Abstract

For dropshipper and reseller as sellers, speed and accuracy in choosing products to sell are important. The speed of choosing a product affects the speed of selling a new product, while the accuracy of choosing a product increases the chance the product can be sold. In choosing a product, the seller considers several criteria such as price, number of sales, reviews, and seller's reputation. Generally sellers sell as many products as possible. A reseller or dropshipper needs to assess up to dozens of products to get the desired product. The activity can take up time with days to weeks and is repeated every time a seller wants to sell a new type of product. This causes problems, more and more products are judged to increase the time needed to get the best product. To answer these problems, a web-based application was developed that can help sellers find products, compare desired products and provide recommendations on the best products from various products. Application development is done by iterative method with two iterations. Product searching is done by web scraping technique while product recommendations are carried out by the AHP-TOPSIS method. Application development produces 29 functional needs in iteration 1, 12 needs in iteration 2, one needs functional compatibility, use case diagrams, and use case scenarios. Testing on applications produces 100% valid functional testing, valid nonfunctional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is accepted by respondents as stakeholders and research subjects, and valid for testing the accuracy of the AHP-TOPSIS method. Scraper applications are made accepted by respondents.

Abstract

Sepatu Bordir.ID is a Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in manufacturing sector of shoes production. In 2014, products from Sepatu Bordir.ID begin to be sell in several cities in Indonesia. The shoes sell process is performed by ordering the shoes directly or indirectly. The process of calculating the total payment of the orders is still using calculators, so the accuracy of the process is not really optimal. Besides, the use of social media platforms such us Whatshapp and Instagram to introduce the products makes it less efficient when resellers order shoes. Another problem is found in the entry and reporting process carried out by financial and marketing agents are still using Microsoft Excel, so there is a chance that the data has not been inputted. Based on these problems, a solution is made by developing a website-based technology that is manufacturing information system "Sepatu Bordir.ID" which is implemented in a laravel framework. The phase of requirement engineering of this study produces 24 functional requirements, 1 non-functional requirement and there are three actors that will employ this system, which are the marketing, financial and reseller agents. The results of the requirement engineering were modeled in the design phase using sequence diagrams, class diagrams, component design, database design and interface design and then implemented at the implementation phase. This research used Rapid Application Development method and used HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP programming languages. The testing phase in this study employed the methods of white box, black box, RAD testing stages, and usability testing. Each of these tests resulted in 100% valid score and usability testing obtained 75 likert which was perceived as an Acceptable.

Abstract

Dogs are one of the pets that are loved in any part of the world. In Indonesia, dogs have started to be in great demand by some communities to become pets. Dogs themselves, including pets, are classified as expensive because of the cost of care. The dog itself is also susceptible to disease when the care and supervision of its care. There are limited veterinary clinics and there are still very few people who want to bring their pets to the doctor when they are sick. Therefore we need a system that can help all dog owners to detect early what kind of disease the dog is experiencing through the symptoms experienced by the dog so that early subscription can be done quickly. To solve this problem, an expert system is needed to help diagnose dog diseases using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm classification method. Implementation of the system using the Java programming language by using training data of 5 diseases with 23 symptoms. Testing is done by using the accuracy equation test using 50 samples of test data resulting in an accuracy of 88%.

Abstract

Twitter is a social media that is still very popular in Indonesia. Not just for communication, Twitter now become one of the fastest way of spreading information. One of information that disseminated by Twitter is news. This thing is proven by the large number of followers in online news media's Twitter account such as @detikcom that has over fifteen million followers on its Twitter account. Nowadays, news tweets on Twitter are not categorized into categories based on the discussion in that news. This research is conducted to classify the categories of the news on Twitter to make user easily find the category of the news that users want to find. One of algorithm that can be applied to do classification is Support Vector Machine (SVM). This research use multi-class SVM algorithm with one against all method with classes as many as 5 type of classes. Before proceeding to SVM algorithm process, preprocessing and term weighting is processed first. Parameter-parameter that are used by this research are ratio of training data and test data 90%:10%, lambda = 0.1, complexity = 0.001, learning rate = 0.0001, and epsilon = 0.0001. The average accuracy value in this research is 0.85.

Abstract

Parents need to pay attention on a diet of a toddler because of the food that being consumed during infancy greatly influences the growth and development of the toddler as well as the mother of the toddler who are still breastfeeding where the quality of the breast milk also greatly influences toddler growth. The lack of attention on a food that being consumed by toddler can cause various kinds of disease complication because of toddler body that still vulnerable and prone to infections, malnutrition, or obesity. This research will implement evolution strategies algorithm to obtain recommendations for the composition of the most optimal nutritional diets that can meet daily nutritional needs that did not exceed the daily limits for toddlers and breastfeeding mothers. The main cycle used in this study is the ES cycle (μ + λ) and three other ES cycles as comparison. Based on the results of tests conducted using the ES cycle (μ + λ) for a data of toddler and breastfeeding mothers on the parameters of μ = 10, λ = 100, and generation = 250, the best fitness result obtained are 0.225070 which recommendation are close to the daily nutritional needs of toddler and breastfeeding mother.

