Toilet training in children is a crucial developmental milestone, focusing on teaching them to control defecation and urination. The absence of effective toilet training can result in several challenges, including social embarrassment when interacting with toilet-trained peers and increased stress and anxiety for both the child and parents. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of oral and modeling techniques in enhancing toilet training. Utilizing a case study design, we employed participatory observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation to gather data. The sample consisted of a pediatric patient aged 18-24 months. Data analysis was performed using domain analysis after tabulation. The findings indicate that employing oral and modeling techniques significantly improves toilet training outcomes in children. These methods are recommended for parents to implement in-home care settings to facilitate successful toilet training. Currently, the development of the world of information technology is growing rapidly, and information is important because, with information, everyone can easily get what they want. Aik Cheong Indonesia, the time of its establishment was not long enough. PT. Aik Cheong Indonesia, relatively new, still uses oral and written media, PT. Aik Cheong Indonesia needs Instagram social media to support information and promotion of PT. Aik Cheong Indonesia informs the public, especially potential customers, that they are interested in ordering various products from PT. Yichang Indonesia. Currently, the types of media that support information vary. Social media is an information promotion and promotion strategy developed by companies to increase revenue. Social media that can provide information to the public can communicate well. The publication of scientific work is an absolute thing that must be owned and produced by academics at this time. Moreover, when referring to the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN RB) Regulation No. 17 of 2013 and the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 92 of 2004 which states that the increase in the academic level of lecturers requires publication of accredited national scientific journals and journals internationally reputable in their field. In addition to being very important for the performance of lecturers, the publication of scientific papers has become a government regulation through the Director General of Higher Education, which requires S1, S2 and S3 students to make a summary of scientific work published both online and in print as one of the graduation requirements. Seeing this, Raharja College has participated in providing publication media for scientific works, especially in online forms, one of which is iLearning Journal Center (iJC). Until now iLearning Journal Center has overseen 5 (five) journals in it with different scope of research. However, the problems that occur at this time are still a lack of the general public to know especially in the Higher Education environment regarding the iLearning Journal Center (iJC) as a publication media for online scientific work. In this study will be discussed about the steps or methods taken to maximize the use of iLearning Journal Center (iJC) as an online journal publication media to improve the quality and quantity ofscientific works. This study uses SWOT analysis method and system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the applications used in this study by applying the Open Journal System (OJS) which is known as management software and publishing online journals. The results of this study are a governance or management that can be done as a step to maximize the increase of publication of online scientific works for the academic community.

In writing a research report requires good management, starting from the start to the end pages must be neatly arranged in accordance with existing rules. In managing the research report method, a researcher can use a variety of methods available, tailored to what he studies. This study discusses the introduction of path analysis, the notion of path analysis, which is a method for studying the direct effects or indirect effects of hypothesized variables as the causes of the effects of variables needed in research, characteristics of path analysis and terms in path analysis . There are 2 (two) completion of path analysis, namely with simple correlation, completion of path analysis with linear regression. Literary research research methods were used in this study to add insight to researchers regarding writing management. With this research, it is expected to be able to help students who are compiling reports in higher education, and can improve the quality of management of research reports using path analysis methods.

The increasing development of information technology in the era of 5.0 can provide information that is informative and very easy to obtain in the form of electronics. But not at Pramita University of Indonesia in managing journals or other scientific works still using conventional or manual methods that cause the main problem that is causing increased costs and time, the data can be separated because the old data is not archived properly and the management of scientific works also does not meet the specified requirements by Ristekdikti with regard to Journal Accreditation which requires that journals be managed online because that will be easier and faster. With the iJC (iLearning Journal Center) can publish journals online, make it easier for users to submit journals, change the management of ejournal to be more distributed and can simplify the process of submitting manuscripts, reviewing, editing, until the publication stage and by using iLearning Journal Center will produce e quality journal. In this study, researchers used several methods, namely the method of observation and study of literature and using Flowcharts.

Ganoderma boninense, a fungus recognized as a causative agent of basal stem rot and upper stem rot, is primarily found in oil palm plantations (Elaeis guineensis Jack.). This study aimed to identify soil fungal isolates with the greatest potential for inhibiting the pathogenic fungus G. boninense. The research employed curative antagonist testing using in vitro dual culture. Fungal isolates demonstrating the highest inhibition percentages were characterized through macroscopic and microscopic observation, and their hemolysis properties were assessed using blood agar media. Soil fungal isolates FA 3.8 and FA 2.8 exhibited the highest inhibition percentages, reaching 91% and 88%, respectively. Based on morphological characterization at both macroscopic and microscopic levels, FA 3.8 displayed similarities to Trichoderma, while FA 2.8 exhibited similarities to Penicillium. Hemolysis testing results on blood agar media indicated that both isolates exhibited gamma hemolysis or non-hemolysis, as they lacked red blood lysis properties.

Centrosema pubescens is a legume plant that is commonly used as animal feed, cover crop, and one of the plants used to reclaim critical land. This study was conducted to increase the germination of C. pubescens seeds by coating the seeds using a coating material enriched with a consortium of microbes consisting of nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phytohormones-producing bacteria, phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. Germination test on control, seed coating, and microbial seed coating was carried out using the top of the sand method for 28 days. Observational data were tested using ANOVA statistics and LSD tests. Results of the research showed the moisture content of the seeds was 12.45%, the purity of the seeds was 95.11% and the weight of 1000 seeds was 23.74 g. The germination test denoted that the number of normal germinated seeds in seed coating and microbial seed coating was significantly different from the control. In addition, dead seeds in microbial seed coating treatment had the lowest value and were significantly different from other treatments. These results indicate that microbial seed coating can increase seed germination and considerably reduce seed death due to seed-borne pathogens.

Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Yuppentek atau yang biasa disingkat dengan sebutan STT Yuppentek merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang berada di Kota Tangerang Provinsi Banten yang sudah ada sejak tanggal 16 Februari 1979. Pada STT Yuppentek Tangerang sendiri saat ini telah terdapat 3 (tiga) jurusan pendidikan di dalamnya antara lain program pendidikan Teknik Elektro, Teknik Industri, dan Teknik Mesin dengan keseluruhan jenjang Strata Satu (S1). Dengan mayoritas latar belakang pendidikan para staff atau dosen pengajar di bidang teknik maka para dosen STT Yuppentek masih banyak yang belum mengetahui terkait pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang optimal khususnya dalam pengelolaan dan publikasi karya penelitian yang biasa dirangkum ke dalam sebuah jurnal. Pada STT Yuppentek Tangerang pengelolaan dan publikasi jurnalnya masih dilakukan secara semi konvensional tentunya hal ini dapat menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan yang dapat terjadi seperti membutuhkan waktu yang lama saat proses penerbitan atau publikasi jurnal penelitian, dari segi biaya pun tentunya cara yang konvensional ini membutuhkan dana yang cukup besar, dan dalam proses pengelolaan karya penelitian ilmiahnya pun belum dapat memenuhi persyaratan yang ditentukan oleh DIKTI perihal akreditasi jurnal dimana mengharuskan proses penanganan, pengelolaan hingga proses terbit jurnal harus dilakukan secara online. Maka melalui penelitian ini akan dilakukan pembinaan terkait pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dengan subjek penelitian yaitu para dosen dan staff pengajar yang ada pada STT Yuppentek Tangerang dan objek penelitiannya sendiri yaitu terkait dalam proses penanganan, pengelolaan, dan publikasi karya ilmiah dalam bentuk jurnal penelitian. Pembinaan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi ini bertujuan agar para dosen dan juga staff pengajar di STT Yuppentek Tangerang bisa dengan mudah memanfaatkan penggunaan teknologi informasi secara lebih maksimal lagi terutama pada bidang pengelolaan karya ilmiahnya. Adapun metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dengan melakukan sosialisasi, praktek langsung dan juga pelatihan secara berkala hingga mereka bisa melakukan pengelolaan dan publikasi jurnal penelitiannya dengan sistem online secara mandiri. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah para dosen dan juga staff pengajar STT Yuppentek Tangerang telah mengetahui penggunaan Open Journal System (OJS) yang merupakan aplikasi untuk melakukan pengelolaan dan publikasi naskah jurnal secara online dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Sampah adalah bagian dari kehidupan manusia. Sampah adalah benda / zat limbah yang tidak terpakai. Sampah harus mendapat perhatian dan perawatan yang serius. Namun karena kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat dan pemerintah, serta kurangnya biaya dan pendapatan di sebagian besar masyarakat, hal ini menjadi masalah persampahan. Saat ini sebagian besar masyarakat sudah mengetahui dampak buruk dari sampah, Zat tersebut termasuk zat penyebab banjir, penyakit, dan bau, zat tersebut dapat merusak kehidupan, namun tidak bisa dibandingkan dengan perilaku masyarakat sendiri.

Abstrak Usaha Kecil dan Menengah atau biasa disingkat dengan UKM adalah salah satu motor penggerak perekonomian di Indonesia. Salah satu wilayah yang mempunyai jumlah UKM yang cukup potensial yaitu pada daerah Tangerang Selatan namun belum sepenuhnya dapat memanfaatkan kegiatan promosi serta metode penjualan yang dilakukan secara digital. Penyelenggara UKM di wilayah Tangerang Selatan kini masih memasarkan hasil karya seni ke pasar seni atau pasar rakyat di Kota Tangerang. Hal ini tentunya disayangkan mengingat penjualan produk mereka yang sangat sempit dapat berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan penjualan yang dihasilkan dari hasil tenun serta kerajinan tangan tersebut menjadi tidak sesuai yang diharapkan, dengan mutu dan keunikan hasil kerajinan tangan yang dihasilkan seharusnya dapat memperoleh keuntungan penjualan yang lebih maksimal jika hal tersebut dapat menembus pangsa pasar yang lebih luas. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengembangan ini menjadi 2 (dua) tahapan. Pertama adalah dengan melaksanakan sosialisasi terkait peran serta pemanfaatan internet bagi peningkatan perekonomian pada UKM. Kedua adalah dengan melakukan pengabdian pada penelitian ini yang berfokus pada pengembangan pemanfaatan teknologi pemasaran yang lebih modern dapat mendukung kegiatan promosi serta penjualan UKM dengan memberikan contoh bagaimana membuat website pemasaran (e-commerce) sederhana yang bisa dilakukan secara langsung ke seluruh peserta yang hadir dalam kegiatan sosialisasi tersebut terutama para pelaku UKM di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Setelah dilakukannya pelatihan pengembangan tersebut maka akan diteruskan dengan mengikuti asisten dalam setiap prakteknya. Aktivitas asisten ini dilaksanakan sehubungan dengan hambatan yang ditemui pengusaha kecil menengah dalam pengembangan ini bermasalah maka diperoleh hasilnya maka sebagian para UKM sangat mengaku tertarik akan mulai memakai contoh kegiatan iklan serta teknik penjualan secara digital memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada dalam menopang aktivitas penjualannya dalam menggunakan teknologi internet. Setelah kegiatan sosialisasi dan pengembangan ini dilaksanakan maka didapatkan hasil bahwa beberapa para peserta UKM menyatakan sangat berminat untuk mencoba menggunakan kegiatan promosi serta teknik penjualan secara digital memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada dalam mendukung aktivitas penjualan. Kata Kunci : UKM, Digital Marketing, Sosialisasi, Pengabdian, Website Pemasaran.
