Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of participatory leadership, work motivation, and organizational communication on the performance of employees of PERUMDA Tirtanadi Berastagi Branch, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study comprised all employees of PERUMDA Tirtanadi Berastagi Branch, with a sample of 38 respondents determined using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique employed a questionnaire based on the Likert scale, while the data analysis technique utilized multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study show that, partially, participatory leadership and work motivation have a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, while organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, participatory leadership, work motivation, and organizational communication have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.356 indicates that 35.6% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by all three independent variables, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the research model. This study concludes that organizational communication is the dominant factor in improving the performance of employees of PERUMDA Tirtanadi Berastagi Branch

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to find out how PT JNE Cabang Utama Medan's leadership, working conditions, and physical plant affect the company's productivity. Analytical and quantitative approaches were utilized in this study. For the purpose of data collection, the study asked 55 randomly selected individuals to fill out surveys. To create primers, we turned to SPSS version 24's data extraction methodologies. We used multiple linear regression to look for correlations in the data between the dependent and independent variables. According to the results, workers are significantly more efficient when they have good leadership, a nice place to work, and enough tools. The regression analysis yielded a result of 0.203. A t-value of 2.307 was considered statistically significant at the 0.025 level. With t-statistic = 6.218 and regression = 0.000, operational facilities are defined as follows: 0.454. A regression value of 0.399 and a thitung value of 4.226 define the penalty at a significance level of 0.000. The Fhitung and Sig. values were 300.417 at the same time. Among the many factors influencing workers' output, supervision stands out with the highest regression value. The workplace, its facilities, and management account for 94.3% of the variation in employee output, according to a revised R² of 0.943. The correlation between the two variables is highly significant, with an R-value of 0.973.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of work stress, work–life balance, and work facilities on employee performance at PT Astra Internasional Tbk – TSO Binjai. The study employed a quantitative approach with an associative method. The research population consisted of 80 employees, with all 80 respondents included as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were collected through questionnaire distribution and processed using SPSS version 24. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. The results showed that work stress, work–life balance, and work facilities had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The t-test results indicated significant values for work stress (t = 3.585; sig. = 0.001), work–life balance (t = 5.987; sig. = 0.000), and work facilities (t = 6.528; sig. = 0.000). The F-test results showed an F value of 357.730 with a significance value of 0.000. All proposed hypotheses were proven and accepted. Work facilities were identified as the most dominant variable influencing employee performance, with the highest regression coefficient and beta value of 0.436. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R²) was 0.931, indicating that 93.1% of the variation in employee performance could be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 6.9% was influenced by other variables not included in this research model. In addition, the strength of the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable was categorized as very strong, with a correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.966.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to determine the influence of work facilities and work motivation on employee performance at the North Sumatra Provincial Manpower Office. The research approach used is associative and quantitative. This study employed multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study consisted of 47 respondents. Primary data collection used a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the t count value was 3.475 and the t table was 2.015368, so the t count > t table (3.475 > 2.015368) with sig. 0.001 < 0.05 so that the results of the study accepted H1. It can be explained that the work facilities variable (X1) has an effect on the employee performance variable (Y). The test results showed a t count value of 6.364 and the t table of 2.015368, so the t count > t table (6.364 > 2.015368) with sig. 0.000 < 0.05 so that the results of the study accepted H2. It can be explained that the work motivation variable (X2) has an effect on employee performance (Y). The test results showed the ft table value at a significant confidence level of 0.05 was 3.20, thus the results of the SPSS calculation obtained f count = 31.911 > ft table 3.20 with sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that H3 is accepted. Where the variables of work facilities (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the North Sumatra Provincial Manpower Office.

Abstract

This research was conducted at one of the public schools, namely SDN 121 Hutabargot Julu Skor. This research analysis aims to determine the leadership and motivation of school principals regarding teacher discipline. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 39 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The results of the research show that the leadership variable shows a tcount value of 3.994 ttable of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.002 0.05, so the hypothesis H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that leadership has a partially positive and significant effect on teacher work discipline at SD N 121 Hutabargot Julu. The test results for the motivation variable show a tcount value of 4.474 ttable of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.000 0.05, so the hypothesis H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that motivation has a partially positive and significant effect on teachers at SD N 121 Hutabargot July. The calculated F value is 36.628 which is greater than 2.79 and the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that hypothesis 3 is accepted and hypothesis 0 is rejected so it can be concluded that leadership and motivation have a significant effect simultaneously on teachers in elementary schools.
