Abstract

Every businessman needs to pay attention to appropriate marketing methods and strategies in managing their company to ensure stability in the face of competition. One of the shops that still stable are Toko Dasten Cell. The purpose of the research is to ascertain how customer satisfaction is impacted by service quality and cost. at Toko Dasten Cell. The research method is quantitative research. The informants were Toko Dasten Cell Customers. The results indicate that service quality (X1) has a positive influence on customer satisfaction (Y). This can be proven from the partial t test, namely the results of testing the customer satisfaction variable show tcount (4.743) > ttable (2.018). Price (X2) has a positive influence on customer satisfaction (Y). This can be seen from the partial price test showing tcount (3,481) > ttable (2,018)). The findings of this research, the most significant influence is the price variable where the coefficient of determination test result (R square) is 0.885 or 88.5%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how product quality affects customer satisfaction, to find out whether service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction, and to find out whether product quality and service quality influence on indihome customer satisfaction in North Toraja. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this research indicate that product quality has no influence on Indihome customer satisfaction in North Toraja with a Tcount value of -1.324 < Ttable of 1.986 and a significant value of 0.189 > 0.025, Service Quality has an influence on Indihome customer satisfaction in North Toraja with a Tcount value of 7,803 > T table of 1,986. Product quality has no effect on customer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.189 > 0.025 and a T value of -1.324 < T table 1.986. Meanwhile, service quality has an influence on customer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 > 0.025 and a T value of 7.803 > 1.986

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and formulate a management and development strategy for Mount Pa'baladoan tourism in Tana Toraja Regency using SWOT analysis. Qualitative research method with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the SWOT analysis show that Mount Pa'baladoan has strengths in the form of natural beauty, cultural richness, accessibility and local wisdom. However, there are weaknesses such as management that is not optimal, limited human resource capacity, and promotion that is less effective. The opportunities that exist are tourism growth, government support, and ecotourism-oriented community lifestyles. Meanwhile, the threats are competition from other destinations, natural disasters, as well as the impact of globalization and cultural westernization. Based on the SWOT analysis, the Mount Pa'baladoan tourism development strategy includes SO, WO, ST and WT strategies. The implementation of these strategies is expected to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of Mount Pa'baladoan tourism development in Tana Toraja Regency

Abstract

The problem of this research is how the point of purchase influences purchasing decisions at Indomaret Tallunglipu, North Toraja Regency. The aim of this research is to find out the point of purchase strategy for purchasing decisions at Indomaret Tallunglipu, North Toraja Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques in this research are through observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive analysis methods, and use questionnaires for Indomaret Tallunglipu consumers. The results of this research show that the opinions of several consumers about the strategy provided are proven by the questionnaires given and the answers to each alternative are an average of 90%, so it can be said that the POP strategy has had an influence on consumers of Indomaret Tallunglipu, North Toraja Regency

Abstract

UMKM mempunyai peran penting dalam upaya meningkatkan pertumbuhan perekonomian di Indonesia .UMKM tidak menyiapkan anggaran keuangan dengan baik dalam manajemen usahanya hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan masih banyaknya pelaku UMKM yang masih belum mengerti sepenuhnya tentang bagimana cara menyiapkan atau menyusun anggaran keuangan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan,sikap keuangan, dan kepribadian terhadap pelaku keuangan Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriftif dan analisis verikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM dikabupaten Tana Toraja sampel dtentukan dengan menggunakan metode random sapling sehingga diperoleh 32 responden. Program SPSS dan mikrosoft excel .Hasil penelitian menu jukkan bahwa pengetahuan keuangan   berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku sikap keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan kepribadian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pelaku keuangan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to increase product sales, this research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection by means of observation, interviews and documentation with shop heads and Indomaret Lakipadada employees. The results obtained from this research are an analysis of Indomaret Lakipadada’s marketing mix using brochures and offering promotional items, and how to attract customer’s attention by being polite to each other, being kind, polite and friendly towards customers and convincing customers that Indomaret Lakipadada oftenholds Promotions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Prosedur pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu: kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil perhitungan dari hasil uji T pada variabel kualitas pelayanan dimana hasil Thitung 2,617>Ttabel 1,668, variabel kepuasan pelanggan dimana hasil Thitung 2,457>Ttabel 1,668. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji F diperoleh hasil Fhitung 7,743 > Ftabel 3,13 dengan sig 0,001<0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Gerald Computer. Serta secara simultan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Gerald Computer.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendorong peningkatan jumlah konsumen pada usaha Bengkel Motor Omega di Makale Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah produk pada bengkel motor Omega bervariasi, berkualitas baik, menyediakan berbagai merek, dan produk di kemas dengan baik. Harga pada bengkel motor Omega terjangkau, transparan, memiliki diskon dan memberikan potongan harga. Tempat pada bengkel motor Omega sangat stategis, berada di jalan utama, muda di jangkau, dapat dilihat dari jelas dari jarak jauh, lalu lintas yang ramai lancar, memiliki tempat parkir yang luas, memiliki ekspansi ata cabang usaha yang sejenis, Lingkungan yang mendukung, mampu berkompetisi dengan usaha sejenis, dan peraturan pemerintah yang dapat mendukung jalannya usaha. Promosi pada bengkel motor Omega menggunakan periklanan media cetak spanduk, memberi promosi secara langsung kepada konsumen dan memiliki reputasi baik di masyarakat.
