Abstract

Sentosa is a Small and Medium Enterprise that runs its business as one of paint distributor in Bandung. In running its business, the enterprise has implemented some business rules that cause some problems, which includes no mechanism available for Sales to take over order taking, invalidated order is still being passed and payments being mixed up From the stated problems, a system is developed as a solution for the problems using the development method of Personal Extreme Programming. Requirement Analysis being done resulted in 41 functional requirements and 2 non-functional requirements. Planning results in 42 tasks with total estimated work time of 116 hours. There are in total 3 iterations in this development. Design results in the creation of 3 use case diagrams, 37 use case scenarios, 17 analysis classes, 14 sequence diagrams, 12 class diagrams and 3 physical data model. Validation testing is done in all iterations, which generated 75 test case, which results in success in all test case. In the final iteration, two types of UAT has been done, UAT for Web System and UAT for Mobile System. UAT for Web System is conducted with 4 respondents with final result of 3.858 (Neutral). UAT for Mobile System is conducted with 3 respondents with final result of 3.444 (Partially Disagree). In the whole iteration, it is noted that real work time clocked in 170 hours and 59 minutes, in which difference in estimated time is due to revision that occurred while designing and obstructions occurred when implementing.

Abstract

Polres Bojonegoro is part of an organization called the Indonesian national police (POLRI) based in district/city areas. The fundamental task force of the Polres Bojonegoro has been achieved in public service. To achieve integrated public service, Polres Bojonegoro should have a document that specifically explains the business infrastructure of the organization to Polres Bojonegoro at the moment. Therefore, Polres Bojonegoro will be more adaptive in addressing the changes that occur in organizations. So, modeling business architecture is done to develop business architecture in the Polres Bojonegoro using enterprise architecture approach. Business architecture requires an Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), The method used by the researcher are TOGAF ADM (architecture development method). The research has blueprints describing the existing business architecture (baseline) and (target) for the public service of Polres Bojonegoro. The modelling of the public service business model for the Polres Bojonegoro has target the creation of the united public service of the Polres Bojonegoro via mobile app. Other than that, There is also a target to automatically do data input and data archive digitally. In this research, 5 gaps were found between the baseline and target of architecture models on public services Polres Bojonegoro, models of these architecture consists of references from preliminary, architecture vision, and business architecture.

Abstract

Whitelabel is an activity that refers to buying a product/service by a reseller and then given a new label as if the reseller produced it. Meanwhile, payment point online bank (PPOB) is a bill payment system and products selling such as phone credit, phone quota, electricity tokens, electronic vouchers, etc. The background of this research is that currently there is one PPOB service provider in Indonesia, PT XYZ (the company name is obscured). PPOB PT XYZ has approximately 26,000 users, 17% of which are members owned by PT XYZ partners. PT XYZ opened a partnership with other companies / organizations to develop PPOB on behalf of the company / organization. This method is a marketing method called whitelabel. Although currently the PPOB whitelabel application with partners has been running well, but there are some new needs including adjustment of product profits, use of partner bank accounts, SMS notifications on PLN token purchases, and web-based PPOB applications. To be able to solve these new needs easily, quickly, and have a fairly good quality, the use of reuse oriented development methods is highly recommended. In this study a simple PPOB system was produced that could meet the new needs of PT XYZ's existing PPOB whitelabel, using a microservice structure and using a library (reusable component) and services from third parties (software as a service). The system gets 100% valid results on validation testing, also there are no critical issues in compatibility testing, and gets a score of 81.5% on user acceptance tests (UAT).

Abstract

Laboratory of Instrumentation and Measurement is one of the laboratories in the Department of Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Brawijaya University. This laboratory serves student practicum activities, lecture and student research, and research activities such as workshops and demos. To conduct data inventory of laboratory equipment, borrowing and returning equipment service, laboratory staff still using manual records in spreadsheet and forms. There are several problems such as manual records for the equipments, the synchronization of the data owned by the laboratory staff and the head of the laboratory, and also the laboratory staff must find the form from all loan forms when returning. Based on this, an inventory management information system is needed for laboratory equipment that can help solve the problem of inventory, adding information to equipment, and borrowing and returning equipment. The development of this information system uses the SDLC Evolutionary Prototyping model that allows improvement of functionality during continuous iterations. The results of the requirement analysis are described using use case diagrams and activity diagrams. The implementation of this information system uses the CodeIgniter PHP framework. System testing is done by using validation testing with the results of testing all functions that can be done properly and verified validly. The result of compatibility testing shows some problems, such as critical issue found because of the SSL or HTTPS feature that is not activated and major and minor problems exist because some browsers don't support some CSS properties. UAT testing resulted in an acceptance percentage of 91.8% for administrator actors and 83.6% for student actors.

Abstract

One of the tasks of the Sidoarjo Regency's Office of the Environment and Hygiene is to ensure that the Sidoarjo Regency's environment is free of rubbish. The waste problem is one of the main problems in the Department of Environment and Cleanliness of Sidoarjo Regency. For this reason, the role of the community is important in terms of reporting the occurrence of garbage piles so that DLHK can swiftly handle it. At this time the reporting of waste discovery is still done manually where the public must come to DLHK to report so that it takes a long time in the reporting process and it is difficult to know the progress of the community reporting process. For this reason, an information system is needed to deal with the problem. For the information system to match what is needed, a design that analyzes the needs of the community and DLHK is needed. Then the OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design) approach is used. In the needs analysis phase, 53 functional needs and 1 non-functional needs were generated. At the design stage, UML diagrams are used which produce 22 sequence diagrams, 2 class controller diagrams, 2 class diagram models, physical data models, and 24 user interface designs. Then to evaluate the needs analysis and design made the requirement configuration structure is used which produces a value of 100%. Evaluation also uses the traceability matrix method in which the results explain that all designs are made following with the needs analysis.

