Abstract

This study aims to divert people to use public transportation with a descriptive research method. The results of this study indicate that the Aspect of Environmental Conditions indicates that the Trans Mamminasa Bus still has many shortcomings both in terms of narrow road contours and dense availability of bus stops, as well as the limited routes in the field which are still a separate task for the Makassar city government, The Inter-Organizational Relations Aspect shows that , all parties involved both from the South Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Service as an extension of the central government PT. Surveyor Indonesia as the supervisor and PT. Sinar Jaya Megah Lasting and PT. Borlindo as the operator, the Resource Aspect shows that the human and non-human resources used by the implementing operator, the Executing Agent Aspect supports the successful implementation of the Friends of the Trans Mamminasata Bus has proven that the ability of the executing agency is not in doubt.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the management of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) subsidy policy in Bajeng Barat District, Gowa Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the data is processed and analyzed qualitatively with systematic stages. The results show that the LPG subsidy policy management has been implemented well in several management functions. However, the implementation of other management functions is still not optimal. Planning is carried out in accordance with the authority of each party. The organization does not take place formally because each party has different duties and responsibilities. The briefing is carried out by the Gowa Regency Government seriously through the relevant regional apparatus organizations, but agents and bases are always not orderly in reporting realization data to the government. Coordination is carried out actively if there are problems such as tube scarcity and substandard distribution. Control or supervision is sometimes less than optimal due to limited government personnel.Keywords: Management, Subsidy Policy, LPG

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Respontivity of Civil Servants in E-KTP Services at the Enrekang Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, The number of informants in this study was 6 people. This study used qualitative methods with the type of phemenology research that emphasized the subjectivity of the experience of human life. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis models. The results showed that the Civil Service Respontivity in E-KTP Services at the Office of Population and Civil Registration in Enrekang Regency was good but there were still some aspects that were not maximized, this was seen from the aspect of the ability to respond and the accuracy of the waiter was still not optimal because there were still complaints from community related aspects. However, in the aspect of the maximum service timeliness seen from the absence of public complaints about the timeliness of services. Keywords: Responsiveness, e-KTP Services

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the development of chili plantation production, as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors for chili plantation in Bonto Manai Village, Bissappu Sub-district, Bantaeng Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The number of informants was 5 people. Data collection techniques were interview, observation, library research and documentation. The results of this study showed that the innovation of chili plantations in Bonto Manai Village, Bissappu Sub-district had  carried out the expansion of land in chili plantations and the management system used a multifator tool for making beds in chili plantations and had supporting factor from non-governmental organizations because it could help to manage plantations and the existence of multifator tool loans from the community to support the development of chili plantations in the Bonto Manai Village, Bissappu Sub-District. The inhibiting factor of the chili plantation was the limited costs in purchasing seeds of superior quality. Limitations of the equipment in the cultivation process to the harvest process

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the effectiveness of the Integrated Public Service Mall policy in Barru District on the aspects of Goal Attainment, Integration, The type of research used is a qualitative research method. descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen from several indicators of policy effectiveness which include: (1) Achievement of objectives has not been optimal because there are still parties or people who have not felt the convenience of this policy (2) Integration, outreach carried out by the Barru Public Service Mall only through social media not yet thoroughly so that the community still feels less informed about the Public Service Mall (3) Adaptation, human resources at MPP Barru can be said to be quite good in terms of skills and abilities in providing services, and facilities the infrastructure at MPP Barru is complete which helps the service process properly

