Abstract

The Department of Communication and Informatics of Sidoarjo Regency was given authority by the Regent Regulation Number 46 the year 2018 to become a GCIO (Government Chief Information Officer) who has the task of assisting the Regent one of them in managing the government data. Construction of Data Warehouse to fulfill the needs of the regent will government data still felt less because the data stored cannot be presented and the regent still relies on the old system that takes quite a long time. Based on the problem, an executive information system of Dashboard E-Government based website to meet the needs of the regent in accessing the government data from the data warehouse that has been processed and presented automatically by the system. Development of this system using the rational method Unified Process. Research has been conducted to produce an analysis of needs, system design, implementation and testing of systems. System tested using several testing methods namely validation testing, compatibility testing, and user acceptance testing. The test results of this system indicate that the system is running well in accordance with the requirements that have been made and make it easier for the Bupati to access government data and follow up on the data that has been presented on the e-Government dashboard executive information system.

Abstract

Abstract Pro Denpasar+ is a public complaint managed by the Denpasar City Communication, Information and Statistics Office (CISO) in the form of a forum. Complaints made by the community will then be replied to by the admin or personnel from the designated Regional Device Organization (RDO). However, the admin at CISO as the verifier who examined each complaint felt confused choosing the RDO because of the similarity between complaints. In this case CISO requires a system that can classify complaints that can help the verifier in determining the destination RDO. The method used is text mining. One of the uses of text mining is classification using Ensemble Naive Bayes. Naive Bayes is a statistical classification that uses probability calculations to predict class membership in tuple data into a particular class. Ensemble technique is a technique of combining the results of various specific models to produce the best model. The results of the functional requirements of the system are 6 functional requirements and the design produces 6 use cases and 15 classes. The implementation uses the JAVA programming language with the WEKA library on classification and MYSQL on the database. Validation testing produces a value of 100% with the results of Confusion Matrix using a 90:10 ratio resulting in an accuracy value of 91.8182% while the value of area under ROC produces a value of 0.982825. In addition, the value of User Acceptance Testing produces a value of 97.5%.

Abstract

CV Gumcode Indonesia is a service company which develop a software, that initiated from startup in 2013 and became CV in 2018. The case that happened in 2017 was a problem in managing the company's asset data because of the incomplete SOP of financial management . Although the losses are relative small, call it less than 1 digit nominal, it has possibility to be happened again even worse if preventive action are not taken. This leads the company to plan to use the information technology likely a software, which can accommodate financial management activities in according of the created SOP. To be able to create the system, it is necessary to do software engineering with the waterfall method, because it has advantage when user needs are stable and do not change as like as the current condition of the CV Gumcode Indonesia. In addition of using waterfall method, the modeling method are using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to support the software engineering cycle. The activity of business process produces 3 business processes (to-be). While the analysis and design activities using UML produce 14 use case diagrams, 4 controller classes, 7 model classes, 17 sequence diagrams and 13 tables in the database. In testing phase, it is using validation testing that states most of needs or features show valid output, and compatibility testing shows there is 1 critical issue on https security for browsers Firefox and Chrome, and major issues in CSS definition for browser IE and Safari.

Abstract

Indometal Mitrabuana is located in jl.angsana raya block 16 no. 1B Delta Silicon industrial estate 1 Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java. This company is engaged in the supply of raw steel material processing services. HRD department of PT. Indometal Mitrabuana is one of most important department that manages human resources. Reporting is certainly one of core activities of this department. However by using manual data collection there is often a loss of data, information that is not up-to-date and inefficient of information notification. Given an information system that focuses on managing employee data, it can maximize the activity of reporting human resources optimally, thus conducted a research with Ripple methodology that will produce requirements and system design both in terms of business and systems which prodeuce use case business and use case diagrams in the requirement phase , In analysis phase will generated analysis class diagram and communication diagram, design phase will generate class diagrams, sequence diagrams, and database schema. Every requirement and feature will be tested using Traceability matrix, whether every requirement has a unique code and can be track back into all requirement.

Abstract

FILKOM APPS is the system that support in FILKOM academic service, include in thesis. But in reality, there are problems in implementation, so it will make some troubles for the student as the users of this service. The problem is one with others student can't get verification from academic after the student upload their proposal at the same time. The other problem is student can't get letter of assignment in the same time with the other student. This problem will make impact for process research of their thesis especially for student of final semester. So, it need an evaluation business process for academic service in thesis using FILKOM APPS with quality evaluation framework (QEF) method. The Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) have some dimension to measure the quality of time service. First step for researcher is modelling the business process base on event log in FILKOM APPS record especially in thesis service with data extraction from Disco tools and the automatically process business modelling with ProM 6.8 tools. Next step with heuristic method, the event log data will modelled automatically. After that we do some mapping for business process modelling from event log and operational standard procedure. After that, researcher do some evaluation with time efficiency matric. The result of this evaluation are the activity of publishing of letter of assignment, verification from academic study program, verification proposal document after P0 and the scheduling of result presentation with this percentage of those activity not reach 100%.

