Abstract

A journal is a special article in articles in several fields of science. The journal is used as a reference in conducting scientific work both by students and by lecturers. At present several institutions and associations which are the object of research have used the OJS-based scientific journal processing and publication system. However, its publication is still based on OJS Version 2.4.8. In OJS Version 2.4.8, it's still not optimal, one of which is in terms of customization that can't adjust the display easily. Therefore, optimization of the e-journal management system is needed by using OJS Version 3.1.0.1 which is more flexible and has an attractive appearance and is easily customizable using the CSS Bootstrap Framework theme. The research methods in this study include the method of challenge analysis, the method of analyzing the need for system upgrade, and the method of software development using the waterfall method. After optimizing using OJS version 3.1.0.1, publications are easier to do and most importantly can be customized using the CSS Bootstrap Framework so that it is more user-friendly.

Abstract

Evaluation of examiners is very important in giving a decision to every student. Raharja University as the organizer of higher education institutions in the field of Science and Technology continues to strive to improve the quality and quality of education and services for students or students in Information Systems innovation that is growing rapidly, one of which is PESSTA + (Thesis Assessment and Final Assignment Plus) is a system Evaluation Testing Postgraduate student trials that provide convenience in inputting the value of the Final Session of Postgraduate students. The problem this time is that examiners must be careful to input the value of the final thesis trial that is currently using the Microsoft Excel application. The purpose of this study is to design an application for inputting the value of an online thesis-based final trial. This research uses the SWOT Analysis method and Literature Study. And the Research Results in this Research is a Final Assembly Examination Assessment System which is located on the Yii Framework-based PESSTA + website which is expected to facilitate the final trial examiners at Raharja University.

Abstract

In the era of development of information technology at this time, the use of computers at PT. Pacific Paint which is located at jl.bouraq lio baru no.33 rt.004 rw.001 batuceper city tangerang province banten post code 15122 is very important to support all information needs at PT. Pacific Paint, especially in inventory activities. The methodology used is a growth system of a life cycle approach starting from analyzing the running system and the final results achieved from the report, namely the formation of a system procedure and designing an inventory information system using php and mysql which is expected to improve operational performance of employees at PT. Pacific Paint so that the information obtained will be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Desain Multimedia Interaktif (DMI) adalah suatu elemen yang tidak terlepas dari suatu unsur multimedia yang terdiri teks, audio, video, gambar, dan animasi. Mengapa demikian, karena DMI inilah yang menjadi bagian yang sangat kompleks dalam menghadirkan sebuah informasi dalam bentuk desain dan karakter yang menarik sebagai media presentasi yang komunikatif dan variatif. Namun sayangnya, permasalahan ini muncul pada salah satu sekolah SDN Poris Gaga 8 belum menerapkan sistem belajar interaktif karena minimnya fasilitas. Sebelumnya, SDN Poris Gaga 8 masih menerapkan sistem belajar tatap muka antara guru dan anak didik. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan segera sebuah perancangan desain multimedia interaktif. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yang meliputi metode pengumpulan data, menganalisa perancangan media dan gambaran konsep tampilan layout media, seperti pra-produksi, produksi, dan pasca-produksi. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sebuah presentasi yang berisikan tentang pembelajaran dasar pengenalan komputer. Sehingga diharapkan anak didik yang mempelajari media interaktif ini dapat menambah wawasan dalam penyerapan materi pelajaran dari gurunya.

Abstract

Blockchain technology has become a major focus of digital change in recent years. Initially known as the infrastructure that supports digital currencies, blockchain now has enormous potential in improving user experience across a wide range of sectors. The application of this technology is capable of addressing a variety of issues that exist in the industry, including issues of trust, transparency, security, and reliability of data processing. In this paper, we will explore various applications of blockchain technology that aim to improve user experience in transactions. We will explain the concept of blockchain technology, analyze its advantages and disadvantages, and identify factors that affect its success or obstacles that may arise during implementation. By understanding the potential of blockchain technology and its applications that can improve user experience in transactions, we can pave the way for further progress in providing more secure, efficient, and transparent solutions for transaction activities in the future. The methodology employed in this study involves conducting a survey through online questionnaires that were distributed to individuals knowledgeable about the concept of blockchain technology with a total sample size of 96 people. The analysis approach used is Smart PLS. Thus, this research is expected to provide a deeper insight into the application of blockchain technology to improve user experience in transactions.

