Abstract

Accurate and precise information plays a crucial role in producing high-quality Human Resources (HR) or employees at Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia. Higher education institutions have various needs in managing HR data, including personal information, educational history, rank classification, and other important employee details. The Iconix Process methodology is employed in the development of the Human Resource System at Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia, starting with requirements analysis, diagram creation, initial design, detailed design, coding, testing, and implementation. Abstract

Cloud Computing menawarkan potensi besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis. Namun, PT. Cipta Inovasi Teknologi, sebagai pengguna Nextcloud, masih menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan data, seperti pencampuran data dengan perusahaan induk dan kendala integrasi antar divisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan merancang dan membangun private cloud storage menggunakan metode Roadmap for Cloud Computing Adoption (ROCCA). ROCCA dipilih karena menyediakan panduan komprehensif dalam adopsi cloud computing, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan hingga pengelolaan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe private cloud storage yang dikembangkan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional secara signifikan dan mempercepat proses integrasi data antar divisi, selain itu solusi ini juga meningkatkan keamanan data perusahaan. Penerapan metode ROCCA terbukti efektif dalam meminimalkan risiko dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sumber daya. Meskipun penelitian ini fokus pada PT. Cipta Inovasi Teknologi, hasil yang diperoleh dapat menjadi referensi bagi perusahaan lain yang ingin mengadopsi cloud computing secara mandiri. Kata kunci: Cloud Computing, ROCCA, Nextcloud, Integrasi Data, Keamanan Data

Abstract

The intense competition in the business world presents various challenges that can threaten economic stability, making it essential for entrepreneurs to develop effective strategies to run their businesses. This community service program is designed using a participatory approach based on adult-learning processes, focusing on the introduction and implementation of the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The activity is organized by Catur Insan Cendekia University (CIC) in collaboration with the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small, and Trade Enterprises (DKUMPP) of Cirebon City, involving 100 fostered MSMEs. The implementation method includes several stages: (1) delivering material using PowerPoint presentations and simulations related to the BMC concept, (2) interactive discussions, (3) training on drafting BMC for new MSMEs to address the challenges of the new normal era, and (4) evaluating the program's impact on MSME participants in the region. Entrepreneurs are provided with insights on how to run their businesses using the nine key elements of BMC, which include value proposition, customer segments, channels, customer relationships, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, revenue streams, and cost structures. The expected outcomes of this program are: (1) scientific publications in international community service journals, (2) activity publication in print or online media, (3) signing of a Cooperation Agreement (SPK) with partners, and (4) development of a BMC document to support new MSME ventures.

Abstract

Berita hoaks telah menjadi ancaman serius di era digital, di mana informasi yang salah atau menyesatkan dapat menyebar dengan cepat melalui media sosial, termasuk di platform seperti instagram. @cirebonsaberhoaks adalah akun instagram untuk menyebarkan informasi yang akurat dan terpercaya untuk melawan penyebaran berita hoaks di Kota Cirebon. Proses klasifikasi kategori berita hoaks masih dilakukan secara manual, oleh karena itu diperlukan penerapan Text mining dengan metode Naïve Bayes Classifier untuk meningkatkan efisiensi. Naïve Bayes Classifier adalah metode yang mengaplikasikan Teorema Bayes pada proses klasifikasi seperti klasifikasi teks. Proses penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan dataset, tahapan text preprocessing, perhitungan TF-IDF, dan penerapan Naïve Bayes Classifier. Jumlah berita hoaks yang digunakan berjumlah 114 berita hoaks yang dikategorikan menjadi 4 kategori yaitu Misleading Content, Imposter Content, Fabricated Content, False Connection. Hasil klasifikasi data testing 14 data, kategori prediksi paling banyak yaitu Imposter Content. Dengan rincian 8 kategori Imposter Content, 3 kategori Misleading Content, 2 kategori Fabricated Content, dan 1 kategori False Connection. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa klasifikasi postingan berita hoaks berdasarkan kategori yang diklasifikasikan terdapat 13 data yang benar dan 1 data yang salah dalam proses klasifikasi. Hasil evaluasi Confusion Matrix menunjukkan nilai akurasi sebesar 93%, presisi 94%, recall 93%, dan f1-score 92%. [DSS1]

Abstract

The C4.5 algorithm is a machine learning method based on decision trees, which has the ability to predict categories based on attributes present in the data. This research aims to address issues by implementing the C4.5 algorithm in forming a recommendation system for providing financial assistance to Homeless People during Travel (OTDP) in the Social Service of Cirebon City. This research process involves three main stages. First, data collection is carried out regarding OTDP who have received financial assistance previously, as well as related attributes such as age, address, travel purpose, and occupation. The second stage involves data processing to clean and reorganize the dataset to fit the C4.5 Algorithm format. Finally, it is applied to form a prediction that will provide recommendations for financial assistance to OTDP. OTDP is a vulnerable group that often requires social assistance from the government. In Cirebon City, the Social Service is responsible for providing financial assistance to support their travel. However, determining the right recipients for assistance is a challenge because the number of OTDP in need of assistance can vary over time. Therefore, it is hoped that the results of this research will provide a more efficient and accurate recommendation system in determining financial assistance recipients for OTDP, with a focus on the "Short Distance" category with a grant amount of "Rp120,000" and "Long Distance" with a grant amount of "Rp150,000". With this recommendation system, it is expected that the Social Service of Cirebon City can become more responsive in providing assistance to OTDP groups in need.

