Abstract

The competitiveness of service industries such as education and recreation has made customer satisfaction a crucial factor for business success. In this sector, swimming schools are not only required to give good instructions but also make sure that their customers are contented. Amarta-Elsa Nasution Swimming School found in Malang is an excellent case study to examine how trust, service quality and customer satisfaction interact with each other in a specific education context. Therefore, this research intends to find out the effect of trust and quality of service on customer satisfaction at Amarta-Elsa Nasution Swimming School located in Malang. A quantitative approach was utilized in this study, taking the saturated sample method, which is uses all the population of 65 respondents from all Amarta-Elsa Nasution Swimming School Malang student guardians. Questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation were used to collect data in this study. In light of the study's findings, customer satisfaction at Amarta-Elsa Nasution Swimming School Malang is significantly influenced by trust. Furthermore, there exists a noteworthy connection among characteristics related to level of service and consumer happiness at Amarta-Elsa Nasution Swimming School Malang. Together, customer satisfaction at Amarta-Elsa Nasution Swimming School Malang is influenced by components related to trust and level of service.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance, both partially and jointly. In the context of globalization and increasingly tight business competition, employee performance has become an important factor that determines organizational success. Motivation and work environment have been proven to have a significant effect on individual performance. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The research population was employees of PT X in Malang, with a sample of 100 people selected purposively. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale that measures work motivation, work environment and employee performance. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, correlation tests and regression. The research results show that work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The correlation test shows a positive relationship between motivation and employee performance (r = 0.65, p < 0.01), as well as between the work environment and employee performance (r = 0.60, p < 0.01). The regression test shows that motivation (β = 0.50, p < 0.01) and work environment(β = 0.45, p < 0.01) together explain 70% of employee performance variability (R² = 0.70). This research emphasizes the importance of motivation and work environment in improving employee performance. Therefore, management must consider these two factors simultaneously in its human resource development strategy to achieve optimal productivity and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, brand awareness, and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace. This research method is quantitative with 100 respondents in Jogosari Village, Pandaan District, Pasuruan Regency with incidental sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 24 for windows. Based on the research results, the promotion variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (tstatistic 2.128 > ttable 1.984984). The brand awareness variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value (tstatistic 2.396 > ttable 1.984984). However, the brand ambassador variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions (tstatistic 0.055 < ttable 1.984984).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of business development business at CV Yeyen Catering. This study uses 7 main aspects that are used in analyzing business feasibility and the results show that all of these aspects indicate this business development plan in terms of legal, market and marketing, financial, technical and operational, management, social and economic aspects, as well as environmental impact aspects. . The research method used in this study is qualitative and quantitative with data collection techniques field observations, interviews, and literature review. The results of the research show that the feasibility of this company is quite good and feasible to be developed.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine the influence variables of promotion, price and brand awareness on Kaf's Dorayaki online purchasing decisions , both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this research is consumers who have made online purchases at Kaf's Dorayaki. This research provides results that promotion (X1) has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions (Y) partially, namely t count > t table (3.625 > 2.018) and the significance value is 0.001 < 0.05. The price variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions (Y) partially, namely t count > t table (2.780 > 2.018) and the significance value is 0.008 < 0.05. Brand awareness (X3) has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions (Y) partially, namely t count > t table (3.135 > 2.018) and the significance value is 0.003 < 0.05. The F test showed that the three independent variables in this study simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions . Based on the R square test, it was found that online purchasing decisions (Y) were influenced 79.7% by the three independent variables and another 20.3% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see how the performance of employees at the Tirta Umbulan Pasuruan Regional Drinking Water Company is influenced by career development and job promotions. Quantitative research design involves observation and questionnaire strategies. Research participants are people​​​​​ Tirta Umbulan Regional Public Drinking Water Company . Saturated sampling used in this research with a total of 60 respondents. Research findings show that Employee Performance (Y) is partially influenced by the variables Career Development (X1) and Position Promotion (X2). Based on the findings of the F test, it is known that Fcount > Ftable (11.348 > 3.16 ) and the value is significant (0.00 < 0.05), so that career development and job promotion can have a simultaneous impact on employee performance. The coefficient of determination test states that career development and job promotions have an impact on employee performance by 28.5 %. The remaining 71.5% is influenced by other variables outside this equation or variables that are not researched.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work stress and compensation on the performance of Kampoeng Id Coffee employees. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were Kopi Kampoeng Id employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique with a sample of 30 respondents which were processed using SPSS Statistics 25 software. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the three research variables have a partial effect, namely with the provisions of the influence of significance that has been tested with SPSS which shows each number in the following variables : t count > t table, namely 2.853 > 1,706 and significant level 0,028 > 0,05 variable workload partially significant effect on employee performance. t count > t table, namely 2,168 > 1,706 and significant level 0,025 > 0,05 the variable of work stress has a significant effect on employee performance. t count > t table, namely 3,355 > 1,706 and significant level 0,019 > 0,05 compensation variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Then simultaneous testing which can be seen from the F value of the variable Workload, work stress, and compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. These results is indicated by the F test obtained Fcount >Ftable, namely 5,551 > 2,98 and Sig. F 0,018 < 0,05. Test the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) that the dependent variable Karuawan's performance (Y) can be explained 45.9% by the independent variables Workload (X1), Work Stress (X2), and Compensation (X3). While the remaining 54.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The multiple linear analysis test shows that the variable that has the dominant influence on workload is indicated by the greatest beta coefficient value, namely 0.534.

