Abstract

Mantuls.com is a web-based application that serves to help Event Hunter to get competition information easily, up to date, and with a choice of well-curated information. The Goal Directed Design method can produce an application design that is suitable for the user's goals. In applying the Goal Directed Design (GDD) method, it has six stages, the first stage is research to get problems and solutions that are desired by users and stakeholders. The second stage is modeling that produces persona and describes the user or stakeholder, the third stage is the requirement that will produce the needs of the user, the fourth stage is a framework that produces a designed interface framework, then the fifth stage is a refinement that will produce high fidelity prototypes it is ready to be tested, and the last stage is support that performs testing and analysis of test results on the prototype that has been made. The final evaluation here uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) Questionnaire. After developing using the Goal-Directed Design (GDD) method. The average value of the value of the System Usability Scale is obtained (value), with Acceptability values ​​above 73 and also grade scales with category b, and Adjective Rating with Excellent and Percentile Rank categories categorized as group A.

Abstract

Laroslaptop is a provider of buying and selling used laptops, services, and mechanical training. Laroslaptop has a website that is used to promote its services on the internet. The website user interface was evaluated using the enhanced cognitive walkthrough method and was improved based on the HHS guidelines. This method uses 8 experts which divided into 2 groups. 5 novice evaluators and 3 regular specialists. The purpose of this evaluation is to provide recommendations for companies how the appearance of the website interface is better in terms of usability. Evaluation is done by giving task to the evaluators to executed, and asking evaluators to give their opinions on various kinds of problems they find, especially on usability issues. The result is a problem with the selection of words for the menu, menu position, text size on the menu, and the number of menus available. These problems are corrected according to the provisions of the HHS guidelines that will produce improvements in the form of prototypes. After that, a second study was conducted focusing on verification of errors found in the first evaluation. The results was all problems that found before was no longer found in the second evaluation made on the results of the improvement of the website.

Abstract

Dota 2 is a Free-To-Play (F2P) game with the Online Multiplayer Battle Arena (MOBA) type, this game is a version of world of warcraft 3 which was developed by Valve Corporation in 2011. On the Dota 2 steam game platform it has a rating view that very good, which is mostly positive, and had become the most popular game in 2016 by being played by 1.2 users online simultaneously (statista, 2018). But based on the game Dota 2 www.statista.com has experienced a decline in players and now there are 700 thousand active players who play the DotA 2 game (statista, 2018). So that by knowing the problems in specific games, game companies can find out what needs to be improved in the game. The heuristic evaluation used is the usability heuristic method which covers 9 aspects. 9 aspects are: (1) visibility of system status, (2) offer real world object, (3) user control and freedom, (4) consistency and standarts, (5) error prevention, recognition rather than recall, (6) flexibility and efficiency of use, (7) aesthetic and minimalist design, (8) help user recognize, (9) diagnose and recover from error. The evaluation using the heuristic method resulted in 22 problems found, consisting of 2 cosmetic problems, 5 minor problems, 13 medium problems, and 2 major problems. the heuristic principle that is most commonly found is the principle of MA08 (Aesthetics and Minimalist Design) with the finding percentage of 22.72% with a severity rating of 3, which means the problem is at the medium level.

Abstract

Nowdays there are many culinary companies with very tight competition. The focus and target of marketing now has changed, which how companier got new customers, and has changed to how company kept customers to be loyal. One strategy that can be used by company using social media. Tomoo Steak is a culinary company that actively engages in customers relationship in anagement throught social media marketing o gain customers loyalty. Customer loyalty is positively influenced when companies doing advantageous campaigns, relevant content, popular contents, various platforms and applications, frequently updated content on social media (Erdogmus & Cicek, 2012). This study tested the relationship between social media marketing and customer loyalty using multiple linear regression analysis. Respondents from this study are followers Tomoo Steak account in Instagram. The data were collected using simple random sampling technique. Result of f test, show independent variables simultaneously or equally influence brand loyalty. The independent variable used in this study contributed 52,2% to the Tomoo Steak brand loyalty. The relevant content variable has the greatest influence brand loyalty. This is because the Tomoo Steak Instagram account presents content that can attract customers to interact with content companies, various platform.

Abstract

For the Indonesian economy, considerable development is supported by the development of application-based or online transportation. One of the developing online transportation services is PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ has actually been established since 2011, however this company jut hit the spotlight since the investment (or installation or instalment) of the application on iOS and Android in 2015. The problems that constrained or hindered the driver often occurred to other users as well. The application requires a measurement of the level of end-user satisfaction to understand the application user satisfaction. This study aims to find out about the satisfaction of end-user of PT. XYZ online motorcycle taxi driver application using the EUCS method. This method measures satisfaction by comparing user ratings with existing systems. This method is used because it is in accordance with the problems that exist in the end user of the PT.XYZ Driver application to make benchmarks on the dimensions that exist in the End User Computing User Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Dimensions used are content (content), accuracy (accuracy), format (form), ease of use (easy to use) and timeliness (timeliness).The results of the analysis using the EUCS method of the user of the PT XYZ driver application, obtained or suggested two EUCS variables to be improved, namely the accuracy and timeliness variable.