Abstract

Semester Antara is a intermediate semester that is held on the sidelines of even and odd semesters in each academic. Semester Antara can be used to improve grades or can take courses the next semester so that lectures become faster than Semester should be. Semester Antara registration at the Faculty of Computer Science are still manual by making payments to bank tellers and then providing proof of payment to the academic department. Registration of Semester Antara can easier when the system integrated with Midtrans. With the system, Students will be able to make payment directly by systems, and no longer went to bank nor ATM. This integration also useful to the faculty that doesn't need to cooperate with a variety of the bank, with payment gateway would connect between bank and the services provided by the faculty. To build this information system it is necessary to analyze user requirements to determine functional requirements, as well as non-functional requirements. There is system design using Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD). We evaluate the system design with traceability matrix, and correctness. Traceability matrix verify relation of use case, activity diagram, sequence diagram, and user interface design. The result of evaluation, there was compatibility between the needs of system and the function of system.

Abstract

Badan Kepegawaian Negara is a government agency that has the task of carrying out governmental tasks in the field of state staff management. Badan Kepegawaian Negara accommodates students who want to do an internship. There were several obstacles in organizing internship activities, namely the internship registration that requires the internship candidate to come to the office of Badan Kepegawaian Negara, the recapitulation of the internship students that were separated, and monitoring the daily activities of the internship students that were difficult. The problems existed in the internship activities could hamper the administrative processes of internship students, so this research aimed to build an internship information system that could help the administrative processes. The internship information system development used waterfall approach. In this research, the problem related to administration processes of the internship students can be made easier by adding, eliminating, or changing the current business process (as-is) to a proposed business process (to-be) to produce features in the internship information system that was built with the laravel framework. The internship information system that has been build was then tested using the user acceptance test approach to measure the level of user acceptance of the internship information system features, the flow of activity on the internship information system, and the interface of the internship information system. The results of the user acceptance test showed the number 92,39% which showed the user accepted the information system and the features inside the system.

Abstract

Hafintech Prima Mandiri is a company engaged in coding machine, which functions to print in all packaging media such as plastic bottles, cans, parallels and others. Services provided to corporate customers use manual systems and simple applications such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, and Email, it can be said that understanding the role of the IS / IT field in a company is still lacking. Currently PT. Hafintech Prima Mandiri is demanded to further improve the quality of after sales service in terms of speed of service, clear information, and to satisfy customers. To overcome the above problems, PT. Hafintech Prima Mandiri should have a SI / IT that is fast, efficient, and connected in one network. To overcome the problems that exist at PT. Hafintech Prima Mandiri needs the design of enterprise enterprise architecture to align business strategy with IS / IT strategy, and careful planning is needed to plan and manage SI / IT. In this study, designing enterprise architecture using TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) with the ADM method (architecture develoment method). Limitations on the study include the Preliminary phase, Requirements Management phase, Phase A Architecture Vision, Phase B Business Architecture, Phase C Information System Architecture, and Phase D Technolghy Architecture. This enterprise architecture design will produce a proposed blueprint for business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture as a reference for PT. Hafintech Prima Mandiri.

Abstract

Natural disasters in almost every season hit Indonesia such as floods, landslides, fires and puso. Floods and landslides usually occur in the rainy season while fires and puso occur in the dry season. At present the frequency of floods and landslides increases as well as fires and pusos. Other natural disasters that often occur are geological disasters, such as earthquakes. Earthquakes in Indonesia often occur because they are flanked by three main plates namely the Indo-Australian plate. Eurasian Plate, and Pacific Plate. Efforts made to date use personal websites to disseminate geological map information. However, this business is still not neatly arranged. Meanwhile the Bandung Geological Directorate Agency does not have an official portal while the public can access geological maps throughout Indonesia. For this reason, plugins are developed from open source applications that can see geological maps throughout Indonesia in the form of plugins. Among the plugins developed by researchers are the Geological Map plugins. The Geological Map Plugin is an additional QGIS application that uses the Python programming language as the basis for making it. This plugin has a function to display the Geological Map of All of Indonesia. This geological map plugin can help find out the geological information of the region in Indonesia.

Abstract

MBC Paper Shop is a company engaged in retail, selling and buying paper and office stationery (ATK). This company is still carrying out its operational activities manually, so that a problem arises in companies that are in the management of goods, which still use paper for recording, then the irregularity of the officers in keeping the transaction file archives, and making transaction notes is still done manually using paper. note. With these problems, a solution has emerged in the form of developing artifacts, namely goods management information systems that can help solve problems found. Artifact creation is implemented through the SDLC approach with the Waterfall method, on the website platform. In the analysis stage, 17 functional requirements were obtained. At the system design stage by applying OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design), there were 6 controller classes and 4 model classes. In the implementation stage, the system uses the MVC method by implementing the Code Igniter framework as the system architecture. And in the last stage, namely the testing phase, testing the functional validation of the system to the user, the valid results are obtained 100 percent, and in the User Acceptance Testing test for users, 100 percent test results are obtained, that the user has received the system built. In this study, producing artifacts in the form of goods management information systems in warehouses that have features and functions according to user needs and have been tested on users.