Abstract

Mahasiswa KSM-T (Kandidat Sarjana Mengabdi-Tematik) Unisma bersama masyarakat petani Desa Kemiri memproduksi pupuk organik cair dengan tujuan meningkatkan produksi pertanian bawang merah. Produk pupuk cair yang telah diproduksi agar mempunyai nilai ekonomi tinggi maka mahasiswa KSM-T  melakukan  branding dan Packaging sehingga dapat menarik konsumen. Merek atau brand diberi nama POK Compost agar memiliki keunikan serta menjadi daya tarik tersendiri untuk konsumen.  Sedangkan Packaging atau pengemasan juga diperlukan untuk memastikan produk terbungkus dan berfungsi untuk menjaga kualitas serta menghindari kerusakan ketika dipindahkan atau disimpan.

Abstract

Produk dari KSM-TEMATIK Desa Kemiri adalah POK-Compost. Produk tersebut merupakan pupuk organik yang ramah lingkungan dan memiliki manfaat yang baik bagi tanah dan tanaman. Produk yang sangat potensial tersebut akan lebih menguntungkan secara finansial apabila dipasarkan. Oleh karena itu kegiatan melatih pemasaran digital kepada Masyarakat Desa Kemiri sangat perlu dilakukan. Pelatihan pemasaran digital dilakukan dengan metode mempraktekan secara langsung dengan membuat konten pemasaran digital melalui media sosial Instagram dan whatsapp. Masyarakat dapat merencanakan pesan melalui media sosial untuk mendapatkan umpan balik penilaian terkait kualitas produk secara digital. Masyarakat juga mampu melakukan transaksi secara online pasca pelaksanaan kegiatan pengenalan dan strategi pemasaran khususnya dalam memanfaatkan media sosial. Kegiatan ini membawa dampak yang positif ditunjukkan dengan adanya masyarakat telah memanfaatkan platform sosial instagram dan whatsApp sebagai media pemasaran secara online, melakukan transaksi secara online dengan customer ataupun dengan rekanan resellers serta mempunyai jejaring resellers di platform media sosial dari beberapa Dusun di Desa Kemiri.

Abstract

Minyak jelantah adalah hasil dari proses penggorengan yang telah digunakan berkali-kali, sering kali dibuang sembarangan, mengakibatkan pencemaran tanah dan air yang bisa berdampak pada kesehatan masyarakat serta ekosistem sekitar. Minyak jelantah yang biasanya menjadi limbah rumah tangga dapat diolah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi, sekaligus membantu mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan warga Desa Senggreng melalui pelatihan pembuatan lilin aroma terapi dari minyak jelantah. kegiatan ini merupakan sebuah upaya yang sangat baik dalam mengelola limbah dan menciptakan produk yang bernilai tambah Melalui metode partisipatif, warga diajarkan cara mengolah minyak jelantah menjadi lilin dengan berbagai aroma yang menarik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini mendapatkan antusiasme tinggi dari peserta, yang berhasil membuat lilin aroma terapi berkualitas. Selain itu, program ini membuka peluang usaha bagi masyarakat, khususnya bagi ibu-ibu lansia yang tertarik untuk mengembangkan keterampilan ini menjadi sumber penghasilan tambahan. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi dan lingkungan hidup di Desa Senggreng.
