Abstract

The rice plant disease often resulting in growth of rice plant becomes compromised, and make the rice production to fail. The incidence of disease on rice comes from bacteria, fungi, viruses, and other than that of nutrient deficiencies also include diseases. Diseases of the plants also have a major influence on growth. Diseased plant growth is usually disturbed, changed into a dwarf and some leaf are changing color, for example, the leaves turn yellow, or dry out. In research this time, the system was developed using Dempster-Shafer method as rice plant disease diagnosis.The collection of data in this study using a study literature, interview and observation methods.The results of this research is a system to diagnose diseases of the rice plant using Demspter-Shafer method that includes a variety of symptoms, causes, solutions and results of diagnosis the based of knowledge of experts or experts in the field of agriculture. Of the test case that have been conducted, the results of testing the accuracy of 90% indicating that the application is functioning properly in accordance with the method of Dempster-Shafer

Abstract

Nowadays, computerization has often been a daily necessary which aims to facilitate our activity in all time. In order that, there were many problems which could be overcome by using the calculation in computerizing. For example, in term of organization, that is to elect the candidate of daily manager Putra Sabilurrosyad Islamic Boarding School which still possess obstacles, both in human source and time that were running out the time to elect the candidate of daily manager in Putra Sabilurrosyad Islamic Boarding School. In this study, the system will produce the software application that named the decision support system maker, which is to elect the candidate of daily manager in Putra Sabilurrosyad Islamic Boarding School. The result from this paper is the rating which is from the pupils who have been qualified, the output that was from the application provided and assisted in decision makers electing the pupils who will be the member of daily manager in Putra Sabilurrosyad Islamic Boarding School. The application implements using web based program. The result of this research using this profile matching method get the percentage of 97% accuracy level.

Abstract

Getting qualified human resources to fill vacant positions is certainly not an easy matter. Both agencies and companies generally use selection to get staff according to established criteria. Selection is done because it sees the important role of staff in helping run the wheel of the workplace concerned. Getting the staff with the desired abilities will certainly have a good impact not only on the related places but also on the existing resources. This research uses Profile Matching and Weighted Product method to assist the selection process. Both methods are selected because the Profile Matching is considered to help the human resources or team selection in giving the weight of the value according to the level of importance of the criteria for the position offered. While Weighted Product is the best method according to Vijay Manikrao Athawale and Shankar Chakraborty for robot selection. Based on the test performed, the accuracy obtained from the incorporation of this method is 80%.

Abstract

Citrus Plants is one of the national commodities that has an imporant role in increasing the country's foreign exchange. According to the data from Badan Litbang Pertanian Indonesia (2015), the increase imports of citrus by 11% anually in a span of a decade, makes Indonesia become a promising International markets. It should encourage farmers, especially citrus farmers to innovate in order to compete with imported goods. Many people are trying to cultivate citrus crops. However, it is not balanced with the knowledge of how to deal with crops diseasaes. There are many problems regarding citrus plants faced by farmers, one of which is pest problem that needs special attention, for it affects the production and cause diseases. In this research, the system was developed using Dempster-Shafer method as disease detector. The data were collected using interview related to theory. The results of this research is a plant disease-diagnostic system utilizing Demspter-Shafer method that detect simptom, cause, and solution; and it is based on theory of the experts. Based on the tests that had been done, it was found that the acuracy reached 90% that indicates the system was functioning properly using Dempster-shafer.

Abstract

Sedap malam are one of the most popular decorative plants in Indonesia, sedap malam flower's mostly used by Indonesia in many ways such as for flowers of sow, decorative stuff and cosmetic material, because it contains essential oils. In Indonesia, many Indonesian people started to cultivate sedap malam. Sedap malam are mostly cultivated in Bangil and Rembang sub-districts of Pasuruan Regency, as well as other areas such as Banyuwangi, Cianjur, and Magelang. However, sedap malam production levels is still low because of the seeds used are still arbitrary and pest and disease attacks, resulting in an impact on productivity and quality of interest. Nowadays we are lacking amount of the expert systems of sedap malam that is needed to replace the experts to diagnose the pests that cause diseases of sedap malam. This research implements the expert system that can diagnose the pests cause some diseases on sedap malam using Naive Bayes-Certainty Factor method. Based on trials, by using Naive Bayes-Certainty Factor method, the calculation accuracy of the diagnose is good and accurate. The outcome of the calculation of this method is 86,67% and the system level of satisfication is 3,255823.

