Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the effectiveness of the Integrated Public Service Mall policy in Barru District on the aspects of Goal Attainment, Integration, The type of research used is a qualitative research method. descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen from several indicators of policy effectiveness which include: (1) Achievement of objectives has not been optimal because there are still parties or people who have not felt the convenience of this policy (2) Integration, outreach carried out by the Barru Public Service Mall only through social media not yet thoroughly so that the community still feels less informed about the Public Service Mall (3) Adaptation, human resources at MPP Barru can be said to be quite good in terms of skills and abilities in providing services, and facilities the infrastructure at MPP Barru is complete which helps the service process properly

Abstract

This study aims to divert people to use public transportation with a descriptive research method. The results of this study indicate that the Aspect of Environmental Conditions indicates that the Trans Mamminasa Bus still has many shortcomings both in terms of narrow road contours and dense availability of bus stops, as well as the limited routes in the field which are still a separate task for the Makassar city government, The Inter-Organizational Relations Aspect shows that , all parties involved both from the South Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Service as an extension of the central government PT. Surveyor Indonesia as the supervisor and PT. Sinar Jaya Megah Lasting and PT. Borlindo as the operator, the Resource Aspect shows that the human and non-human resources used by the implementing operator, the Executing Agent Aspect supports the successful implementation of the Friends of the Trans Mamminasata Bus has proven that the ability of the executing agency is not in doubt.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the Implementation of the Policy for Granting Group C Quarry Mining Business Permits in Kolaka Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative research where this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use data triangulation with observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that, Group C Excavation Mining in Kolaka Regency in the implementation of the policy of granting mining business permits, seen from environmental conditions, has not been good enough in its implementation. The relationship factor between organizations in this case is that the Central Government and Regional Governments are less effective in carrying out the implementation of the policy of granting class c excavation mining business permits. directly is the Regional Government. Furthermore, on the character factor of the implementor institute, namely the Head of Service or the executing agent has carried out his duties properly in implementing the granting of mining business permits, especially group c excavation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Empowerment of Women in Lamanda Village, Bontotiro District, Bulukumba Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research can be seen from the Access Aspect, by creating a forum or organization for Indonesian women and having outlined the forms of women's roles in development, the government thus hopes that the role of Indonesian women in development can increase, from the aspect of participation, community involvement at every stage development starts from planning, implementation, utilization and maintenance, will foster a sense of trust in the government so that people are motivated to support development programs carried out by the government. In terms of control, that women have the same opportunity to exercise control over the utilization of existing resources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of e-government icore in improving public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Pangkep district. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study are 1) Elements of Support, Support or support provided by the Government regarding the development of e-government implementation of the icore application is said to be optimal and has received great support since the official launch of the icore application. 2) Elements of Capacity (capacity), Capacity or capacity regarding resources both in terms of financial, infrastructure and human in the implementation of e-government icore in improving public services at the Pangkep Regency Population and Civil Registration Office has been considered optimal. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di kantor desa bonto tangnga kecamatan uluere kabupaten bantaeng. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data tersebut dianalisis meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu 1) Bukti langsung (tangibles), kualitas pelayanan berupa sarana fisik perkantoran, komputerisasi administrasi, ruang tunggu 2) Kehandalan (reliability), kecermatan aparatur dalam memberikan pelayanan serta penguasaan penggunaan alat bantunya sudah optimal. 3). Daya tanggap (responsiveness), terkait daya tanggap aparatur telah membantu dan menyediakan pelayanan secara cepat dan tepat. 4) Jaminan (assurance), Aparatur mampu dan ramah serta sopan dalam meyakinkan masyarakat, dan juga Aparatur telah meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dimana mereka telah menetapkan jaminan tepat waktu dalam pelayanan. 5) Empati (emphaty), Aparatur telah mendahulukan kepentingan masyarakat dan menjadikannya sebagai prioritas utama

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengalihkan masyarakat untuk menggunakan transportasi umum metode penelitian dengan tipe deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Aspek Kondisi Lingkungan menunjukkan bahwa Bus Trans Mamminasa masih memiliki banyak kekurangan baik dari segi kontur jalan yang sempit dan padat ketersediaan halte, maupun keterbatasan rute yang ada dilapangan masih menjadi tugas tersendiri bagi pemerintah kota Makassar, Aspek Hubungan Antar Organisasi menunjukkan bahwa, segala pihak yang terlibat baik dari Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebagai perpanjangn tangan dari pemerintah pusat PT. Surveyor Indonesia sebagai pihak pengawas serta PT. Sinar Jaya Megah Langgeng dan PT. Borlindo selaku operator, Aspek Sumberdaya menunjukkan bahwa sumberdaya manusia dan non-manusia yang diterapakan oleh pihak operator pelaksana, Aspek Agen Pelaksana mendukung suskesnya penerapan Teman Bus Trans Mamminasata telah membuktikan bahwa kemampuan agen pelaksana tidak diragukan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is: To determine environmental observations for updating voter data in Salupangkang Village IV, Topoyo District, Central Mamuju Regency. This research uses qualitative methods. The type of research used is descriptive research. The results of the research show that the strategy for updating voter data has been said to be effective as seen in indicators 1. Environmental Observation which shows high awareness, commitment and readiness 2. Strategy Formulation for the importance of coordination between PPK, PPS and Village Government 3. Implementation of this strategy approach shows attention to an organized process, good budget management, 4. Overall evaluation and control, this approach reflects a commitment to involve all relevant parties in organizing elections.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the family visit policy for inmates at the Class IIA Bulukumba correctional institution using the Standards and Targets aspect approach, Communication between Institutions, External Conditions and Implementing Attitudes. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely answering a problem in detail. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results show (a) standards and targets, that there are SOPs and visit conditions that are known to implementers and visitors. (b) Communication between institutions and external conditions, Director General of Corrections, Ministry of Law and Human Rights relating to security coordination, implementation supervision and direction, TNI and POLRI communication, skills training for correctional officers and assistance. (c) the attitude of implementers (officers) is currently not optimal due to limited numbers and equipment, and some officers are not consistent or firm in implementing policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2023 concerning waste management in the coastal area of Galesong Utara District, Takalar Regency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that policy implementation is influenced by four main aspects: communication, resources, implementers’ disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Socialization and inter-agency coordination play crucial roles in enhancing public awareness and participation. However, several challenges remain, including limited facilities, human resources, and financial support. Despite these obstacles, implementers consistently strive to strengthen community involvement in coastal waste management. The study concludes that the effectiveness of waste management depends on strong collaboration, transparent communication, adequate resources, a committed implementing apparatus, and an efficient bureaucratic framework that supports sustainable coastal governance.