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the family visit policy for inmates at the Class IIA Bulukumba correctional institution using the Standards and Targets aspect approach, Communication between Institutions, External Conditions and Implementing Attitudes. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely answering a problem in detail. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results show (a) standards and targets, that there are SOPs and visit conditions that are known to implementers and visitors. (b) Communication between institutions and external conditions, Director General of Corrections, Ministry of Law and Human Rights relating to security coordination, implementation supervision and direction, TNI and POLRI communication, skills training for correctional officers and assistance. (c) the attitude of implementers (officers) is currently not optimal due to limited numbers and equipment, and some officers are not consistent or firm in implementing policies.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the promotion strategy of the Culture and Tourism Office in increasing tourist destination visits in South Sulawesi Province. This study used  qualitative research, while the informants were 4 people. Data collection techniques were in-depth interviews with a number of informants., Direct observation, documentation. The results of this study showed that the lack of socialization by the government to farmers about the importance of farmer groups, as well as the provision of counseling, understanding in socializing the problem. This could be seen from the indicators: (1) Identification of target audience: The Office of Culture and Tourism in determining the target audience did not use certain techniques, to reach tourists widely the determination was only done from market analysis, (2) message design of the Culture and Tourism Department in designing messages i.e. the use of sentences based on the beauty of each tourist attraction in each region, and (3) the selection of media used was based on the availability of print media funds such as brochures, posters, billboards, phamplets, and stickers while for online media namely websites and social media attending events  were also carried out by showing video documentaries about attractions.Keywords: Tourism, Increased Visit Destinations

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Transparency of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program in Combating the Covid-19 Outbreak in Jenetallasa Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research methods and descriptive research types. The results of the study consist of four indicators, namely (1) Availability and accessibility of BLT-DD management documents, the community has not had access to obtain information related to important points in BLT-DD management. (2) Clarity and completeness of information on BLT-DD management, the public did not receive clear information about BLT-DD because of the representation of RT heads in the preparation of BLT-DD. (3) Openness of the BLT-DD management process, the village government has billboards and information boards and cooperates with the head of the RT in conveying BLT-DD information to the community. (4) Regulations that guarantee transparency of BLT-DD management, the regulatory framework used by the village government is regulation from the center and has been specified in the regent's rules, but there is no separate regulation from the village government regarding transparency of BLT-DD management in Jenetallasa Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the supervision of B3 waste PT. Makassar Tene at the South Sulawesi Environmental Management Service. This study used  a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. The results of this study showed  3 (three) monitoring techniques carried out by the South Sulawesi DPLH in supervising the management of B3 waste at PT. Makassar Tene, namely: 1) Monitoring, that direct monitoring had not carried out direct monitoring due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Meanwhile, indirect monitoring was carried out through the SIMPEL application; 2) Inspection, that the site inspection and B3 waste management activities had managed properly by submitting B3 waste to a licensed third party. While a comprehensive examination, PT. Makassar Tene so far had complied with all the provisions that had been set; 3) assessment of the implementation of B3 waste management, all B3 waste management processes of PT. Makassar Tene run in accordance South Sulawesi DPLH. Meanwhile, the evaluation of the report on the results of the B3 waste supervision of PT. Makassar Tene by providing PT. Makassar Tene had a blue rating which meant "OBEDUCE" for the 2020-2021 assessment period.

Abstract

Stu dy ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pendamping desa dalam membantu melaksanakan tugas Pemerintah Desa Batu Kede Kecamatan Masalle Kabupaten Enrekang. yaitu suatu bentuk penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran sebagai suatu jenis data yang dikumpulkan dari lapangan secara objektif dengan jenis deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dengan sejumlah informan. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pendamping desa dalam menentukan pencapaian tujuan sudah tepat sasaran, yaitu ditujukan untuk pembangunan desa di desa Batu Kede. Sosialisasi dan integrasi komunikasi di lokasi dalam bentuk yang telah ditentukan akan diselenggarakan. Pelatihan aparatur desa untuk tujuan meningkatkan kualitas perangkat desa diikuti oleh seluruh perangkat desa. Pertemuan stunting dilaksanakan meskipun tidak semua warga hadir pada saat pertemuan stunting ini. Untuk adaptasi ini, hasil program kerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat di Desa Batu Kede, Kecamatan Masalle, Kabupaten Enrekang.
