Abstract

The community service program or PKM is a strategic initiative aimed at developing student potential while serving as a platform for implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This article examines the collaborative role of interdisciplinary lecturers in mentoring PKM and their contribution to optimizing education, research, and community service. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, the discussion focuses on how synergy among lecturers from diverse academic backgrounds enhances the quality of proposals, strengthens applied research, and promotes innovative solutions for society. Such collaboration not only broadens students’ perspectives but also reinforces the role of lecturers as key agents in the advancement of impactful and relevant knowledge. The findings indicate that lecturer collaboration in PKM plays a crucial role in fostering a productive academic environment and in achieving sustainable outcomes in the Tri Dharma. Therefore, institutional support, incentive policies, and a structured collaborative ecosystem are essential for success.

Abstract

Permasalahan kemiskinan sekarang masih menjadi perhatian utama bagi pemerintah pusat dan daerah. Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) adalah program pengentasan kemiskinan yang memberikan bantuan nontunai bersyarat kepada penerima manfaat. Pemberian bantuan ini untuk keluarga miskin yang mempunyai ibu hamil, nifas/menyusui, anak balita, dan anak usia sekolah. Program ini dirancang tidak hanya untuk menjamin terpeliharanya taraf hidup keluarga miskin tetapi diharapkan juga mampu memberikan ruang bagi peran perempuan dalam perekonomian rumah tangga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi PKH dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) pada kelompok keluarga miskin dan menggali faktor pendorong dan faktor penghambat implementasinya. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini terletak di Desa Mangunsuman, Kecamatan Siman, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pelaksanaan program PKH di Desa Mangunsuman berfungsi dengan baik, ini diketahui dari jumlah masyarakat peserta PKH yang semakin berkurang setiap tahunnya. Hal ini akan berdampak pada pengentasan kemiskinan dan peningkatan kualitas SDM, khususnya pada rumah tangga miskin. Faktor penentu program Keluarga Harapan yang diselenggarakan di desa Mangunsuman kecamatan Siman ialah sumber daya keuangan yang cukup untuk menetapkan keberhasilan tujuan program PKH, kerjasama yang baik dari para pihak yang terlibat dan peran dari pendamping. Sedangkan, faktor penghambat pelaksanaan PKH yaitu adanya konflik yang timbul antar individu yang ditunjukkan dari adanya kecemburuan yang terjadi antar peserta penerima PKH. Maka dari itu, diperlukan kesabaran dari pihak pendamping PKH agar mampu menciptakan masyarakat yang memiliki kesadaran, terpenuhinya kebutuhan, dan sehat mental maupun fisik.

Abstract

A harmonious and effective relationship between teachers and parents is a crucial factor in supporting the success of the educational process in schools. However, in practice, gaps in communication, a lack of active participation from parents, and limited understanding of each party’s role in supporting student development are still common. This outreach program aims to improve the quality of teacher-parent communication and to encourage more active and effective parental involvement in the educational environment. The methods used in this program include lectures, interactive discussions, and case study simulations. The results show that the program successfully increased the understanding of both parties regarding the importance of collaboration, openness, and two-way communication in supporting the teaching and learning process. With improved service quality from teachers and active engagement from parents, it is expected that a stronger synergy in children's education at school can be achieved.

Abstract

The issue of women’s leadership, particularly in religious organizations such as Aisyiyah, faces ongoing challenges in the optimal development of leadership character. Strengthening leadership character is essential to ensure that female cadres possess resilience, integrity, and managerial competence to take on strategic roles in society. This program was carried out as a community service initiative with the aim of enhancing the leadership capacity of Aisyiyah cadres through an integrated training program facilitated by an interdisciplinary team of lecturers. The methods applied included interactive training, focused group discussions (FGDs), case simulations, and personal reflection exercises, all designed to develop leadership grounded in progressive Islamic values that emphasize justice, equality, and responsibility. The results revealed that the cadres showed increased understanding of leadership principles, greater confidence in assuming organizational responsibilities, and improved ability in planning and making strategic decisions. Furthermore, the interdisciplinary approach encouraged collaboration and broadened perspectives in addressing challenges within the organization. This initiative confirms that community-based leadership training rooted in both values and practical application can effectively build leadership character among women in faith-based organizations. In addition, the program contributes to strengthening Aisyiyah’s institutional capacity while empowering female cadres to play transformative roles in advancing society.

Abstract

In order to organize a good and integrated population administration system, accurate and valid population data is needed because population data can be used as a basis for development planning, both short and long term. There are still many people who are not aware of the importance of population documents and the accuracy of population data for purposes of administering public services, and there are still many people who do not understand population administration service procedures. Regarding community conditions like this, lecturers and students at Merdeka University, Ponorogo Regency Campus are trying to participate in community service activities in socializing conscious and orderly population administration movements in the Ponorogo Regency area. The aim of this activity is to increase public knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of population documents in everyday life, the public understands the procedures for processing population administration documents and the public is more orderly in reporting if there are changes to their population data. This method of implementing community service uses a participatory method, namely through lectures, discussions and consultations, which allows the service team to interact, communicate intensively, discuss and ask questions directly with the community. By building public awareness of orderly administration, especially population administration, population data can become more accurate and valid so that data in the Population Administration Information System becomes more perfect.

Abstract

Building strong and positive character and self-reliance is one of the efforts in preparing and developing the younger generation or superior and advanced Human Resources. By equipping them with faith and piety, collaborated with science and technology, the younger generation or Indonesian Human Resources can become a militant generation, namely superior Human Resources, successful in the world and the hereafter. Equality Education Salafiyah Al Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School is one of the non-formal education institutions in Madiun City that organizes Wustho/junior high school and Ulya/high school education. This institution always strives to improve the quality of education gradually, measurably, and in accordance with the wishes of the community. This method of implementing community service uses participatory methods, namely through lectures, training, counseling, education which allows the service team to interact, communicate intensively, discuss and ask questions directly with the community. This activity aims to help the Equality Education Institution of the Salafiyah Al Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School in the formation of a programmed character with the hope that students who graduate from this institution will later become superior generations as the next generation of a nation who is faithful and knowledgeable, namely successful humans in this world and the hereafter.   Keywords: Building, Character, Human Resources, Excellent

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive businesses owned by individuals or business entities that meet the criteria to become micro-enterprises. MSMEs do play a role in reducing the increasing poverty rate in Indonesia. MSMEs have a role in fighting poverty by utilizing the potential of natural resources that are managed comprehensively. This research examines creative economy-based MSME development strategies in Lapak Pesona, Village of Madiun Lor, Manguharjo District, Madiun City. The purpose of the study is to find out the challenges and obstacles faced by creative economy MSMEs in Lapak Pesona in developing their businesses. The research type used in this research is a qualitative research method and uses proportional sampling, namely a sampling technique by first determining the data source. Data collection techniques are carried out directly through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research obtained found that business actors in Lapak Pesona still find it difficult to develop their businesses to grow. The challenges and obstacles are limited capital and lack of promotional facilities. Using appropriate strategic planning and problem solving methods can make it easier to resolve the problems faced. One of the best ways to use is to utilize the methods provided through a series of stages in the SWOT analysis
