Abstract

The judge is an official who can try in a court of law in a country. Every day the head of the court makes a judge's decision to handle cases of various types and classifications. Cases that are registered by the plaintiff for each day have an average of 8 to 10 cases and for each week 35 to 40 cases. Whereas the judge's appointment time is quite short, which is a maximum of 3 days and at least 1 day. The head of the court experienced a difficulty in making a judge's decision because of the fairly short amount and timing of the stipulation. Then a system is needed that hopes to help the effectiveness of the selection of a judge so that the determination of the judge is faster and does not exceed the predetermined time limit. The method used in determining this judge is the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The criteria used are leadership, cases handled, and length of decision. Each criterion has sub-criteria, namely: cases handled have the same type and classification sub-criteria, different types but the same classification, different types and classifications. The length of the verdict has sub-criteria is not good, the decision is long enough, long the decision is good, and the decision is very good for a long time. Leadership has sub-criteria of chairpersons, member judges, and single judges. The system output results in 5 alternative order judges with the highest to lowest values. Spearman rank correlation method as a method of testing the results of the system with results from experts. From the tests that have been done, it is obtained a correlation value of 0.646, the value means that the correlation obtained from the comparison of system results and experts is a strong correlation.

Abstract

Online auction is an auction method that can be accessed online. Auction is a method of making a sale by bidding with an increasing value in accordance with the provisions of the price provided by the auctioneer. In the lovebird bird lovers community, there is still no integrated system in terms of management and selling for owned birds. To solve this problem, an auction system is developed. This auction system provides a feature to view the ongoing auction list and detailed information on the auction such as birds being sold, information about the time and number of recent bids, comments on ongoing auctions and bidding history list at the auction, making auctions directly, a list of transactions that must be met as well as information on auctions that the user has. This system was developed on the android platform using the Kotlin programming language where the data retrieval process will make requests on available servers by using GraphQL queries to facilitate the process of retrieving data on the server more easy. This system has been tested using white-box testing on unit testing and integration and black-box testing in validation testing. In addition, usability testing is done by using the System Usability Scale method with the final score being 82,5 so that the system can be categorized as acceptable.

Abstract

Lovebird is one kind of parrot that has an attractive feather color and distinctive sound. That's make birds form Africa have a fairly high selling value and some people are interested doing lovebird bird cultivation. The bird breeders have not yet realized the importance of recording on cultivated bird. Another problem that often arises in the field of aviculture is that farmers still record everything related to finance still in a manual way. The solution for those problems is by providing information system that can help farmers to collect data and everything related to activities of cultivation activities both in terms of data collection of cultivated birds and from the financial side used during the bird cultivation process. In this research, system development was carried out using the Rapid Application Development method and using an object oriented approach. In this research, there were 3 factors tested validation, unit, and usability. Validation and unit testing produces 100% valid. Whereas to test usability get overall points 0.94 which indicates that the system is usable for end-user.

Abstract

Software Requirements Specification (SRS) is a document that contains list of software requirements. The statement of software requirements is written in natural language, so it is possible contains ambiguous words. Those condition can cause misinterpretation by software developer. One result that can be caused is that the software produced not in accordance with what user required. This research proposes a method to detection ambiguity of software requirements statement in computationally using rule-based techniques and statistical-based technique. Rule-based techniques are used to justify whether a requirements sentence is ambiguous or unambiguous based on a repository of rules and recommendations that have been compiled. Statistics based techniques used to provide repairing recommendations for ambiguous software requirements statement. The output of this research is the case tool used to detect and provide recommendations for improvements of software requirements statement. The input from the case tool is SRS document. Based on the testing of system performance validation, utility tool can do the detection process and provide recommendations for software requirements statement in less than 120 seconds.

Abstract

Admission of new students is an activity that is done every school period. One of them is also applied to Vocational High School. Grades from there are referred to as graduates ready to work who have greater potential with equivalent schools. This can certainly cause problems if the level is not maximal. To solve this problem, we apply Analytic Hyrarchy Process (AHP) and Evolution Strategies (ES) algorithm. The ES algorithm will perform the weight optimization of the AHP process. This algorithm has a chromosome length of 6 genes, each gene representing the value of each element of the weight matrix. The Reproduction in this case is only a mutation without recombination. In the evaluation, AHP process determine admission of new student then will be calculated its fitness by using accuracy formula. Selection method uses elitism selection. Based on the results of the research that has been done obtained with the optimal parameter of population size 60, the number offspring is 50 and the number of generations 14 with a fitness value of 0.8869 or with an accuracy of 88.69%. Admission of new student will be shown to users as the final result of the system.