Abstract

Hayunanto Medical Center Special Hospital is a special hospital that focuses on mental health rehabilitation and drug dependency rehabilitation services in Malang. One of the health services that requires a fast flow of information at this hospital, especially in the inpatient department. However, the implementation of data collection continues to occur in documents or forms which are then stored only with a sheet of paper in the folder making data sorting too long, so the effect on the data discovery process takes so long, because patient data is not stored in storage memory. In the application of a manual system, it will be difficult to control because the processing is carried out by humans, so the occurrence of errors will be even greater, such as the occurrence of repeated recording or data redundancy. This system was created using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method which includes the stages of inception, elaboration, construction, and transition. Inpatient information system has been made with the results of validation tests to test functional systems produce 100% valid and compatibility tests to test non-functional requirements obtained by 2 critical problems in 2 applications. User Acceptance Testing conducted with 5 correspondents from each user shows the inpatient service information system can still be well received by the user.

Abstract

Seleksi Nasional Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SNMPTN) is a selection of tertiary education based on the grade of subjects which each year experiences an increase in the number of participants so that they have a high level of competition. Counseling guidance teacher has the duty to predict student acceptance in attending SNMPTN. Problems arise when the number of students conducting guidance increases as the SNMPTN registration time approaches. Therefore, we need a system that can predict the likelihood of students being accepted through the SNMPTN pathway to ease the burden on counseling guidance teachers. One prediction algorithm is decision tree C4.5 that makes decision tress to describe rules. The data used comes from the value of subjects belonging to SMA Negeri 3 Malang alumni who have attended SNMPTN from 2016-2018 with a total of 681 data for the Natural Sciences majors and 90 data for the Social Sciences majors along with a list of students graduating SNMPTN in the same year. From the value data and the list of students passing the SNMPTN, the attribute used is only the attribute value of the subjects used in the 2019 SNMPTN along with the status of graduating or not students in joining the SNMPTN. The system is built in the form of a website that utilizes WEKA CLI for the prediction process. The black box testing-validation results show the use case and system functions are matched or valid. The system usability level generated by utilizing the system usability scale is 87.5 which is included in the "acceptable" category

Abstract

In order to complete their thesis, students need a supervisor. Thesis supervisor plays an important role as a good facilitator, motivator, and director so that the thesis can be completed and ready to be tested. The inappropriate determination of supervisors can hamper the student's thesis guidance and work process. For this reason, an effective system to reccomend thesis supervisors for students is needed to minimize errors that may occur in the determination of the thesis supervisor. The recommendations given are not only based on personal knowledge, but also consider lecturers' researches, KJFD, majors, quotas, positions, and lecturer workload. The lecturer research data used was obtained from Google Scholar, functional position data was obtained from forlap.risetdikti.go.id, and the department data, quota, and lecturer workload were obtained from the Information Systems Management, IT Infrastructure and Public Relations of Faculty of Computer Science (PSIK). The validation test results show that the system built was in accordance with the requirements defined. The usability test results that utilize the System Usability Scale (SUS) show the system usability level is 90% which means system is in the acceptable category..

Abstract

In 2017, five e-commerce sites in Indonesia with the highest number of unique visitors experienced an average growth of 97 percent. With this significant growth, new e-commerce companies must use various methods in order to compete in this industry. However, there are e-commerce that use unfavorable methods, for example using the "fake discount" tactics, where the discount given looks fantastic, but the discount is given after the original price of the item is raised first. Users are not aware of this because they do not remember the price before the change, and there is no display of the product price history. Based on these problems, the Web Application for Price Tracking of E-Commerce Website can be developed which can be used by e-commerce users to track prices, by entering product links into the application, then the application get the product prices with scraping techniques and then the results are saved in a database as the price history for that product. This application development uses the waterfall model development method, and the results of the implementation are tested by validation testing, performance testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The validation test obtained a value of 100% valid, performance testing shows the application has good performance, and majority of the respondents on UAT testing give a positive score without any negative, so it can be concluded that the Web Application for Price Tracking of E-Commerce Website can be a solution to e-commerce's prices and discounts problem.

Abstract

Throughout 2019, until the end of October, BPBD of Malang City had recorded more than 184 disaster events, where the most frequent disasters were fires, landslides, fallen trees, puddles, earthquakes, and strong winds. The BPBD of the city of Malang also reported that during January - October the total damage and losses from the disaster were not less than Rp.10,695 billion. Lack of awareness of citizens about pre-disaster management and late reporting of disasters when disasters occur cause damage and losses that are caused to be very large. Based on these problems, the application of disaster management and reporting is needed so that people can report disaster events early so that they can reduce the risk of loss of life and property damage. The developed application must be easy to access and have an interface that makes it easy for the general public when accessing it. In developing this application, the writer uses the Waterfall methodology, the purpose is to use this methodology to work on applications that will be made based on the stages that have been previously designed. To make it easier to accommodate the modeling needs, the design of this application will be made in an object oriented manner and using an online map library to facilitate mapping of disaster data. In the process of implementation, the authors develop a website using the Codeigniter framework and a javascript-based online map library that is leafletjs and also google maps. Furthermore, the authors will test the application using White-Box Base-Path-Testing, and Black-Box Testing to determine the level of success of the implementation as well as testing the accuracy to find out how much the accuracy of a location from online maps compared with standard commercial GPS equipment. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the development of a geographic information system application based on website disaster management can accommodate existing engineering needs. And the results of the accuracy of GPS maps online with commercial GPS produces an average error margin of 39.7860457. The results of the design and implementation that have been carried out are proven to have an effect on making it easier for the community to submit disaster reporting.