Abstract

This International Community Service activity is a collaboration between Catur Insan Cendekia University (UCIC) Cirebon, UNIKOM Bandung, the Department of Cooperatives, Small, Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry (DKUKMPP) Cirebon City, and the African Institute for Multidisciplinary Studies (AIMS) Somalia, with the title 'Utilizing the Shopee Marketplace Platform to Oprimize MSMEs Business Strategies in the International Digital Economy'. This International Community Service activity aims to empower Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in optimizing business strategies in the era of the global digital economy through the use of the Shopee Marketplace platform. This activity includes a series of training and assistance for MSME players in understanding Shopee Marketplace features, branding optimization, inventory management, and data-based sales performance analysis. Apart from that, export strategies were provided using Shopee to reach international markets. In implementation, a hybrid approach was used, involving online sessions for participants from Somalia and offline sessions for participants in Cirebon City. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding regarding the use of digital platforms to increase product visibility and competitiveness in the global market. This activity makes a real contribution to empowering MSMEs in facing the challenges of globalization in the digital economy. This international collaboration is a relevant model in developing cross-institutional synergy to support MSMEs in a sustainable manner, especially in the midst of continuously developing digital transformation.

Abstract

Augmented reality is a term for combining real-world environment with virtual worlds. Augmented reality is becoming very popular today because besides interesting, also can be displayed in realtime. In general, augmented reality adds a digital object in reality with reference to specific objects in the real world, for example by using a marker. Therefore, in this thesis aims to create an application that displays a 3D object that contains information about the network components and the workings of TCP / IP by making use of the concept of augmented reality marker technique. A marker is a reference object in the real world as a marker so that the information can be displayed. The marker is made to function to call the 3D objects appear on the screen smartphone that uses the technique of introduction of basic colors of red, green and blue. The method used consists of several stages of research, namely data collection, analysis and system design and system implementation. Data collection method used is literature. Methods of analysis and design of systems using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The programming language used for software development are C # (C-Sharp) with Unity applications and software SketcUp to create 3D objects as well as Android SDK to convert the file into the form of android. This application is successfully created by displaying a 3D object that can make users excited to get to know the physical network components and requires only an internet connection to download the initial marker.

Abstract

Dalam era digitalisasi, pengelolaan arsip legal yang efisien menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi perusahaan untuk mendukung operasional yang efektif dan terorganisir. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan Sistem Pengarsipan Berkas Legal Berbasis Web di PT. Purimega Saranaland, yang saat ini masih menggunakan metode manual dengan berbagai kelemahan, seperti kesulitan pencarian dokumen dan risiko kehilangan data. Tujuan utama penelitian adalah merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem berbasis web menggunakan metode index field untuk mendata, mengorganisasi, dan mempercepat pencarian dokumen legal. Metode penelitian melibatkan observasi, wawancara, studi literatur, serta pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan pendekatan Web Engineering. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional perusahaan, meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan arsip, serta menyediakan solusi aman dan terstruktur untuk mendukung operasional perusahaan. Sistem ini dinilai layak untuk diimplementasikan guna mendukung digitalisasi di PT. Purimega Saranaland.

Abstract

This paper delves into the intricate relationship between social media and childhood learning mechanisms for children. Despite the growing body of research on learners acceptance of e-learning systems via childhood program platforms, a considerable gap remains in understanding the determinants that shape the acceptance of e-learning facilitated through social media applications. Addressing this gap, our study undertakes an exploration of the impact of social media practices, specifically knowledge sharing, social media features, motivation, and uses, on children embrace of e-learning systems. To accomplish this, we extend the well-established Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to incorporate these determinants. A comprehensive survey was conducted involving 355 children. These students participated through questionnaire surveys, providing essential empirical data. Employing the robust SmartPLS technique, meticulously analyzed the extended model. The results of empirical data analysis demonstrate that social media practices exert a significant and positive influence on Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) related to Childhood Learning Mechanisms. Crucially, our findings underscore the pivotal role of both PU and PEOU in influencing the acceptance of e-learning systems. In essence, this paper not only sheds light on the transformative potential of social media practices in shaping the acceptance of e-learning systems but also contributes to the existing discourse by deepening our understanding of the interplay between social media, TAM determinants, and e-learning acceptance in childhood programs.