Abstract

Polianthes tuberosa is one type of ornamental plants favored by consumers and has various uses such as sown flowers, cut flowers and essential oils producing materials. As consumer demand continues to increase, many farmers cultivate it. But there are limiting factors of Polianthes tuberosa production that are pests and diseases. The limited knowledge of the community on Polianthes tuberosa pests and diseases makes the lack of understanding about the types of pests and diseases and their symptoms, so they do not know what steps should be taken to handle it. To identify which pests or diseases that attack Polianthes tuberosa quickly, it is necessary to build an expert system. One method that can be used to identify pests and diseases on Polianthes tuberosa is Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP). The identification process is done by inserting the facts of symptoms on Polianthes tuberosa and then calculated by using F-AHP. The output of this system is the identification of pests of diseases that attack Polianthes tuberosa with recommendations of its control solutions. Based on the results of test, the method of F-AHP obtained an accuracy of 93.33%, so it can be concluded this expert system to identify pests of diseases in Polianthes tuberosa using F-AHP is able to work well.

Abstract

Each district and the cities in Indonesia have a separate icon to showcase their respective regions. Start from the culture until the potential of tourism object. One of the most well known icon until the territory was visited by many tourists is tourism object. This is shown by the number of domestic tourists and also foreign tourists who visited in each area in Indonesia one of the Malang Regency. Malang Regency rich natural tourism potential and other tourism. Therefore this Regency nicknamed "The Heart of East Java". Malang Regency has tourism ambassador, joko roro Kabupaten Malang. Joko roro stand since 2005. But in the participants who later became the next joko and roro, the committee feel difficulties. This is marked with the number of participants that resulted in missing data. And also very obstructionist opinion judges when the determination of the finalists who will be joko and roro. From these problems, then designed a decisions support systems can determine the decision of the finalists tour ambassador joko roro of Malang Regency. This research uses namely with one of method TOPSIS and using the five criteria for administration and five criteria for selection. Testing the accuracy of the obtained accurate until 52%.

Abstract

At this time a lot of people who nourish cats. This is because a lot of the perceived benefits after nourish cats, such as foster a sense of compassion for sentient beings and also can help restore a person's psychological condition so as to reduce stress. In addition to maintenance a relatively easy, the cat is a cute animal. However, if the health condition of cats is disrupted will have a negative impact for the keeper because of the risk can be infected. Healthy cats deemed important but the number of medical personnel cat animals is very limited. Making this system can help the work of experts in the diagnosis of diseases of cats. The method used is Naive Bayes and Certainty Factor. Naive Bayes method works by looking for the emerging value opportunities cat disease, whereas the Certainty Factor method works by looking for the value of the trust. The application is built using the android-based programming language JAVA and XML in Android Studio. The test is performed by comparing the conformity result of the system diagnosis with the expert diagnosis. And from 25 test case data obtained accuracy rate cat disease diagnosis expert system using Naive Bayes method - Certainty Factor-Based Android by 80%.

Abstract

Every year, the demand for sugar continues to grow as consumption of the community grows and growth in the food and beverage sector. In 2014 the consumption of white crystal sugar (GKP) reaches 2.84 million tons, while in 2015, GKP consumption reached 2.98 million tons and will continue to increase every year. But now the productivity of sugar has decreased. The decline in productivity is caused by several things, one of which is the decrease in the level of sugar content or sugar content in sugarcane stalks. In addition to high rainfall and improper harvesting methods, other sugar cane inhibiting factors are pests and diseases of sugarcane. The limited number of experts and extension agents while in the field, as well as the lack of knowledge of farmers cause problems surrounding pests and diseases of this cane can not be solved immediately. Because of the limitations of these conditions, the authors make an expert system to facilitate the farmers in order to identify diseases and pests in sugar cane plants. This system makes the process of disease identification as well as the conclusion of the diagnosis calculated using the Dempster-shafer method by using fact-insert facts from the user. This expert system makes it easy to determine the type of disease that suits the symptoms. Testing is done by comparing the diagnosis of the system with the results of expert diagnosis using 30 test data consisting of 19 cases of pests and 11 cases of disease in sugarcane.

Abstract

Soybean is one of the main sources of food commodities in Indonesia that not only serves as raw materials for the food industry but also non-food industries. But the lack of knowledge of farmers of soybeans crops about the various symptoms and types of diseases that attack soybean plants are problems that have a negative impact on soybean cultivation. Therefore needed a system that can solve problem of soybean disease diagnosis quickly and precisely. In this research, the writer will implement Dempster-shafer method to diagnose soybean plant disease. This soybean plant diagnosis system can detect 5 types of diseases with 16 symptoms. The results of accuracy tested on 25 data cases obtained an accuracy of 92%, so it can be said that the system works well enough and can be applied.
