Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a critical illness caused by abnormal irregular insulin secretion in an increase in blood sugar. Diabetes mellitus can increase glucose in the body, resulting in complications that can lead to several risks, namely heart disease, stroke, kidney failure, death and blindness According to the World Health Organization (WHO), as many as 300 million people in the world will be affected by diabetes by 2025 In addition there are some diseases that have early symptoms that are almost similar to diabetes mellitus, if you make a mistake to analyze it will be fatal in people with diabetes mellitus. Therefore an application is needed that can facilitate the classification of diabetes mellitus. In this study propose the application of the Neighbor Weighted K-nearest Neighbor method in the classification of diabetes mellitus. The NWKNN method uses weighting in the data class. The results showed the average accuracy using the value of K = 15 and the value of E = 2 obtained an accuracy of 92.3% in the training data of 130 data divided into 10 fold and test data as many as 13 data in each fold.

Abstract

Stroke is a disease that arises due to the dissolution of blood supply to the brain because of bursts in the blood vessels or there was a blockage of blood clots. The supply of oxygen and nutrients to the brain stops and can cause damage to the tissues in the brain. Stroke is number one leading cause of disability and number three cause of death after cancer and heart disease. Based on Riskesdas data, stroke prevalence in Indonesia in 2013 has increased when compared with Riskesdas data in 2007 with a value of 8.3%, increase up to 12.1% per 1,000 population. Therefore, we need an action to detect the level of risk of stroke to be immediately addressed in accordance with the level of risk. This research proposes an application of diagnosis of stroke risk level using K-Nearest Neighbor and Naive Bayes methods, because the data obtained using numerical and categorical attributes. K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is used to process numerical data, and Naive Bayes algorithm is used to process categorical data. The results showed that the highest accuracy value obtained in the balanced class data was 96.67% with 45 training datasets, 30 testing datasets and value of K=15-22. Meanwhile, the training datasets that is not balanced shows the highest accuracy of 100% with the number of training datasets is 60, 30 testing datasets and the value of K=20-30.

Abstract

DJBC KANWIL JATIM 1 is a government agency that serves the public in the field of customs and excise. Every day DJBC KANWIL JATIM1 receives letters from all sectors of the region waiting to receive orders to take action. Sometimes the regional head of office is confused about choosing which letter to take action first. Because the head of the regional office must give quick action to the letter that has the highest priority in order to get quick action. Then a letter priority recommendation system is needed that is more efficient in determining which letter is first carried out. In this study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SAW (Simple Additive Weighted) methods were combined to determine the priority of incoming letters at DJAN KANWIL JATIM I. The combination of AHP and SAW methods is very well used in decision making. The AHP method is used to identify the weights for each criterion taken from the paired comparison matrix, while the SAW method is used to determine the highest priority entry letter for action. Based on the testing using the Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient calculation produces a value of 0.86015. The results show that the system is running well.

Abstract

Grouper (Epinephelus sp.) Is a fish that lives in seawater that has high economic value, so it is consumed by many Indonesians because of its delicious taste. However, during grouper cultivation, there are problems that arise, namely the existence of diseases that can cause death. Usually in the grouper, there are many diseases that originate from bacteria, parasites, viruses, and other sources, namely lack of nutrition and decreasing water quality in ponds. So that the existence of this system can provide information to pond farmers about the types of diseases in groupers and handling that can be given. In this system using the naive bayes - weighted product method. The Naive Bayes method serves to search for probability values for each symptom in the disease. The weighted product method serves to draw conclusions on the diagnosis of grouper disease using alternative values of S and V criteria. There are 6 diseases and 16 symptoms in groupers in this system. Accuracy testing using a lot of data as much as 100 test data obtained an accuracy value of 94%.

Abstract

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is a major cause of morbidity (number of diseases) from various infectious diseases in the world. Bacteria, mycoplasma virus, fungi are a small part of various causes of ARI disease. Based on the severity, ARI disease can also be divided into 2, namely mild ARI and severe ARI. The low level of public information about knowledge about diseases, especially ARI, is an important factor why the mortality rate due to ARI is very high. In addition, sufficient numbers of medical personnel are needed to help communities in certain areas of Indonesia to be able to cope with ARI disease and get to know more widely ARI disease. Therefore, expert systems are expected to be a solution or rapid treatment and in helping diagnose ARI. This study also uses the Tsukamoto fuzzy method in the process of calculation and implementation. The application of fuzzy tsukamoto method of diagnosis of ARI disease, applying input from symptoms of ARI that appear as a reference for the diagnosis of disease. In the system, experts provide 5 symptoms and 2 types of ARI disease. Accuracy testing is done by testing the accuracy of 60 training data obtained from experts and there are 53 of the 60 data that match the results released by the system with expert results. The accuracy value obtained is 88.33%.

