seeking support from peers and mentors. By adopting proactive measures and embracing a growth mindset, students can improve their English skills and overcome speaking difficulties effectively.

Abstract

Marketing from businesses or businesspersons uses social media influencers to enhance consumer interest and sales, as well as contribute to brand awareness. Given the increasingly fierce economic rivalry in Palangka Raya, it is difficult for business owners to survive and grow their businesses. This research's objective was to examine and determine the impact of the Abang. Lapar program's endorsement on the purchasing intentions of Palangka Raya customers. This type of research is expost facto. This research employed a statistical associative approach. Methods for collecting data via questionnaires and written documents. This research's population consisted of 15,600 followers of the Instagram account Abang.Lapar, the sample consisted of 100 participants whose values were estimated using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error. Using IBM SPSS Statistics 22, a simple linear regression analysis, correlation test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test are utilized to analyze the data. The results of a simple linear regression analysis indicate a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, indicating a significant influence. The result of the test obtained a Pearson correlation value of 0.756, which indicates that the degree of association is substantial. The conclusion is therefore that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The result of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.572, which indicates that the independent variable (endorsement) can explain 57.2% of the Palangka Raya consumers' buying interest, while the remaining 42.8% is explained by other variables. Therefore, 57.2% is classified as having a moderate impact. Thus, it can be argued that Abang.Lapar's endorsement of Palangka Raya has increased consumer interest in the product.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to increase community empowerment efforts in transferring knowledge and skills from public officials to and between communities and between other communities, as well as bringing closer primary health services, especially those related to reducing maternal mortality (MMR). Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) and Child Mortality Rate (AKABA) as well as achieving the goal of a healthy city. The aim is for cadres to expand their knowledge and skills in carrying out Posyandu activities independently. The method used is to provide several hours of crash training for 3 days at 5 hours of training (45 minutes per hour). The participants were 22 Posyandu cadres in the Mattirowalie sub-district, West Tanete Riattang District. The facilities and infrastructure used are projectors, laptops, microphones, posyandu framework training modules and materials, posyandu teaching tools, sphygmomanometers, stethoscopes, scales, Dacin and Metline scales. The result of the control activity is the acquisition of knowledge after training with an average score before the test of 68, at post-test 80, so the average knowledge gain is 11 points. Cadres can also practice measuring blood pressure, weighing with Dacin, practicing the 5-table posyandu system, counseling and recording reports. The results of this charity activity are the creation of modules and publication of the results of charity activities. Facilities and infrastructure can be equipped to optimize Posyandu services. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of the Anak Negeri scholarship program implemented by the Madani Welfare Foundation in Central Kalimantan. This program is designed to provide educational assistance to underprivileged children. This study is a field research with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive data analysis technique that includes three main components: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that this scholarship program has succeeded in increasing access to education for underprivileged children, and zakat, infak, and alms funds have been distributed by LAZ YAKESMA through the Anak Negeri scholarship program. However, several obstacles were found in the implementation of the program, such as limited funds and lack of socialization to the community. Recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the program have been given, including increasing cooperation with the government and private sector, as well as developing a better monitoring and evaluation system. These findings are expected to be a reference for foundation managers and other stakeholders in efforts to improve educational welfare in Central Kalimantan.
