Abstract

This study aimed to provide an overview and explanation of Lejja Natural Tourism  Development in Increasing the Revenue of Tourism Levies in the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Soppeng Regency. This study used the type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques were observation and interviews with  informants. Data analysis used an interactive analysis model. The results of the study showed that the development of the natural tourism object was not fully well done by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports in terms of tourism object development. This was seen from the aspects of (1) the criteria of attracting tourists (attractions), (2) the criteria for developing tourist areas, (3) the criteria for community welfare. Supporting factors in this activity included Beautiful Natural Panorama, Cool and still original or natural, abundant hot springs, and good security conditions. While the limiting factor was the limited budget for the cost of facilities and infrastructure that were still inadequate attractions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the process of resource management in the Clean and Cool Love for the Environment (CLBK) program at the Environmental Service of East Luwu Regency. There were 6 (six) informants in this study. Thos study used qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed 5 (five) human resource management processes in the Clean and Cool Love for the Environment (CLBK) program at the Environmental Service of East Luwu Regency, namely: 1) Human resource planning that through the mindset of office employees and cleaners and community mindset, 2) Recruitment that selected employees who were able to develop the CLBK program, 3) Selection that was the stage of collecting files to then be selected and accepted as employees, 4) Orientation that the processed of introducing the CLBK program to all elements of the East Luwu Regency community, and 5) Training and development provided understanding of 3R (reduce, reuse, and recycle), ecobrick. Keywords: Human Resource Management, Program

Abstract

This study purposed a strategy to improve the work performance of civil servants and state education and training institutions in Enrekang Regency.This study used qualitative research with its type was descriptive. The number of informants in this study were 8 people using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the strategy of increasing the work performance of the state civil service staff and the regional training and training district of Enrekang was effective. This could be seen from the quantity aspect seen from the work programs that had been planned in each sub-sector, all of which had been realized effectively, as evidenced by the level of percentage of work that was more dominant above 90%, the aspect of timeliness seen from the number of work programs that had been planned to be implemented in on time, aspects of effectiveness the cost of all work program in each sub-sector was above 60% and even reached 100%. But in the aspect of quality and oversight had not been effective, although there was an increase in performance in the aspect of quality but employee discipline was still low because it only of supervision requiredvmore routine supervision.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the performance of daily non-permanent employees of the Education and Culture Office of Enrekang Regency. The number of informants in this study were 8 people. This study used a qualitative type with a phenomenological research l that emphasized the subjectivity of human life experiences. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. This study used triangulation of time sources and techniques to check the validity of the data. The data analysis used the component of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion . The data collection technique used the interview observation method and documentation. The results showed that the performance of daily non-permanent employees at the Education and Culture Office of Enrekang Regency which had not all indicators applied All indicators namely Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness and Responsibility even though it had been running according to the existing SOP in the office but there were still complaints of service by the community, especially l the teacher who had an interest in its services and its completion as well as office infrastructure.Keywords: Performance, Productivity, Responsiveness, Employees

Abstract

The aim of this research is: To determine environmental observations for updating voter data in Salupangkang Village IV, Topoyo District, Central Mamuju Regency. This research uses qualitative methods. The type of research used is descriptive research. The results of the research show that the strategy for updating voter data has been said to be effective as seen in indicators 1. Environmental Observation which shows high awareness, commitment and readiness 2. Strategy Formulation for the importance of coordination between PPK, PPS and Village Government 3. Implementation of this strategy approach shows attention to an organized process, good budget management, 4. Overall evaluation and control, this approach reflects a commitment to involve all relevant parties in organizing elections.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Empowerment of Women in Lamanda Village, Bontotiro District, Bulukumba Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research can be seen from the Access Aspect, by creating a forum or organization for Indonesian women and having outlined the forms of women's roles in development, the government thus hopes that the role of Indonesian women in development can increase, from the aspect of participation, community involvement at every stage development starts from planning, implementation, utilization and maintenance, will foster a sense of trust in the government so that people are motivated to support development programs carried out by the government. In terms of control, that women have the same opportunity to exercise control over the utilization of existing resources.

Abstract

Stu dy ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pendamping desa dalam membantu melaksanakan tugas Pemerintah Desa Batu Kede Kecamatan Masalle Kabupaten Enrekang. yaitu suatu bentuk penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran sebagai suatu jenis data yang dikumpulkan dari lapangan secara objektif dengan jenis deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dengan sejumlah informan. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pendamping desa dalam menentukan pencapaian tujuan sudah tepat sasaran, yaitu ditujukan untuk pembangunan desa di desa Batu Kede. Sosialisasi dan integrasi komunikasi di lokasi dalam bentuk yang telah ditentukan akan diselenggarakan. Pelatihan aparatur desa untuk tujuan meningkatkan kualitas perangkat desa diikuti oleh seluruh perangkat desa. Pertemuan stunting dilaksanakan meskipun tidak semua warga hadir pada saat pertemuan stunting ini. Untuk adaptasi ini, hasil program kerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat di Desa Batu Kede, Kecamatan Masalle, Kabupaten Enrekang.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out  the application of social media in complaints of alleged maladministration at the RI Ombudsman Representative for South Sulawesi. The method used  descriptive qualitative with the number of informants 6 people. The data analysis techniques used  data reduction, data exposure and conclusion.  Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that online complaints of alleged maladministration seen from the commitment to resolve complaints were good, but some were still in the process of being completed. The simplicity of the complaint made it much easier for the community to report, it meant that the manager received  the complaint controls, followed  up and then explained step by step to the community in reporting process. The speed in completing the report was carried out with a predetermined procedure and it had been good because in receiving complaints the ombudsman was able to respond quickly then asked for an explanation of the problems  and explained the complaint procedure to the public. Keywords: Complaints, Ombudsman

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the effectiveness of services for granting building permits in the one-stop integrated licensing service office (DPMPTSP) in Makassar city. This study used a qualitative research  with a descriptive type. The number of informants in this study were 7 people who were determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that regarding the optimization aspects of the objectives to be achieved by the Makassar City PTSP Service, it had provided services to the community by facilitating the form of management so that it was well served, the aspects of interaction between the organization and the surrounding environment related to the effectiveness of IMB services by the Makassar City PTSP Service certainly consisted of several methods such as, conducting awareness, capacitating, and empowering, and aspects of the role of individual behavior on effectiveness in an organization, namely how the Makassar City DPM-PTSP Service provided excellent service and becomed a stakeholder following community service SOPs. Keywords: Service effectiveness, granting building permits

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the Improvement of the Quality of Public Services through the One Agency One Innovation Program with online/digital-based administrative services at the Regional Secretariat Office of Enrekang Regency. This type of research uses qualitative research. The results show that Improving the Quality of Public Services through the One Agency One Innovation Program in Enrekang Regency from aspects 1) The dimension of direct evidence with the existence of One Agency One innovation is that Special SEKDA of Erekang Regency makes online/digital-based service innovations in administrative services, 2) The reliability dimension of digital-based administrative services prepares reliable operator services because they have attended a lot of training. 3) The responsiveness dimension is a fast response but sometimes there are urgent matters that must be served quickly but usually there are network constraints or service queues. 4) The dimensions of the estimated service response guarantee that occurred during the one agency one innovation at the Enrekang Regency SEKDA office required 1 x 24 hour response. (5) The dimension of empathy in digital/online-based administrative services does not forget the previous culture, namely the 3S service culture, namely Smile, Greet and Greeting.