Abstract

News is very important for people's lives, through public news can add insight, get new or current information, express opinions or opinions in public etc. news can be published through a bulletin, in the bulletin there is a headline which is the best news from a collection of news that is there to be used as a headline for the purpose of attracting interest and increasing the curiosity of readers on the next page, so that the selection of headlines is very important. There are problems experienced by the Kavling 10 Editor for or in determining the headlines. There are two options prepared namely searching for the highest news value and preparing a special coverage theme. The two options still have a problem, which is the confusion of choosing the main news in a bulletin called Juros PKK Maba. The criteria used to look for the highest news value are 12, while the special coverage theme criteria are 6. With the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method, the problem can be overcome. The FAHP procedure systematically or sequentially starts from determining the weight of the criteria, testing the consistency, determining the alternative weights for each criterion, and ranking so as to produce recommendations. Tests performed using the Spearman correlation test with a total of 8 tests resulted in values ​​of 0.64, 0.83, 0.61, 0.91, 0.65, 0.78, 0.64 and 0.78. So we get four strong relationships, three very strong relationships, and one close to perfect relationship. All test results have a direct relationship. It was concluded that the results of the ranking of the system using the FAHP method with the results of the ranking of experts there is a match.

Abstract

Certificate of Ownership is a type of certificate where the owner has full claim to the ownership of the land in a certain area that has been mentioned in the certificate. On 2018, the National Land Agency (BPN) established the PTSL program, which is a land registration process. This program is a government innovation through the Ministry of ATR / BPN to meet the basic needs of the community such as clothing, food and shelter. The process of community land certificate services that worked by BPN of Malang Regency has a constraint in which the process takes longer than determined, causing the number of certificates of ownership that can be completed every month to be lower than the number of incoming requests. In this case its cause the work of the staf is pilling up everytime. Several factors that cause this problem is the lack of inadequate human resources, especially measurement staf in the field and data processing staf. Therefore, in order to facilitate the process of servicing the land certificate, a prediction of the percentage of completion of an application using the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) method is required. Based on the results of testing the parameters that have been carried out using the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) method with the application for ownership data from 2014 - 2019 the comparison test of training data and testing data is produced the smallest evaluation value 2.878% using the MAPE method. At the comparison testing of training data and testing data the ratio results on the data is 30%: 70% with 2 neurons and activation functions used sigmoid binary.

Abstract

Malang Regency is one of the regency in East Java that has the largest population in Java, this causes the UMKM businessmen who are scattered in Malang Regency to be very numerous and varied. This study aimed to obtain UMKM product recommendations in Malang Regency which are registered in RKB Malang Regency. AHP and SAW are the methods of Decision Support System that were used to obtain UMKM product recommendations which compatible with the criteria weights that desired by the user. AHP method was used to calculate the weight of product criteria, meanwhile the SAW method was used to get the value of alternative product weights. The result of product's weighted alternative would be ranked from the largest to the smallest value, product with the largest weighted alternative value were the product that recommended by system based on the weighted criteria desired by the user. Based on the results of testing that using 7 cases testing accuracy testing that comparing the results of system with users,ait could be analyzed that the AHP and SAW methods were quite effective in getting product recommendations with an average value of 71,43%.

Abstract

The East Java Provincial Fisheries Office works in the marine and fisheries sector. One of the fields owned, namely the Marine, Coastal and Supervision sector which is responsible for managing marine and coastal space permit recommendations. The licensing has a flow starting from the process of the applicant submitting an application, processing the data by the East Java Provincial Fisheries Office, conducting a field survey and then making a report as a reference in making recommendations. The process takes quite a long time, namely when the process of sending letters to service branches and during the location verification process so that the time required is 30 days or more, while the time limit given by the government is only 15 working days. In addition, the lack of knowledge about spatial data used in regional data collection causes workers to have difficulty in carrying out regional data collection. From these problems, a solution was found by making a marine and coastal space permit processing system equipped with the ability to process spatial data in easy-to-understand stages. The system is built using the waterfall Software Development Life Cycle method. This research begins with analysis and design by making a Use Case Diagram which states that there are 55 functional needs plus 1 non-functional requirement. There are several main features, namely adding a copy of the letter, data collection of areas and adding dispositions, then making Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams. System development is carried out using Laravel as a framework, PHP for programming languages, MySQL for databases and OpenLayers for GIS creation. After the system has been successfully built, unit testing with whitebox testing is carried out on 3 main system functions and produces valid value test cases, blackbox testing for validation testing carried out on 55 functional requirements, each test case is valid, and compatibility testing to test compatibility which results in a value that the system can run on a variety of web browsers as needed.

Abstract

Ownership Certificate (SHM) is the legality of home ownership with the strongest status among other certificates of property, which can be traded, bequeathed or even represented so that the owner has full ownership of the land required. However, the number of SHM certifications needed by the community is quite long, so that the number of SHM that is the total amount needed is less than the amount entered. Where requested the accumulation of requests for making SHM from time to time and the target office in the completion of SHM is not approved properly. To minimize SHM and office targets that must be approved, a prediction is needed to understand the number of SHM that can be received each month. Which prediction uses algorithm from Fuzzy Time Series. Fuzzy Time Series is a method that is able to solve problems and produce good solutions. Based on the results made 3 times the minimum average error results obtained AFER 0.6112% with a total of 56 training data. AFER error results obtained are included in the excellent category to be used in predicting the amount requested.