Abstract

Employees as individuals who provide expertise for companies and organizations that require worker services in an effort to achieve the needs of human resources as a plan and efforts to complete the needs of the workforce so that competent selection to get the quality and progress of the company. In this study aims to provide employee selection recommendations using the implementation of Analytic Hierarchy Proces (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity (TOPSIS) methods which will consider the criteria used as employee selection at PT Jagaraga Adika, Surabaya by using four criteria as considerations for new recruitment selection, including initial selection, psychologist test, security training, and interview. The results of the implementation of the AHP-TOPSIS method on employee recommendations are in the form of ranking the best employees obtained from the assessment criteria used, where the data used amounted to 638 data from January to December. The system that has been built shows the best accuracy results reaching 100% in the February and June period, while the lowest results obtained by the system are 82.50% in March and with an average best accuracy reaches 91.23%.

Abstract

Cooking is a way to process food ingredients and seasonings to be a variety of dishes. While cooking, we need recipes as a guide to processs food ingredients into a dish. Cooking some food is a solution to solve the problem of saving money for college students. However, in reality there are many college students who have difficulty in determining what kind of food they can make based on food ingredients they already have. Based on this case, author developed an application of cooking recipes with recommendation of web-based food ingredients. To get recipe recommendations, author needs cosine similarity method to compare food ingredients that have been owned with recommended recipes. The process of system development uses the waterfall method. The developed system gets 31 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. Functional requirements were tested by validation testing and unit testing with 100% valid results. Non-funtional requirement was tested by compatibility testing with the results of 2 critical issues on firefox and chrome browsers. The recipe recommendation was tested by precision and recall testing with the average precision value 0.65 and the average recall value 0.19. The development of cooking recipes application with recommendation of web-based food ingredients, is expected to help college students to process food ingredients into a dish.

Abstract

The development of children with special needs is influenced by parents and teachers in their schools. The problem that occurs in SLB Negeri 7 Jakarta is when the homeroom teacher wants to provide an assessment of student learning outcomes to parents of students. The subject teacher must give a score rack of the subjects taught to the class teacher or homeroom teacher then the homeroom teacher recapitulates the values ​​of each subject teacher and gives report cards to the parents of students. This is detrimental to the teacher and parents of students. The homeroom teacher must wait and recap the grades for each subject teacher. Parents of students are also disadvantaged because they only know the activities or grades of their children in each semester when taking report cards. Finally, parents of students can not do additional lessons to their children at home if there are subjects that are felt lacking by these students and also parents of students can not know the behavior of their children at school. Therefore an Assessment Management System was built to overcome these problems. In conducting this research, researchers used the waterfall method in developing software. In this study, 3 trial samples were produced for unit testing, one trial sample for integration testing and all functional requirements for validation testing. In addition, compatibility testing is performed to test whether the system can run in multiple browsers with a resolution that is suitable for the device used by the user and compatibility testing are 100% valid and can run on multiple browser. the results of unit testing, integration and validation are 100% valid.

Abstract

The administrative process of the University of PGRI Madiun staffing is everything related to the administrative management of the employees of the University of PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA). Matters relating to the administration process of UNIPMA include the appointment of permanent lecturers, promotion of functional lecturers, promotion of employees, inpassing equalization of lecturers, lecturer certification, and dismissal of employees. Some problems are less effective and efficient in the administrative procedures or procedures of the UNIPMA staffing system because the staffing administration process is still carried out manually and conventionally. The length of the procedure, starting from the employee submitting the file, checking the completeness of the file, to waiting for approval from the officials concerned requires a short time. Such conditions will certainly take a lot of time and energy in every time administrative staffing. Also, sometimes the official concerned cannot attend due to having busy outside the campus. In this study a staffing system was developed which is expected to be able to handle the administrative problems of UNIPMA employees. The development of this system uses a waterfall development process model. The stages carried out in this research are problem identification, literature study, engineering requirements, design, implementation, testing, and drawing conclusions and suggestions. This study adopts the evolutionary prototyping model at the requirements engineering stage. This system has been tested by unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing. Unit tests produce valid status in six test cases, integration testing produces valid status in three test cases, and validation testing produces valid status in 102 test cases.

Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is deadly disease and need high cost to do hemodialysis every week. CKD can happen because acute kidney disease for long time and not do any further treatment or change lifestyle to prevent CKD. So, people need to know is that potentially suffer CKD or not for early time. One of ways to know people suffer CKD is compare pattern with people that already suffer CKD. K-Nearest Neighbor is method that can to compare and classify data to nearest similarity of CKD's data. However, CKD has many feature that can use to classify people that suffer CKD. That feature can be people health data and lifestyle. That many feature must choose only most effective feature for classify CKD and discard the other feature. The feature selected can improve KNN to better classify CKD. KNN can know the better feature with try every combination feature. If KNN do that, it will need long time to find it. KNN need to improve efficiently and short way to know most effective feature for CKD. Bat Algorithm (BA) is method that can search solution that imitate behavior of bat. BA-KNN or combination BA and KNN proposed to solve the problem.