Abstract

In an highly competitive of the banking world, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) trying to provide several services that can support customer needs, for example, BNI Mobile Banking. BNI Mobile Banking provides convenience services for making multiple transactions from a smartphone. However, there were usability problems discovered through observation and interviews including difficulties in finding proof of transaction, there is no period when entering numbers and some service menus are not in match with the type of service. Therefore, it is necessary to do research with three stages of research. the first stage does initial testing to measure the learnability metric, efficiency metric, error metric and satisfaction metric obtained using two methods there are Usability Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS). the second stage provides recommendations for improvement based on the results of the interview and follows the rules of google material design guidelines. the third stage does test the recommendations for improvements that have been made and compares the measurement results of usability metrics with the measurement results of usability metrics on the initial test. The recommendations for improvements can provide an increase in learnability metrics from 68% to 88%, an increase in efficiency metrics from 0.01 goals/sec to 0.05 goals/sec, a decrease in metric errors from 30% to 5% and an increase in satisfaction metrics from 62.67 to 74.25.

Abstract

Decision making on a product must be taken appropriately and in line with company's objectives so that a business will have a long product life cycle and win the market competition. One form of decision making undertaken by a company is through the process of Decision Support System (DSS). The DSS implementation in the culinary business Geprek Kak Rose will help the company in decision making process related to products promotion recommendation to be more accurate and faster to make the company reach target and stay competitive. In determining the product promotion, the company uses a number of criteria that are used as references such as Price, Sales, Durability, and Inventory. These criteria will be the main guideline in DSS using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) - SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. AHP method is used for the criteria weighting process, then proceed with the SAW method for the best performance ranking process based on all available alternatives. To see the suitability of DSS made with a manual decision from the user, this study uses a Spearman correlation test that produces a value of 0.737 which means it has a very strong relationship.

Abstract

Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPM-PTSP) become one government agency that has implemented e-gov in its services. One of the services provided by the One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office is the Integrated Licensing website (http://www.perijinan.kubarkab.go.id). This study aims to determine the quality of Integrated Licensing website services to user satisfaction. The variables studied were adjusted to the e-govqual model consisting of Usability, Information Quality, Security, Public Responsiveness. The type of data obtained in this study is in the form of qualitative data. Data collection was carried out by interviewing 6 participants, which were divided into two categories namely, participants who had used it and those who had never used it. The results obtained from this study, the Usability variable was considered good, but the Multilingual indicator was not yet available. Information Quality is considered quite good, the Information Timeliness indicator, the timeliness of displaying information needs to be improved. The Security variable gets a good rating but still needs to improve the security of the user's data privacy on the website or through agencies. Public Responsiveness variable is considered quite good. In the Government Responsiveness indicator it is necessary to improve the response to responses to questions and questions from citizens of users.

Abstract

As a form of government responsibilities and services to the citizen through the implementation of e-gov, the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Jember developed the Service Information System (SIP) website as a step to realize a good governance. The aim is to increase efficiency, comfort and ease of accessibility of services to the community. This research is conducted in order to assess the quality of SIP service using the e-GovQual framework and the goal is to get the priority of developing website. This research is a quantitative research involving 100 respondents. There are 21 statements representing the attributes of the e-GovQual dimension. Those were tested using Cronbach's α. The data was processed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to get the main factors that affect each dimension of e-GovQual. From the average value of communalities for each dimension, it is known that the highest priority lies in Citizen Support (0.739); followed by Trust (0.670); Reliability (0.627); and Efficiency (0.587).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the usability problems of malangmenyapa.malangkota.go.id in the Culture and Tourism Office of Malang City using the usability testing method and provide recommendations for improvements in the form of Prototype. The method used in this study is the usability testing and interview methods to conduct problem excavation on the Malang Menyapa website and to measure the usability level of malangmenyapa.malangkota.go.id using task scenario and questionnaire. Task scenario testing and interviews were conducted with 5 participants and filling out questionnaires was carried out by 20 respondents consisting of new users and old users from the website malangmenyapa.malangkota.go.id. The results of this study found 4 problems, namely the appearance that is still messy, there is no fast search feature, some features of social media links are not active, and the event list display is too much to load on one page. The results of the initial usability test level include the user convenience level of 74 percent, the user speed level of 0.04 goals / sec, the user error rate of 0.084, and the user satisfaction level of 63.5. After repairs on the appearance of the website, the results of usability levels at the user's convenience level increased to 98 percent, the user speed level increased to 0.10 goals / sec, the user error rate decreased to 0.010 and the user satisfaction level was 81.1