Abstract

Cats are one of the most popular pets in the world. However, health is a matter of concern in the nurturing of cats. Indonesia has a relatively high humidity of air, hence parasites and fungi can multiply and spread which could cause skin diseases. The scarce knowledge of cat owners about cat skin disease and some symptoms that have similarities to various types of cat skin disease are difficult to identify. With these problems, an intelligent system that can classify cat skin diseases based on symptoms is proposed. This intelligent system also aims to help medical teams especially in the field of veterinary medicine in providing a diagnosis of cat skin diseases. Support Vector Machine method can be applied to skin disease classification problems using a limited dataset of 240 with 14 parameter. This study uses five classes of classes: scabies, cat flea, abscesses, dermatitis, and fungi. SVM performances gave an accuracy of 98.745% with parameter value on sequential training SVM, , y = 0.01, C = 10, = 0.01, iteration = 100 and the ratio data of 90%:10%.

Abstract

Functional requirements represent descriptions of services that the system must fulfill. In the requirement engineering process, the functional requirements obtained from many stakeholders have the potential to conflict, so that the selection process and prioritizing requirements of stakeholders are needed. Requirements prioritization can minimize conflicts between stakeholders because the priorities of each requirement can be accepted by all groups. Requirement prioritization can prevent occurrence of scope creeps, namely situation of widening requirements because clients continue to make additions. The Hierarchical Cumulative Voting (HCV) method is one of requirement prioritization method that is formed from a combination between Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Cumulative Voting (CV). HCV method has several advantages, including faster execution times, supporting hierarchical structures, and suitable for large-scale requirements. Through the application of HCV method, a web-based software requirements prioritization system was developed to facilitate analysts in exploring and prioritizing requirements. Requirements that have been arranged in the form of hierarchies according to the level, the voting process is carried out to get the final priority value. This system has been tested with white-box testing techniques for unit and integration testing, as well as black-box testing techniques for validation testing with valid results in each test case.

Abstract

The Student Activity Unit is one of the facilities provided by the Faculty of Computer Science, Brawijaya University for students to facilitate and store information related to various kinds of student activities internally and externally. From the start of the competition, official activities, organization and participation in both levels of Study Program, Faculty, Regional, National and International. System applications that already exist and are already running in one of the Filkom Applications Applications with a feature called SKM, which is in accordance with business processes and implementation in the field has not yet run with that caused by a shortage of Human Resources (HR) in Student Affairs, so the process in verification itself is still hampered. The Student Activity Unit also helps students in helping and storing information related to student activities. The information stored on the application itself also helps in the process of accreditation of the Faculty of Computer Science, Brawijaya University. But in the application in the field there are still problems because there is still a lot of information that has not been stored correctly. To overcome this problem, a Web Application using the Codeiginter framework is created specifically for the Student Activity Unit which is needed to help overcome student problems related to lack of human resources, involving students (Student Executive Board) as a verification unit and also providing tools to store information related to students as one of the needs needed for accreditation.

Abstract

Functional requirement is a functions that must be had in the system that is being develop. Software requirement must be able to overcome the problems that is being faced by stakeholders so that it can facilitate the work of a stakeholder. Determination of priority requirement is something that can determine which system is useful or even fails in its development. An analyst's mistake in ranking the importance of a requirement often results in failure in the development process due to problems of time and resources. Genetic algorithm is an artificial intelligence method developed to solve complex problems in various sciences, such as mathematics, physics, biology, and so on. The usage of genetic algorithm methods in the process of calculating the priority of this requirement is done by calculating the value of disagreement on a chromosome which is carried out continuously until the optimal priority requirements are obtained. The result of these methods is obtained a system that be able to calculate the priority requirements that are feasible to use as a reference in ranking system requirements priority.