Abstract

The lecture support system in Higher Education has information about student identity in each system, such as profile photos, names, NIM (Student Registration Number) and according to system requirements. An assessment on the public viewboard is an Online Assessment System aimed at improving services at Raharja University. However, in the multiplication flow system still has 3 disadvantages, namely, students do not yet have the facility to see the allocation value between friends in one class in one course to be able to improve the results of lecture grades with classmates and also between classes. In class design Popular writers also do five methods, namely the method of analysis, method of literature review, observation method, design method, and then implemented. With the existence of this study, there are 3 Benefits, namely, students can see the value determined by classmates, can improve the value, and lecturers can ensure the value given must be recognized by students.

Abstract

Data processing at PT Care Spunbond already uses semi-computerization, but in recording leave data processing still uses a leave form in the form of HVS paper as the medium and is processed or inputted into Microsoft Excel, causing several problems (constraints) including a long time in terms of making reports because (must recap the data on the results of one leave application) one by one must recap the results of the data for submitting leave (applications for leave). Looking at the problems faced, it is very necessary to have a system that makes it easier to make reports so that it doesn't take a long time, the process of submitting leave and inputting results becomes easier, and providing up-to-date report information, as well as minimizing errors in reporting.

Abstract

Herbal supplement telah menjadi alternatif yang populer bagi masyarakat dalam menjaga kesehatannya. Namun, kontaminasi dan pemalsuan produk herbal masih menjadi risiko yang mengancam kualitasnya. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memastikan traceability produk herbal agar aman dan terjamin kualitasnya. Dalam hal ini, teknologi blockchain dapat menjadi solusi yang potensial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan teknologi blockchain dalam traceability produk herbal di sektor kesehatan, dengan memperhatikan perspektif smart living untuk mendukung pengembangan smart city. Metode bibliometrik digunakan untuk menganalisis artikel-artikel terkait blockchain dalam traceability produk herbal di basis data Scopus. Data bibliometrik yang dianalisis mencakup jumlah artikel, pengarang, jurnal, tahun publikasi, dan kata kunci yang digunakan. Studi ini menunjukkan potensi teknologi blockchain dalam meningkatkan keamanan dan kualitas produk herbal di sektor kesehatan. Dalam perspektif smart living, traceability produk herbal yang aman dapat membantu masyarakat dalam memilih produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kesehatannya, serta mendukung pengembangan smart city. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan teknologi blockchain diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap produk herbal dan mendukung pengembangan smart city.

Abstract

Apotek Karlisna di Yogyakarta masih menggunakan metode tradisional dalam pengelolaan stok obat, penjualan, dan pembuatan laporan, yang berpotensi menyebabkan kesalahan pencatatan dan memperlambat pelayanan. Selain itu, tidak adanya fasilitas pembelian online membatasi kenyamanan pelanggan dalam mendapatkan obat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk mendukung pengelolaan stok obat, penjualan, dan pelayanan pembelian online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan metode Fountain, yang memungkinkan fleksibilitas antar tahapan dan interaksi berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan sistem. Proses dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara dan studi literatur, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan pemodelan UML dan desain antarmuka pengguna (UI/UX), serta implementasi menggunakan PHP Laravel dan MySQL. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan bahwa setiap fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai harapan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan pengelolaan stok obat, penjualan, laporan keuangan, dan pembelian online, dengan dukungan sistem pembayaran digital. Penerapan metode Fountain memungkinkan proses pengembangan yang responsif, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, dan memperluas akses layanan apotek secara digital.

Abstract

Cryptogenic cirrhosis poses a diagnostic dilemma because its underlying cause remains unidentified. Emerging research indicates a two-way association between thyroid disorders—especially hypothyroidism—and liver disease. On one hand, liver dysfunction can impair thyroid hormone metabolism; on the other, hypothyroidism may play a role in advancing non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and the development of cirrhosis. We report a case of a 48-year-old woman presenting with chronic diarrhea, cold intolerance, fatigue, jaundice, and easy bruising. There was no history of alcohol use, viral hepatitis, or other known causes of liver disease. Physical examination revealed bradycardia, psychomotor slowing, dry skin, and signs of liver dysfunction. Laboratory findings showed pancytopenia, elevated liver enzymes, hypoalbuminemia, and a thyroid profile consistent with overt hypothyroidism (low fT4 and elevated TSH). Imaging supported diagnoses of hepatic cirrhosis and benign thyroid nodules. The patient was treated with levothyroxine 100 mcg/day alongside supportive care. Within a few days, notable clinical improvement occurred, including cessation of diarrhea and better hematologic findings.. This case demonstrates that hypothyroidism may be overlooked as contributor to liver dysfunction, especially in cryptogenic cases. Considering the shared clinical manifestations and biochemical interplay between the liver and thyroid, it is important for clinicians to assess thyroid function in patients presenting with unexplained liver disease. Treating hypothyroidism in such contexts may lead to significant clinical improvement and may alter the course of hepatic deterioration.
