Abstract

Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung berencana untuk mengembangkan 100 desa wisata dengan sasaran mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Target pengembangan 100 desa wisata tersebut, pada tahun 2022 telah ditetapkan 50 desa rintisan, desa wisata dengan kekuatan kearifan lokal salah satunya adalah Desa Baros. Salah satu permasalahan Desa Baros dalam pengembangan pariwisata adalah belum adanya sebuah ikon pariwisata, yang menjadi pusat pariwisata di Desa Baros. Tujuan dari program PKM adalah penyediaan siteplan pada Pusat Kawasan Wisata Desa Baros. Pada Perancangan siteplan digunakan metode perencanaan partisipatif, yaitu dengan cara melakukan pendekatan dan pendampaingan kepada masyarakat, untuk memberikan kesempatan bagi masyarakat terlaibat secara langsung dalam proses penyusunan siteplan pusat kawasan pariwisata. Pada Tangal Perencanaan 7 Juni 2023, dilakukan kegiatan focus group discussion (FGD) yang dihadiri oleh 13 orang yang merupakan perwakilan masyarakat dan dilanjutkan dengan wawanca ra mendalam yang melibatkan kepala desa, sekertaris desa, ketua RW, dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan perencanaan partisipatif memperlihatkan adanya kebutuhan sebuah siteplan pusat kawasan wisata Desa Baros yang terdiri dari area kolam renang, wisata ATV, camping ground, dan pusat ekonomi.

Abstract

Kelompok Tani Organik Mukti Sadaya merupakan Kelompok Tani yang bergerak dibidang pertanian padi organik. Salah satu produk unggulannya adalah beras organik dengan merek CITAS. Produk pertanian padi organik sudah pernah dipromosikan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya pada pemeran produk di Belanda, Turki dan rencana akan dipromosikan di Filipina. Untuk pengelolaan sawah pada kelompok tani ini masi dilakukan sederhana, identifikasi setiap penggarap sawah hanya dituliskan luasannya belum menunjukan lokasi sawahnya, serta pencatatan-nya masih dalam bentuk catatan manual. Hasil panen padi pada setiap musim panennya dicatat secara manual pada buku catatan kelompok tani. Tujuan dari Pemberdayaan Masyarakat ini melakukan pengidentifikasin lahan sawah petani dan membuat sebuah database produksi pertanian dalam bentuk sistem informasi berbasiskan web. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi dari kelompok tani ini adalah dengan melakukan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan Particpatory Rural Apprisal (PRA), sementara untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi menggunakan pendekatan Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking (FAST). Hasil dari Pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dinamakan “Sistem Informasi Pertanian Padi Organik”, sistem informasi ini mempunyai fitur pemetaan dan database produksi.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to design the flow of the e-budgeting system to develop the village financial system, as well as to increase transparency and accountability of the web-based budget system and minimize the occurrence of corruption loopholes in the village. Method: The design system uses the waterfall method to analyze a model systematically. The model development step starts with the design of the system, database, menu structure, and interface. The design of the e-budget information system is built using PHP and MySQL programming in the form of web-based applications. Results: This study developed a web-based e-budgeting application using the waterfall method to manage village finances. The online system increases flexibility, allowing access from any device. It runs smoothly on computers, with all menus functioning as designed, and is expected to simplify village financial management. Limitations: The researchers’ capability in designing the system is not optimal, as the researchers do not have the basis of informatics engineering, so the results obtained and delivered are not too detailed. Contributions: This system is expected to be useful to facilitate the process of financial management at the village government level. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in the design of a village e-budgeting system with features like automatic Standard Unit Price calculation, automated tax management, and tracking of village income (PADes) for transparency. This application aims to enhance financial management, ensuring transparency and accountability in the village.

Abstract

Desa Kutawaringin merupakan satu dari 50 desa rintisan di Kabupaten Bandung yang ditetapkan sebagai desa wisata dengan kekuatan kearifan lokal pada Tahun 2022. Seiring dengan pengembangannya, hingga saat ini Desa Kutawaringin belum memiliki masterplan pengembangan yang dapat mengarahkan pengembangan yang komprehensif dan terpadu dari berbagai aspek terkait. Masterplan perlu disiapkan sebaik mungkin dan sesuai dengan aspirasi masyarakat agar dokumen yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi arah pembangunan terbaik bagi masyarakat desa. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terkait dengan Desa Wisata Halal melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan dari sisi ketersediaan pedoman yang komprehensif berupa Masterplan Desa Wisata Halal. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Community Based Tourism Development. Data dan informasi yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan dan focus group discussion lalu diolah menggunakan analisis isi dan analisis spasial. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil menghasilkan suatu desain pengembangan kawasan wisata halal yang menampung aspirasi masyarakat desa dengan baik. Integrasi pendapat dan aspirasi masyarakat lokal menjadi hal yang substansial untuk memastikan pengembangan desa wisata yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The Cikapundung Sub-Watershed is a source of clean water for people living in Bandung City. The Cikapundung Sub-Watershed has several main problems, such as land change, landslides, and land damage. Many efforts have been made to improve the conditions of the Cikapundung sub-district by the government, the community, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). However, these efforts have not achieved satisfactory results. This occurs due to the inaccuracy of handling by each stakeholder regarding the variables that influence the conditions of the Cikapundung sub-district. This research aims to determine the variables that have the most influence on the management of the Cikapundung Sub-Watershed. This research uses Micmac analysis to identify the most influential variables within an ecosystem. From the research results, it appears that whether indirect influence or indirect influence, the variables of Society Participation and Local Wisdom are the most influential variables in the management of the Cikapundung sub-basin. These two variables are in a position that has a strong influence on other variables and has a low level of dependence on other variables.

Abstract

Kutawaringin Village is the first village to officially become the first economy-based village in Bandung Regency. Kutawiringin village has good potential to be developed, Tourism activities in Kutawaringin village are centered on Cipeer Hill. In the Kutawaringin village there is a problem with the planning of the tourism and there is nothing unique in the tourism. In this study a participatory approach was used or in tourism it is better known as Community Based Tourism Development. The analysis used in this study is the 4A analysis. From the results of the analysis carried out, it was found that the village of Kutawarining wants to add more attraction in their tourism area, mantain the local culture and promote the traditional foods form their local community. All of these additional components are covered by the concept of halal tourism, so tourism in Kutawaringin has unique theme of toursim if it compare with another tourism area.

Abstract

Natural tourism areas have an important role in preserving nature and encouraging local economic growth. However, uncontrolled tourism growth often causes environmental problems. Therefore, evaluating the sustainability of tourist area development is very important to ensure long-term natural sustainability, by paying attention to aspects of attractions, amenities and accessibility (3A). This research aims to evaluate the condition of the Rahong Pine Forest tourist area to support sustainable development of the area in the future. The approach used is an interdisciplinary approach that combines ecological, social and economic analysis in regional development. The research results show that the Rahong Pine Forest Tourism Area is included in the very high category. This shows that this area has great potential for natural tourism, but there are still challenges in maintaining a balance between tourism development and environmental conservation. From the research results, there are several recommendations to increase the sustainability of the development of the Rahong Pangalengan Pine Forest tourist area in the future. First, provide clear directions to the area to facilitate accessibility for tourists. Second, provide adequate transportation to the area. Third, improve road infrastructure in tourist areas to ensure comfort and safety. With these steps, it is hoped that the development of the Rahong Pine Forest tourist area can be carried out in a sustainable manner, providing economic benefits for local communities, while preserving the natural environment which is the main attraction of this area.
